I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm, so when I was diagnosed with acid reflux and needed a wedge for my bed I contacted Mattress Firm. While they dont stock wedges, they do have some online choices. I went to their store where I was able to select and pay for one. Since I have had packages stolen from my front porch, the wedge will be delivered to the store. My experiences with Mattress Firm continue to be awesome!

Delivered on time love the mattress but never got the free pillows! And the sheets were microfiber and the salesman said they were high thread count cotton. disappointing.

I walked in about 20 minutes or so before closing. The rep was completing a purchase and had another couple waiting. He greeted me and said he’d be with very soon. I was only there to get a purple pillow. He answered my questions, helped the other customers and while doing that I tested the two pillows. I knew immediately what I wanted. He kindly told the other couple he could complete a ticket for me in a jiffy, they were ok with that, he completed my purchase with instructions, thanked me and he went back to helping them. It was a great experience as usual.

My salesman was Johnathan Willis and he was wonderful. He really worked with me and made it impossible for my elderly mom I had been trying to convince to get a new bed, to say no. Delivery people were also very professional. Great experience and I recommend Mattress Firm and working with Johnathan! You can get a bed in a box but the service is so very nice.

Overall, pretty good experience. We were buying a mattress for my daughter’s bed for college. The salesperson started out at $2,500 mattress which to me was a little crazy. Anyway, we found the one we needed at a much more reasonable price.

The delivery was as smooth as it could be! They came the next day after an afternoon purchase!! Awesome!

They get an F in my book. They called and tried to sell me a different mattress other than what I ordeted as the sales person claimed the manufacturer couldnt keep up with supply and demand. Also the salesperson said they would help us out by setting up the bed as we are elderly. However when he said they could deliver Fri rather than on Monday as scheduled he claimed to not remember this promise.This store in Beaumont is a disgrace.They lost over a thousand dollar sale.

The gentlemen on duty at the Beaumont store were very helpful, welcoming, and solved my problem. They found a frame and box spring for me. (The items frequently are not in stock, but they logged into inventory, got up, walked to storage and found the pieces.)They even tied the box spring to the top of my car expertly with running, double, bowline knots!and when I had problems assembling the frame, they emailed instructions to me right away.My 92-year-old dad is delighted with his new bed -- only got up once during the night -- and had a good 9 hours sleep. Thanks!

Customer service on dowlen road in beaumont texas was so horrible. The girl sitting at the front desk act like she never seen a black person before and the guy who I talked to on the phone 10 mins before getting there lied and said the order could be delivered a couple of days after and it was more than 10 days. But other than that the prices was great.

Jan Dodson was great! She greeted us the minute we walked in the door. She heard our needs and made suggestions, making us feel totally comfortable to lay on and try out different beds. She explained the prices and told us about deals we didnt even know about. She was great. And the automated delivery setup service called us within the two hours we were expecting. Actually, only about 5 minutes into the two hours given. They arrived when they said they would and were in and out in about 20 minutes, taking our old mattress with them. I have had the best sleep over these first three nights that we have had the bed. We are totally satisfied and recommend anyone to go there. Terrible customer service. Our delivery was scheduled for the wrong address (even after double checking it). We did not receive our delivery and then we were lied to about it. It has been a circus to try and get the mattresses that we bought. We still have not received them but they have our payment.

Mattress Firm on Dowlen is first class. I bought a Temperpedic but was not happy with it. They exchanged without any hassles. Jonathan is a great manager and Brandon is wonderful. Ended up buying 3 Sertas. The delivery people were very professional.

Go across the parking lot to REAL professional BEST BED. 10 minutes before close doors are locked! Red head unlocks the door and BLOCKS it!! I have bought 3 other beds from them NEVER AGAIN!! This store had very good service, the prices were fare and got a really good deal.

They dont have a large selection of mattresses on display but they do have some decent deals when you can catch them. Their customer service is friendly and welcoming. Theyll let you browse without making you feel pressured. The aisles are narrow as its a small store Im unsure if it would be wheelchair or walker accessible.
