I took my car to Precision to get the air conditioning checked. I received a phone call that some wiring and a belt needed to be replaced. Price $462.00, it was a huge stretch but I agreed... Picked my car up and headed home to get ready for my daughter graduation, the car ran hot and I pulled over on side of the road. Called back to Precision to let them know what happened and my location. The guy that worked on my car showed up 30 minutes later to check the car out. Quickly started to say it was a coincidence that this happened, that he only touched the belt and the wiring. Mind you the car has never ran hot before this. He put water in the car and followed me home, water was spewing everywhere. Says he doesnt know what happened, I would need to bring it back to the shop for further diagnosis. Because of this, now I am running late for my daughter graduation,having to call for a ride, barely making it in time. I called the next morning to ask what needed to be done now? I just paid almost $500.00 and the car is worse off now than before I brought it to them. I was told to bring it back to the shop. I told them I wasnt going to try to drive it all the way back over there when its running hot. I was told to have it towed back to the shop. I just paid almost $500.00 dollars, that I really didnt have to spare in the beginning, and wasnt going to pay to take it back to where it caused me more problems.... Now, I have to pay more money for someone to fix the mess Precision made.

This is simply the BEST place to take care of your car. They know what they are doing, they do it right the first time and at great prices. They have been taking care of my cars for years now and I have never been disappointed!!😁

Went for air conditioning they said I had a leak and needed Freon. In a few hours of getting my car it was back hot and blowing hot air. I brought the car back to them just for them to tell me it’s blowing cold. Just because the fan is blowing does not mean it’s blowing cold air. Highly dissatisfied

It was the best experience they show me great hospitality from the shop made me feel very welcome, shop manager is No 1 very nice and they take care of customers very well .

They might not know what theyre doingBut the job will get done extremely fast when the mechanic is on myth so is the owner ..came from the horses mouth Steven Curtis is the mechanic. He said his boss doesnt mind because he gets the work done of three people. Just repeating what he said believe it or not. So that means your car is getting done so quickly Im sure hes missing things. Why put something out there about somebody that isnt true Im not getting anything out of it Im I wish my car could talk. letting public know.

It was alright. One thing I can say, they care how their customers experience was, and if its not right, they will make it right, they did it for me.

Sometimes pour new engine oil, but sometimes their regular synthetic blend engine oil color looks like the burnt oil.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation and balance. Gentleman lets me know they cant balance tires. Even though its on the menu behind his head for $39.99. He said they can rotate but not balance. So if youve had your tires done here ever. Just know, you were ripped off.

NEVER GET SERVICE HERE!!! I went here to get my brakes changed, what I ended up with was the worst customer and automobile service experience I have ever had! About two months ago, I had my breaks changed here. Then the brakes on my car went out and nearly caused an accident. I had my car towed to the nearest mechanic shop and the mechanic there said that the bolts on all the brakes had been put in incorrectly. They were so loose that they had vibrated off of the breaks and onto the road and the brakes weren’t even holding onto my rotors. The mechanic that I got my brakes fixed the second time with said that it was the worst mechanic job he had ever seen and that I could have easily been killed. I called this mechanic shop, which I had my brakes changed out the first time, and I demanded to speak with a manager. When I told him what happened he only told me “I’m sorry”. I asked him to give me my money back for at least the labor of the break change job because it was done incorrectly and nearly got me killed. He laughed and told me “you have got to be kidding. There is no way you are getting your money back.” I told him that with the evidence I had I could have easily sued if I had gotten hurt. His response, “well then I guess it’s a good thing that you didn’t get hurt, because now you can’t touch us.” I told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor and he said “good luck with that” and hung up on me.

You can tell they’re honest and they know what they’re doing. Perfect mechanics. I live in Houston but I probably wouldn’t mind driving over when things go wrong with my truck. In and out in a jiffy and they found out and fixed what was wrong. Saw several customers come in and they treated everyone with the same honesty and courtesy as they did me. Thank you, Kevin!

