First time customer and I just say Im very pleased. I was constantly asking the woman at the counter to get me a bunch of parts I kept forgetting. She must have made a trip at least 3 times to the back for me after I let her know I had forgotten and she didnt lose her patience not one time. Good job

My husband has visited this store on several occasions and there is one employee who acts as if he is bothered by his presence or requests each time he has an encounter with him. His customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. He has no knowledge of merchandise or parts needed and he makes no attempt to assist.

Staff always makes you feel welcome. Very helpful and knowledgeable on products and parts. Store carries many products that other stores do not such as the line of 3M compounds and polishes. If you dont see it on the floor simply ask as many items are rotated between the floor and back stock. If its not in store within a day or so it can be transferred in. If no one has what your looking for its always worth stopping here.Some items can be a little more, but they are usually of good quality. Store is closed on sunday, which is a shame considering thats a day many people work on their cars.

I needed an after market headlight bulb harness that no other parts store seem to carry. The counter person really did not seem interested in making an effort at least to look it up on tbe stores data base. That said, no other parts store carry this particular headlight bulb harness. I tried them all.

Worst possible service for a shop. Waiting up to 3 hrs for parts. Wouldnt recommend for shops trying to get jobs done in a timely manner.

Note asked at 10ml socket sold 1half inch the male counter did not understand English the employees did not want to process or any help with paperwork far rebait at all

All I needed was an oil filter asked where there filter book was and they said they dont have it here. (Where do they keep it?!) Finally get directed to someone that can look one up for me, dude gets a phone call and completely ignores me mid sentence. I was the only customer in there and now I know why. Complete failures. Cant imagine what kind of difficulties theyd have if something was slightly complicated.
