We were treated fairly by an honest salesman. Shortly after we received our new mattress, we noticed a small hole in it. With one phone call to our salesman, the mattress was replaced with a new one in less than 24 hours. The new mattress is very comfortable and we are looking forward to many cozy nights on it.

Great service. Very knowledgeable and worked hard to find the right bed for us. Delivery was timely and they hauled off the old mattress at no additional charge. Very friendly salesman.We shopped at a nearby competitor first but was disappointed in their attempts at up sell techniques based on whether or not the product warranty will be honored. Also, they didn’t have the items we wanted in stock. Three or more weeks delivery! And they were including haul away of the old mattress.Highly recommend Texas Bed Company!!

I only leave reviews when I have an extremely positive or negative experience with a business, and I’m pleased to say it was the former in my case with Texas Bed Company. Overall, I would describe my experience with TBC as perfect. I plan to shop for my next mattress with them first, and I’d recommend to anyone else that they do the same.From start to finish, they were helpful, expedient, and frankly, polite. My first interaction was with one of their salesmen who listened to my criteria and priorities for a mattress and gave me honest, straightforward recommendations without any “used car salesmen” tactics or bias, even when the recommendations were in my best interest but not necessarily TBC’s. After I had finished shopping around for the best deal, TBC then honored a significant price match. My mattress was ultimately shipped to where I was moving, and TBC kept in close communication with me, giving me multiple updates on the shipment as well as how to track the shipment.