Ive been there a few times and have received excellent customer service each time, especially from Jeremy. They are pretty fast but I usually get there at opening so Im usually the first one in. I will definitely be a repeat customer.***Update as of January 2018***Something has happened here and their service and courtesy has suffered tremendously. I went twice in a months time. Both times took several hours for maintenance. I didnt recognize any of the regular employees which I found concerning. On last visit there was only two guys working with one staying inside and the other working alone. I wasnt satisfied with my service and by the time they finished it was closing time on a Saturday. So I would need to return the following Monday. Well I returned and was met with closed doors and no one there so I waited for over an hour, still no one. Due to out of town trip, I couldnt return. So I had another business finish the necessary repair. So because of all of this, Ill be taking my business somewhere else. At one time this was an exceptional place for vehicle maintenance and repair...but that has faded.

Went 2 get a simple oil change worry fluids being topped off. Nothing was topped off! I know the job is simple but if the didnt do it i cant trust them with my vehicle. Im never going back!

I brought my wifes car in because the brakes were squealing and ordered an inspection on them. They stated that they just needed to be cleaned and nothing was wrong with the brakes. Very honest about what they found and didnt try and replace something that didnt need to be replaced. I will continue to go here because honesty in the auto repair industry is hard to find. Terrible customer service, extremely long wait time, staff unable to answer simple questions. This place has gone down hill severely since Jeremy was either replaced, or left on his own accord. Either was I hope he reads this and either emails me, or posts on here where he is working now. If hes still doing this kind of work, Ill be glad to come to wherever he is now. This place has gone to hell in a hand basket since he left. He was very knowledgeable, and hired smart people to work with him as well. Maybe theyll get a hint and either get him back at any cost, or get someone in there that has a clue. I and many others wont be back until something changes. It truly is the worst Ive ever seen.

Been coming for years but its 50/50 lately. Inside service is great but the mechanic that I have spoken to, the last few visits, does not seem to like his job. Irritable, impatient, uninterested was the vibes I got while asking him about a $500 job on my truck.

Pretty fast but mechanics and prices could have been better.. they were playing paper rock scissors to see who was gonna do my oil change cause nobody wanted to and I was literally the only person there?!

I like how I can get in and out with no problems. I like the oil change rewards card. I like the friendly staff. I like how they walk you out to your car and show you what they did. Service is just GREAT!

NEVER GET SERVICE HERE!!!.... worst customer experienced i got here and fell like they cheated with me. I wish i could put zero or negative star and before brought my car to precision tune i should read some review . so what happened i have Honda accord 2001 need engine replace so i called best import, Honda dealer and precision tune so best import give me 1350 dollar estimation, dealer gave me 2300 and precision tune gave me 2149.36 so i choose expensive precision tune and thought they are expensive means will give me the best service. so the guy kevin he promised me he will give my car back within 4 business day so i brought my car over there 22nd January, 2018, Tuesday and he will give my car back next Monday 28th January and then worst thing come out. He put engine wrong way and car computer system gone, so what he did he started trouble shooting and he toed my car carpet, did not put it back, he lost fuge box cover under the dashboard, he took my paper box in passenger side and i did not knew all of this thing happened on my car. so finally Kevin called me on 9th Feb, 2019 and said your car is ready. well I went over there and figured out that something missing on my car that there is no break light on my car, ABS light come on, radio is not working, clock is not working and those things are missing mention earlier and damaged my battery. well i told him this thing are missing and he telling me that, the car is found like that again and again !! and finally he said he gonna call the police for us !!! if we dont leave his property!! so you paid 2150 dollar and guess what? got police threat and you got your car back almost 3 weeks later with 2 key one for open door and other for ignition and bunch of thing are missing. So please before do any major repair from this guy please read my review and beware from precision tune.

They were helpful and let me go into the garage to see what they were doing. Go in there and look around and learn about your car. Ill be back if i need something else. Just a kinda dirty place.

Terrible service. Given wait time of 1.5hrs for an oil change and 3hrs later they still hadnt gotten my car done. Excuse: we thought you left. No I didnt but catching the desk girl was impossible with her on her cell in the back flirting & gossiping. Will definitely not be back & visit a dealership for oil change needs in the future.
