This guy was on point. Got several quotes an he beat all of them by a lot an repair time was so fast. Super good work I have no complaints at all. Plus he quoted me one price an when I picked up my phone it was $40 cheaper than he quoted me. He could have still charged me the same an I would have never known the difference but he is a honest man an wants the customer to be happy instead of him being greedy an pocketing the extra money. I went to mobil city after being told from ubreakifix that it would possibly take months for my phone to be fixed due to parts on back order. My phone lcd was screwed and the phone was glitches. Mobil city not only had the parts to fix my Samsung Note 20 ultra, but told me it was going to take an hour to fix only to call me 20 minutes later(if that long) and it was fully fixed. I am typing this review from a perfectly repaired screen. Preciate u mobil city

Is located inside of Neighborly convenience store all the way to the back. Look small but you can find great variety of things and accessories for your smart phone. Is operated by the owner(Sam), and when I talked with him the first and second time, he show is a nice guy, smart, confident and humble. If you dont find what youre looking for, then he will ordered for you, so you always will have a solution. I came here asking for a case protector for a Nokia 3.1A foldable wallet. Was hard to find but he found a stylish one for me. ((Thanksgivings for that). Other services: smart phone/tablets/laptops repairing and prepaid mobile plans.

I selected Mobile City Cellphone Repair after reading that it had so many good reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I had called around to multiple shops to get my cracked screen fixed and Mobile City was the only shop that stated they had the screen in stock and could fix it that day. I was willing to pay extra to just get it fixed and be done with it. (Other shops were charging $250 to fix my phone, he charged $300 when it was all said and done.) I set up an appointment to drop off my phone but when I arrived at the shop, no one was there. I called the owner who said he was 10 minutes down the road and he asked for me to wait there for him. After waiting about 30 minutes, I called again. The owner assured me he was a few minutes away and that I should wait for him. Another 30 minutes went by and I called him again, same story, he was next door and would be with me shortly. Overall I ended up waiting almost 90 minutes for the guy to show up. I had other errands to run while I was in town so it would not have been an issue for me to go, run these errands and come back to drop my phone off. I felt like he was trying to keep me at the store to prevent me from going elsewhere to get my phone fixed.He takes my phone and begins to work on it. He then tells me that he does not actually have the screen for my phone. He says that he will have to order it but he can have the phone fixed first thing the next morning. I leave him my wifes phone number and go about my day. The next day at 5:00 p.m. I still have not heard from the owner. I wait for my wife to get home from work and I call him. He then tells me he finished my phone that morning and that I can come pick it up. I pick up the phone thinking this has not been a good experience but I have my phone back. Also, he said he called and left a message on my wifes phone. I verified by checking my wifes phone that she had not received a call from the shop and there was no message left on her phone.Within a few weeks I start to notice my phone is glitching. I would have to type messages slowly because it was like the keyboard could not register everything I was typing. I just figured since it was a replacement screen it was not as good as the original. Four months after the phone repair, horizontal lines began to show across the screen but then go away. I did not think much of it but less than a week later the screen began to flash a white screen before turning green. The next day, the screen stopped responding to my touch and no longer works.Unfortunately, Mobile City only gives a 5 day warranty on their repairs. So now, four months after paying one third of the total cost of my phone to have the screen replaced, I will have to pay another $250 to have the screen replaced again. I did call and speak with the owner about what the screen was doing. I explained that it was a relatively recent repair and that it had begun to malfunction shortly after he repaired it. He told me I had a bad screen and needed to have it repaired. He then offered to set me up with another appointment to have him replace my screen for a second time. I declined due to my experience with this shop.Overall, I had a pretty bad experience here. The owner was unprofessional in telling a lie to get me to stay at his store and did not do a good job repairing my phone. Either the repair itself was not well done or the product he used in replacing my phones cracked screen was an inferior product. Either way, I cannot recommend someone use Mobile City Cellphone Repair to work on their phones. I would also advise you to look through the reviews to this business. You will notice that a majority of the 5 Star Reviews are from people who only have one review on their profile. Since the owner has proven himself to not have integrity, I would not put it passed him to generate fake reviews to boost his business.

I seen their ad on fb and figured I would try it out. My daughter screen was really bad and heard parkdale mall people quality is bad so I was like why not try it. He was cheaper and was done within like 20 mins. The screen looks awesome and over time will see the quality but he even did a test call and everything works and looks great.
