I originally came to change one of my front tires. At the end I didn’t. Now, let me tell you WHY. Initially, I went to a different place that told me that the tire was not repairable and that a replacement will be 150 and some change. Now, tell me why I go to Discount Tire and they only charged me 107ish for the brand new tire. On top of that they are military friendly, then it then dropped to 97. That’s not all. One of the two gentleman that kindly, helped rolled the tire to the trunk of my car looked at “UNREPAIRABLE” tire and told me to meet him inside the building. The second gentleman ended up REFUNDING my money for the tire that in the end is REPAIRABLE. If that’s not good customer service, then I don’t know what is. The professionalism and integrity is above and beyond standards. Thank you to the gentlemen that helped me! You don’t know how you helped me! I recommend Discount Tire to everyone. Go here first. They truly have your best interest.

When I entered the store, no one acknowledged me or let me know that someone would help me. Conversations about hating being in the military filled the air.. But the gentleman with the braids, dont know his name, came from outside, and acknowledged me right away and gave me great service. Also the gentleman that brought me my car was very courteous also. He showed me I had a nail in my tire and updated me on the service. The guy who worked on my truck worked with precision. Keep up the good work guys.

I had a great experience with this location! I had a flat tire and arrived shortly before closing. They were able to get me in and out with all new tires in less than 30 minutes. Derek was extremely helpful and patient and didnt turn me away even though they were about to close soon. Im so appreciative of them all! Thanks again guys.

Bought $800 tires, a week later they werent balanced correctly .. had to bring back and they wanted to tell me my wheel was the problem (actually one employee tried to tell me something else was completely wrong before a very nice supervisor told me he shouldnt have told me that)... My car doesnt drive the same now... It should drive better now that I have new tires. Wont go back there and spend my hard earned money. Thats for sure.

Jose hooked me up while on the phone and got the tires in so quickly. Everyone was so nice and they really are the best. Customer service is amazing too. I will definitely be back when needed :) way to go guys and so fast with even being short staffed.

Low tire pressure light went on several times over two weeks. Filled right rear twice, then took it to Discount. Quick analysis found a screw in tread. Rashad (sp) did a great job plugging, patching, balancing and testing. No bubbles in test bath! Wonderful service. And best of all there was no charge! Ill be back!

This is the second time we visited this location first time was for two tires for the front this time was for two tires for the back and also to rotate we werent there more than 25 minutes and the work was completed we were so surprised thank you very much recommend them to anybody

We’re from Virginia and got a nail stuck in one of our tires during a trip to Fripp Island . We spent the morning driving from tire shop to tire shop and every single one told us the nail was too close to the side wall to repair and just tried to sell us a tire. Unfortunately for them, we drive a mustang with a rarely stocked tire, which is how we ended up at Discount. The service at Discount Tire was astounding! Not only did they open the doors for us before they officially opened, they agreed to take the tire off the car and take a closer look to determine if the location even required a new tire, while also pulling up a comparable one should we need it. Turns out it was patchable and they had it fixed and us back on the road within 45 minutes with four other people in line ahead of us. Everyone we spoke to was extremely professional and friendly, and the management was wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area in need of tire repair!

Have been twice and felt compelled to write a review! Most recently I had a flat tire, made an online appointment for 10:15am (earliest available), drove my car over at 9am (needed to drive it there before the air left my tire) and was completely prepared to wait as long as it took. They had it fixed by 9:45. The most polite employees who genuinely care and want to help you. Highly recommend. 10/5 stars

Editing my review because Monday morning management made things right by towing my car to the facility and replacing the tire for no extra cost. This was still an inconvenience though to have to travel on a spare for 200 miles but Im thankful they tried to make it right: 6/8/2021 -----Original review: I went today at 3:30 to get 2 tires replaced with nails in them. Left Rear and Right front. when they were done, I had 2 news ones in the front and they said its because they rotated the tires and put the old one on the back. Flat tire sign stayed on and they said it would go off by the time I got home. Got home and I had completely flat tire. The left rear one was never replaced. They took one of my good tires and replaced it and left me the one with the nail in it. The receipt even says replace left rear. Im from out of town and they are closed on Sundays so now I have to travel home tomorrow on a donut because they were negligent. Extremely angry, and they owe me a tire.

