My son and I are so glad to have found a tire shop that treats you like family. When my son went in for new tires, Mr. Dan was concerned enough about some issues to call me personally. Eternally grateful for their honesty and great business ethics. Business earned permanantly. Feels good to no longer shop our tire work and maintenance.

Great group of people. On top of saving me over $1000 on my tires they also installed my shocks and they took my Firestone card so I didnt have to pay cash and 0% interest to boot. They have earned my familys Business from here on out.

Bathroom air freshener way too strong. You can taste the scent, and when you walk out the scent is still on your clothes.The service was good. The wait was an hour and 43 minutes.

Fast service and fair pricing

No star. Very bad service. Lied about my f450 being aligned but after getting home noticed none of the nuts and bolts have the telltale signs of being bothered with since my truck had been driven through muddy roads, hence, none of the hex heads or threads seem like any work was done there. Also my 19.5 rims were badly damaged from tires being taken off for tire rotation. Seems like their tire guys need glasses because they sure missed their mark when swinging their hammers and hit my rims instead of the tires. Not once or twice either. Quite a few hammer marks. The place I went to was Southern tire mart in Beaumont Texas on February 5th 2019.

Will lie to get you into their store. Called before hand about the cost of two tires was told $125 + tax and service fees. I ask again to verify the price because it seemed a bit low, sure enough $125 + tax and service fees. I drive up to their store and ask for two tires. Man at the front tells me it will be $308 for them to put one tire on and just give me the second one for a spare. Would have taken 45 minutes as well. Hell, the place was near empty, and its a 3-10 minute job to do it yourself depending on the tools you use.
