I went to the Collision center initially for a rental due to repairs needed to my vehicle following a comprehensive collision; however, based on the amazing customer service received and feedback from customers within the facility upon arrival, I chose to leave my car there. The rental service was coming to a close; however, I was assisted and given the best care, even though the rental associate had to leave promptly. Parker spearheaded my process and he was simply amazing. He provided education, was understanding and kept me abreast on the repairs of my car. I will always take my car there and I suggest others to do the same.

I have enjoyed restoring old cars and boats in Beaufort as a hobby. Recently I took a 1963 mfg boat to Boundary Street collision to get painted. Jason and his crew of great talented guys did an amazing job getting in to look brand new. After he painted it and I took it home he saw it and insisted I bring it back because he saw something that I could not see and he put 2 more coats on it and refused to charge me anything. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had in 40 years in dealing with restoring cars and boats. I recommend them enthusiastically.

Needed some body work down on my 2008 Dodge Viper. Paint had bubbled up and had some minor corrosion along the driver side rocker. While they were a bit more expensive than some of the other auto body shops in town, their staff took the time to explain in detail on how they intended to approach the repair and as a locally owned business, I felt that they were the only ones who would do the job right. No surprise, the work looks great and they finished right on time. Couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend.

If you want it done right then this is the place. Parker walked me through the estimate and explained everything that was going to be done. They don’t just “patch it up”, they are extremely thorough and detailed in order to return the vehicle to factory specs. They wouldnt allow the insurance company to make me put an aftermarket part on but instead insisted on a Mazda factory replacement. Matched the paint color perfectly. They even let me leave my car there for almost 2 weeks while I was out of town after the work was finished. Kept me well informed the whole time. Couldnt ask for more. Bring your car here.

Had two vehicles in at the same time,both from hitting deer . They were first class at keeping me updated on the status of both vehicles . One was totaled by the insurance company, but the other vehicle made it back like new. I Highly recomend the shop and they have a car rental company on premises drop of and pickup were seamless!!

Even though my vehicle ended up being a total loss, when i first started my claim on the wreck insurance took the vehicle to the wrong repair shop (my mistake for not paying closer attention). But boundary picked it up from the other shop (it was close by) at no extra fee, as the insurance company was going to charge me a good bit more for the relocation. The guys at the shop kept in better contact with me then my insurance. I only knew the inspector had even been by only due to the services at boundary collision. I hope i dont have to but i will return to boundary collision if i get into another wreck. The people here are amazing and really know their stuff.

I got in an accident with less than a week before my family and I were moving to Texas. I had estimate done by Parker on a Friday. After I sent the insurance information he called me on Monday and said he didn’t want to get into the job and not have enough time to finish before we had to leave. What honesty! We couldnt be more appreciative. Brought in our 40 ft RV . The damage was beyond their scope but even so as we were DESPERATE they did what they could which essentially made it safe to drive the hour plus distance to be completely serviced. Boundary street Colision has worked on 3 of my cars. My Mercedes wagon, my 1974 Vw thing and my Porsche 911. I’ll start by saying I love my cars and I’m a picky pain in the butt Sob!Their patience for me was unmatched ! The quality of their work was excellent and in the case of my 74 thing they far exceeded my expectations. I would not blink an eye to take another car again. I took my Lincoln MKX to Boundary Street Collision Center after being rear ended. I was treated greeted by the owner and two other employees immediately. To my surprise there was a Hertz rental car service right there and I was able to leave my car and rent one in the same place. Boundary Street Collision not only took excellent care of me and my car but they talked directly to the insurance company and kept me informed. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and secure that my car would be repaired properly and no shortcuts would be taken. It was completed on the day they promised and when I went to pick it up I was shown pictures of all the unseen damage and pictures of how it was repaired. The paint job was perfect and my care was cleaned inside and out. So if you need work done these are the people. Honesty & Integrity at it best!