I came to this location because of price and service. I was greeted by Thalese White (Assistant Manager) and truly happy with his service. I explained my situation (punctuated sidewall by tree limb & dont ask me how!). Price was 32% cheaper than the big box store. Service was completed in 40 minutes and off I went. Thanks Thalese.

If you ever need any tire work I would recommend sending anyone to discount tire for sure. This location in specific. They are super friendly and were able to help me out in a bad situation on a short notice. Store was clean and staff was extremely friendly. Free tire rotation was nice, balanced my tires for $40 which isnt too bad, and whole thing was done in 20min. Only thing to complain about is they said they filled all my tires to what they were supposed to be at, but the tire that was low when I got there was still low when I left. So either its got the fastest leak ever or they lied to my face. And if theyre going to lie about something as simple as that, what else would they lie about?

They quickly checked my tire, which was low on air according to TPMS, determined there were no leaks, topped us off, and had us on our way. I love the quickcheck station that gets you in and out in a heartbeat!

This store is A-1 service at its best. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Had us in and out within 20 minutes. We needed a new tire after having a blowout on the highway. I called a day earlier, ordered the tire I needed then they called me the next day to let me know it was there. I showed up thirty minutes later and had the tire installed with in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company and store.

Discount Tires are awesome, traveling and needed help finding a certain tire, called Beaufort store and Technician ACE didn’t have the exact tire to match my truck but located it in minutes at another store on my route, if your not using Discount Tires then it’s your lost. Excellent service. Would recommend for any tire emergency. Disclaimer- They will inspect all of your tires, and recommend you buy some new ones if your tread is low. They will however repair your tire for free, if it can be done safely according to their standards. A patch at most shops would run you $15-20, so in my opinion its worth their inspection.

Had to replace a patched tire and it was a breeze to work with Discount Tire. I ordered the tire I needed online from their website, arranged for it to delivered to their store, and made an appointment for the tire to be put on. There was a shipping delay and the guys at the store called me the day before my appointment to reschedule rather than risk it not arriving on time. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.When I did finally get to take my car in 2 days later, the tire was changed out in less than 10 minutes! The guys were super friendly and I was overall impressed with this locations customer service. Would definitely go back.

Blew a tire on 95 one of the closet brand name places to the exit we were on Thalese and Patrick where kind and helpful got new tires on in about 30 minutes.

TPMS alarm went off and found a hex key stuck in one of my tires. Brought it in and they had it plugged, balanced, and aired up in about 45 minutes for free. Dereck Moody was great and I highly recommend this place for any tire needs. 👍👍

We had just moved to Beaufort when I experienced a vibration in my truck’s steering, I happened to be driving by this particular Discount Tire store, I was not a customer of Discount Tires, but thought I would ask if they could at least check the air on my tires, the staff was great and took right to work, the right front tire had worn in an uneven way, the technician explained further, but rotated the tires for me, he asked me if I had purchased the tires from Discount Tire and I said no, when I asked him what I owed, he replied nothing, I’ve now been back to that store, five times for tires for our other vehicles. The staff is great, but I have to add that, Jose is an amazing representation of we lack in our country today, someone that takes the time to talk to the customer, but even more importantly, he listens to the customer, thank you Jose and thank you Discount Tire, keep up the great work.....

This place is the BEST IN BEAUFORT. I went to two other places one had a 3 hour wait another demanded an appointment. Meanwhile my air is leaking. I pulled into Discount Tire and they took my car immediately. It had a nail in it. When I went to pay it was a no charge!! Just a friendly request i buy my next new tires from them. Friendly, honest, and reasonable prices on new tires..better than the other tire stores.

