They were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Told me from the time I dropped my vehicle off into the time I picked it up what was happening and stayed honest with me. I would recommend them to anyone even though I had to return my vehicle back but nothing major. I appreciate their service and professionalism.

All the 5 star reviews were correct. They did excellent repairing our car after we were hit by someone. They dealt with the other persons insurance company. Made a repair look like new and completed 2 days ahead of schedule. From desk team was excellent and kept us informed.

Went to see about an estimate for some small cosmetic repairs and was informed that they were completely booked for a long time. I totally understand that but when I asked if I could make an appointment for whenever they had an opening (even if it was two months out) the receptionist wouldn’t even allow me to do that. Again, I understand insurance claims/repairs are “more important” but I think me being able to decide wether or not I want conduct business with them should’ve been my decision. I even asked… “so you won’t entertain it all?” She replied no. She wasn’t rude about it and I appreciate that. Facility was also clean.

Upon being highly recommended by a family member I took my vehicle to this shop to have accident repairs. The accident was to the passenger door and quarter panel. They are very nice to communicate with. I was assured I would have my vehicle back and be completely satisfied because the work is guaranteed. They informed me each step of the way as to the progress of repairs. After taking the vehicle back, my daughter got her sweater caught when trying to exit the passenger door after someone parked too close to us. When I looked I noticed the welding was not smooth at the joint. I also noticed that at speeds of 55+ you can hear air coming in through the door somewhere. I took it back to the shop and brought these issues to their attention. Their reply was the door was one unit and they need to see if the manufacturer would honor the warranty if they smoothed the area. They also stated they would contact the insurance company to see if they could order another door. That was back in the middle of December. It is now close to 2 months and I still have not heard from them. During this time I have since washed the vehicle and noticed other things. The passenger rear door has dust all on the inside and there are thick grease marks on the window, the frame and the lower panel. I also noticed when cleaning the front door frame the lower portion of the door is not connected. It just sort of flaps there which is probably where the air is coming from. I am disappointed because when I took it back they drove it around to the work area but I dont believe they checked all around the door or they would have noticed this problem. The fact that they didnt make sure to clean after themselves I also take issue with as my car is kept clean and the only passenger I ever have is my daughter who sits in front. I feel like the work was rushed and since I was told the door came in as one unit then why do I have some kind of dust and grease on the rear door. They should have inspected the part they received before installing it. They could have definitely done much better with the repairs. Still not a satisfied customer.

I am not at all happy with caliber collision . I had my car towed there after an accident on the 21st. They notified my insurance company YESTERDAY !!, that they dont have the proper tools to fix my car!! Today is the 4th .two weeks and they are just now figuring this out. Now I have to have it towed to a capable repair shop and wait some more BECAUSE OF CALIBER COLLISION AND THEIR INCOMPITANCE !! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE !!

Caliber Collision is where my car was referred when one of our pecan trees lost a limb that landed on my car, destroying the windshield and causing significant damage to the body.Todd was terrific about staying in touch with me during the repair process. I was extremely concerned about potential electrical issues in the dash (due to moisture, since the windshield was penetrated), as well as the paint possibly not matching (my car has a limited-edition paint color). I shared these concerns with him - about 15 times 🤣 - and he explained that they would be addressed and the work performed has a lifetime guarantee.I was able to pick up my car about 5 days sooner than originally estimated and the paint job is perfect!!My only complaints are as follows: the top of the dashboard was not cleaned (I could see where moisture had pooled and dried on it after the limb busted the windshield), I found some small shards of glass in the cup holders, and - when I picked my car up - the gas tank was on zero miles, (I presume they had to drive it to test the new windshield seals, plus move it between buildings during the repair process...I just do not remember it being so low on fuel that the gauge would be on zero by the time I picked it up).All in all, I am incredibly pleased with the work Caliber Collision performed on my car. Their team was very polite and professional. I strongly recommend them, for your repair needs!

I recently had a vehicle here and I have to say what a wonderful experience it was. Adam and the staff were just incredible. When I first dropped my Ford SUV off and was waiting, Kim called enterprise for me to be picked up. I was funnily getting annoyed at how to make coffee and a young lady named Stacey just happened to be walking by and offered to help.This is next level customer service. My car looks even better than before. My wife passed and this was her chariot I kept telling them, and all I can say is it is even better now after repairs. Great service. I bought the car brand new and hd it enamel coated. There was so much trash and stuff underneath, it looked terrible. They actually went out of there way to fix those areas as well because they were already fixing the side panels. I didnt even ask, they just did it for me. Just incredible. Not to mention my truck is black and you can SEE everything. My truck was show room quality. Thanks Adam and team.

Awesome small local shop! Came in as a walk in with minor damage to the front underbody spoiler. Adam took a look at it, stated it was going to be a simple fix with just putting some clips in. He put the clips in for me, realigned the spoiler, and sent me on way. By far the best collision repair shop I have done business with.
