I have been needing an wheel rotation for probably a yr. Everytime i go. They are too busy. They wasnt to busy to sell me the tires. I wont buy anymore tites from them. Because they lie. My one and only rotation i got there they left air out because the light came on.

Smelled like a person made of tires got too close to me and asked in a quiet voice if I had any weed. Didnt have what I needed and didnt check all my tires and say theyre fked up and will need to replace all for a DISCOUNT TIRE PRICE THAT DOESNT FEEL like a discount.🙃 so thanks for the honesty.Edit: So the boss found my tires for me at an affordable price after i called them so that was worth it. Guy at the checkout just said he didnt have them and recommended discount tire (DISCOUNT MY BUM) so I do appreciate their effort and honesty. 🖤🖤🖤👍🏽

Too busy for paying customers. I show up at 9am, and am told there is a 4 hour wait. I ask if I can leave the wheels Im having installed, start the ticket and return in 4 hours when they are ready. No, we do not take appointments.Ready willing and able to pay you, you already admit you WILL have time in 4 hours but you refuse to accommodate the fact that you have a 4 hour wait and instead insist in holding the vehicle hostage leaving the customer to have to Uber their way home and back again.Im sure someone will tell me to contact their PR guy. That doesnt help me get my wheels installed when I work 60 hours a week and dont have the option of showing up at 7:30 am on a Tuesday morning. I will go somewhere else.

Just pulled into the Concord location with our fifth wheel that we had a leaking tire on. We felt it was the valve stem, and after Salvador pulled it and checked it, sure enough it was! Salvador and Jason at the front desk were absolutely amazing and professional. Did not even charge us! Had us in and out quickly! We love Modica Brothers and have used them for years... our parents began using them in the 70s and we are still using them today! Exceptional customer service! Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen!

Jason was very helpful with my choice for new tires. He didnt try to pressure me into buying a specific tire but did show me the pros and cons of each brand that I was considering. I will definitely go back in the future.

As a walk-in on the hottest Saturday I can remember, they heroically not only agreed to fix my air conditioning on my 16 years old Cadillac Escalade but did it in less than one hour on a very busy morning. Love this place! They are all so friendly. I brought my van in for an oil change and didn’t have to wait very long at all. I had my three year old daughter with me who’s usually very fussy when we have to sit and wait but she couldn’t stop smiling with Jason playing and joking with her. I ended up bringing my husbands truck the same day and it was just as fast. I would highly recommend calling before you go. They have no problem telling you if they are super busy. That way you won’t have to wait long or you can make arrangements otherwise.

My wife took her car there on Friday 03/12/21 to have 2 new tires put on an oil change and have the front end aligned and to make sure nothing else was going on in the front end. They were not able to do the alignment due to only having one mechanic and being behind from the day before so she just got the tires and oil change with plans on taking it back this week to have the alignment done. On her way home her break caliper came off and she had no breaks. Luckily she was able to exit the interstate and stop safely. Today 03/15/21 I called to speak to the manager and was informed that they were not liable because they didn’t do anything to the breaks. They had to of done something the caliper wouldn’t just fall off on it own!! Very unhappy!!! Will be doing business else where from now on!!! They don’t even deserve one star!!

Hit it or miss. Tire was inflated to 74 psi after an alignment I paid 80 bucks for. So aint no tellin what you get.

Jason is very professional and gives quality advice. His crew were very efficient and preformed quality work. They installed (4) new tires on my travel trailer.I’ve used them many times for many years with confidence.

They were pretty busy when I got to the store and was given a minimum 1 hour to look at my truck so I left it with them. I returned an hour later and the alignment was already completed with full report showing before and after. Definitely recommend!

The Lady infront was rude to us and had an attitude with everything we was asking and Told us we dont make any sense at all, So she got tired and told us just go out some one will check Youre Tire With no respect and we heard that she was talking about us .

Service for the vehicle was good, but do not leave any valuable or religious items out in the open. They will remove them. Today, I had my tires changed. I had my religious necklace hanging from my mirror, not thinking anyone would touch it. They drove my car out once the tires were changed and I drove about 3 miles down the road and realize my necklace was no longer there. I searched and searched my car and the guy who drove my car took my necklace and threw it between the seat and the center counsel. Very disrespectful. They will no longer be seeing me.

I went in to have my Subaru outback diagnosed. They pulled my car into the garage and I poured myself a cup of coffee and waited. Unfortunately I couldnt drink the coffee because there was a roach in it. I got my quote from them but they wouldnt break the number down to show me what part of the cost were parts and what parts were labor. Even after calling to clarify they told me Id have to come back in while only reciting the total.

Modica Bros. was esp. helpful and cost courteous, greeted me at the door and end even walked me to my car upon leaving. I explained the problem, they checked it out, and worked with me to resolve the issue. Great atmosphere and Jason was just awesome.

Pros: Got a new set of tires from them. About a month after getting them one of the tires got damaged by a road hazard and they replaced it for 45 dollars since it was under warranty.The workers there are really nice.Cons: I originally went in for a noise and told them I suspected it was my wheel bearings. They said my bearings are fine and that it was coming from a low tread tire. Tires were replaced, the car still made the noise. Went to my normal car shop who then said it was my front bearings that were the problem and it was fixed.

My first time was a great experience!!A full synthetic oil change was only $45 for my vehicle.They were complete in 30 minutesOnce i paid they gave me a rose and a 2018 calender ...They definitely won me over ! .

Weve been loyal customers of Modica Brothers for over a decade and have never experienced the lack of respect that we recently encountered from the Concord Rd. Facility in Beaumont, TX. We ordered two tires on Thursday paying an EXTRA $150.00 for NEXT DAY SHIPPING. My wife took a day off from work to have them installed Friday (next day, right?!). Friday morning we called the Concord store before driving to Beaumont (25 minute drive) and were told that the tires had not arrived. After numerous calls we were informed that someone was hard at work trying to resolve our issue. Throughout the day we were consistently called with comforting news that the shipping fee was waived and they were tracking the shipment. We were ensured that they were doing everything in their power to help us. Fast forward to Saturday morning where we received a call around 8am from the same guy supposedly looking out for us. He tells us that the tracking from FedEx showed the package was en route. He did not promise delivery but kept assurances that if they came in they would definitely be installed. Around 11am my wife called and requested the tracking number. FedEx tracking showed the label was generated sometime on FRIDAY! (Not on the Thursday promised!) So next day delivery was the first bold faced lie! So we call the corporate office only to find out that they were unaware of the $150.00 shipping charge! This was the second bold faced lie! Not to mention; it sounds more like this individual, Trey, was scamming us out of $150.00! This is outright theft! This line of business is absolutely unacceptable! It makes us question the integrity of the entire organization. So after years of loyal patronage Modica Brothers will never see another penny of our hard earned money. I would encourage any of their other customers to question the actions and intent of their employees before doing business with them in the future. This unfortunately is a direct reflection on their hiring and management models and should make more citizens weary of this establishment!

Machines are always down, always get recommendations for other places, The 3 times I went, always an excuse, ( maybe its cause Im in a company van)Went in for oil change and alignment, they said the alignment machine was down and immediately recommended another business, but what about oil change? Were not on a immediate rush, they could have done oil change today and alignment later when fixed, but it wasnt a option, just machines down but u can go here