My husband had just recently had a tire replaced at Discount Tire. He told me the place was clean, the service people were courteous and there was no attempt at an up sale so when I needed to replace a flat that is where I went. The place was everything my husband said it was, I was very impressed with my service but also with the way other patrons were handled as I waited for my service to be completed. I will recommend Discount Tire and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My tire blew right by Lowes, drove it to Discount Tire. I was told I needed 2 front tires, the one blown and they showed my the other and it was in bad shape. Reviewed by Gary Sherman .On 11/20/19 I drove 35 min./ 23 mi. ( past a lot of other tire sellers ) to this store to get a tire inspection at the request of Michelin. I was a longtime customer of Americas / Discount tire in Calif. and had always had a great service. Jose Mariona checked the tires and called Michelin about the adjustment. His effort should have been made into a training video for other customer service people. He spent almost an hour on the phone helping the Michelin warranty person do their job. His patience with this poorly trained person was exceptional. In the end he had a great attitude ; did not put the other person down afterward AND got the job done for me. I am 70 and this was the best customer service I have ever had anywhere, ever. Jose is the kind of person you hope your daughter would marry. He and Discount tire should be proud of him. 5 stars are not enough.

I just want to start off with saying that I will never go anywhere else to get a tire or a wheel for my car again. From Jose the manager to even the techs in the back, since I have several of them and I didn’t catch everybody’s names, they all have been absolutely helpful and pleasant. Every experience I have had it at discount tire in Beaufort has been immaculate and definitely will I be returning every single time I need something.

These guys are total professionals. I came from out of town to have wheels and tires installed. Upon arrival I was greeted when I pulled up and there was a service bay with my name reserved for me. The guys immediately went to work on my vehicle tires. Jose one of the managers there was a complete and highly competent and knowledgeable professional along with the rest of the crew. The gentleman that came out to see what I needed was very friendly. It didnt take very long and my nephews were able to watch my tire get replaced (from inside).

Called in the AM for an appointment; they had the tires I wanted (Michelin Defender) in my size. They were $4 less per tire than the best internet price! After I paid for the tires, it was literally 20 minutes later they were done and I could drive away! Great experience, friendly techs, fast service. This is the fourth time Ive bought tires from the Discount Tires chain, but the first time Ive bought from this location. Ive never been disappointed, east or west coast. Im a customer for life!

This has so far been the be experience I’ve had, and I had a flat tire today. Lol Jose was the greatest very welcoming and politely educated me on my tires. I’m that person that knows better but doesn’t do. I know I’m terrible but despite that Jose was very polite. I felt embarrassed cause of the condition of my tires but he didn’t judge at all. 10/10 would recommend just for the great attitudes here. Now the tires, because my car asks for special size, it was going to come out to big boy bucks, which I don’t have. But Jose helped me find alternates. 1st experience with Jose and Discount Tire. The store and bays were spotless, plus Jose wiped down the entire counter between customers because of the virus. When it was my turn, the mechanic asked for me to pull my truck in the bay as he directed me. The young man, who I am sorry I did not get his name, also spotted me when I was asked to back out when the service was completed. Excellent experience.

I had to drive over 50 minutes to this Discount Tires location. I cant lie it was definitely worth it. Savannah, GA. doesnt have one not sure why, nevertheless my service was instant! Andrew came from inside to outside to Greet me. This was very impressive, I told him what the guy at Savannah Tire told and wanted to charge me. Because Id just gotten my tires from Discount Tires less than 3 months ago. I wasnt gonna let the first tire company that wasnt a Discount Tire tell me anything. You can find a lot of women that are naive or vulnerable to BS, not me. I took my time, filled my tank, and took the nice tranquil drive to Beaufort, SC. All I can say is AWESOMENESS! Everybody was great, Ill just have to take that 50 minute drive to get satisfactory service. Its crazy how one tire company can price you $100 if you only needed a nail plugged or patched. Its unreal how men service techs think all women have no knowledge of whats true from false information. Ladies? Dont ever fall for the first mechanic shop that you see advertising just because. Ill always recommend Discount Tires for all my Tire needs. Wished like heck, they worked on the automotive parts not just tires, and alignments.

Went in with my own tires to get them mounted and balanced and was told the price was $180. They were charging me $64 to unmount the tire and then $64 to mount the new ones, thats ridiculous! I was taking my old tires back with me so there wasnt a disposal fee added. I decided to go down the street to their competitors NTB and was quoted $72 for the same exact job, less than half the price. Very dissatisfied with discount tire and will be spreading the word they were clearly ripping me off
