They worked with me on my installation of air bags and did good work! Had a leak on the system and they fit me in to the schedule in 1 day which was good! They could work on impriving their customer service skills. Perhaps they were having a bad day. We all have those.

You pay 600 for shocks then they charge you 400 to install..... Ordered lift kit 3wks in advance get a 9am appointment to install just for then to say the lift wont work... That place is a major inncovience especially for the price youll pay

Ive had lifts and leveling kits installed on 7 trucks over the years and my best experience by far was had at the Beaumont 4 Wheel Parts. Craig took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He enthusiastically answered every question I had and went our of his way to make sure I understood his recommendations. 5 star service for sure!

Mechanics were not competent enough to perform an easy install on my vehicle. Lazy to the extra mile to provide good customer service. Gave them all resources and parts necessary to do a job and they refused for reasons that I know to be false being a car guy myself.
