Bought an are camper shell, had Ayres order the led lights and keyless entry for it. Made 3 trips there because they never checked to see if all the parts ever came in, they just called and said they were when they werent. Broke all the clips on my floor pillar when wiring, left my rear tail light hanging while working on my truck scratched the side of my truck all up so I have to still get that repainted and need less to say still missing a wire and lights dont work properly.... I have pictures of my truck there being worked on so there is no denying it! Overwhelmed we pay these a $90 an hour for a $10 job cost me more money than it was worth... No one has reached out to me on the other wire its a shame we gotta resort to this a bad review but like I said Im tired of all these places charging top dollar doing poor work....

Paid in full for two items, one had to be ordered and the installation guy was out for the weekend, was told the bumper was in Dallas and it would be here on Tuesday, its Thursday, no call. Tried to get an update and the woman who answered was rude, they will call you when it gets here! was her response. Tried to get a PRICE on a rear bumper for the same truck since the front bumper hasnt arrived yet, and was told I had to talk to the original salesman, for a PRICE. 3 hrs later and still no word from the original salesmanson return call on the rear bumper PRICE. Not happy with this company, no communication. Had the time this week to get the work done but not next week. Kind of screwed living 2 hours away. They dont care once they have your money.

Stay far away from these guys. I oreded a ARE mx topper. The topper just does fit right causing my back window to wistle. I took it to 2 different Toyota dealers for an inspection of the rear window. Both dealers stated there was nothing wrong with the window seal. Ares would not exchange the topper for another of the same or different model.Also, upon inspection during the install i saw the quality of their electrical components. Absolutely the cheapest components money can buy.Response to Ayres, you did install the topper on my truck and i went out to check on things, saw the quality of your work so i stopped the work, then left with an incomplete install. It whistles under 78mph. Actually starts about 60mph. I returned to the shop and had you remove the topper. Then I noticed the damage to my truck. Several scratches on the bed rail due to a poor job installing the weather strip.In short you guys are a low end shop. Have no idea why your still in business.

Over the past 15 years Ive bought two different fiberglass covers from them. Sales, service, installation= A++++Just remember these guys do a very good job and are very busy so if you drop by for something complicated, it may take a while. That being said, the wait is worth it and their workmanship is top notch.

Had the Back flip bed cover put on my truck. Was not able to use my rail system because it was dropped to low. Brought it back hoping for them to fix it and was unhappy with the lack of care. Also the rods to hold the folded end up against the back glass is set to close to attach rod into slot. I have no way of holding it up if I ever need to drive with it open. Employees are friendly but more worried about sitting in their office then making sure customers are happy with the end product. Don’t waste your time or money. Now that we have a 4wheel parts in Beaumont I recommend getting things done their.
