Really takes the time to find out what the customers true Needs and wants are and finds the Perfect products. They really are The BEST BED. Brian is so very knowledgeable. They even have a bed with a computer/tv that shows your personal pressure points.

Bought my bed a few months ago and wanted to break it in before reviewing. Mike and his team were phenomenal! I never thought I would be educated in mattresses. The delivery was at the time stated which doesn’t happen often these days. I love the adjustable bed. It’s very solid and everything mike said it would be. The wrangle mattress in a queen is a lot softer than the twin that was in the store. With all the education I got I wish I was told that would happen. It’s very good quality just not as firm as I thought it would be which unfortunately means I’ll be shopping for another mattress sooner than I would like.

I bought a bed with an adjustable base from him 6 months ago, and I have never sleep so soundly! I recently had lightning strike my house which shorted out the adjustable base, and Mike quickly helped me troubleshoot and get the problem fixed. Next time I’m in the market for another bed, I will definitely return to Best Bed! Highly recommend!

I went in thinking I was going to replace my other mattress, but wanted to see what they had to offer before I went back to the same thing. Boy was I impressed! The amount of information was almost overwhelming! We went over all of the mattress types, bases, everything! It was so great to have such a thorough training of sorts. From sales to delivery, they are top notch. I have 1000% loved my new bed and will be purchasing the other mattresses needing replacing from best bed! They really are the BEST!

Micheal did an amazing job working with my husbands and my budget, he was very honest and upfront. Not a typical pushy sales person. He was concerned about what we where looking for in every aspect. Michael and Brad are great!! My husband Scott and I could not have asked for a better experience. They are willing to work with you and truly want you to be happy with whether you decide to purchase with them or not. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about this industry and wants to teach/advise his customers on what is out there and what to look for when purchasing a mattress. We were asked pertinent questions pertaining to our health and sleep needs. asked what we wanted and expected in a bed, size, firmness, and what we wanted most out of the bed. we were then given three choices to try independently and as a couple, since our sleep needs are entirely different . we took our time and spent at least three hours to make our decision . we were never once hurried or pushed to make a decision. we then discussed price,opitions,warranties,and delivery & set up. the bed was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Jr. has followed up with us by phone and email to answer any questions or problems that may arise. we love the product and the service. I recommend best bed and will be in touch with jr to purchase another mattress for our rv.
