Jordan was my salesperson he was extremely helpful by helping me switch my service he was patience and very knowledgeable i was surprise he was only there for a year if you need any help with your phone or service he is the person to see Team #Jordan

I was a Verizon customer who switched to T-Mobile, but after a few years wanted to switch back. The process is usually such a hassle and takes forever so I tried ordering online instead of going to the store. Of course, there was an issue with the order and I was about ready to forget the whole thing. I called up this store and Matthew told me to come on in. I was worried that I was going to be there for hours but Matthew had me out in no time. He even found me some extra deals that I wasnt offered online. I was blown away by my experience here and the fantastic service.

Fast and helpful service. Jordan helped me with a loyalty discount since I’ve been a verizon customer for 5 years.

Had a problem with a phone being locked out and had stopped by an “authorized dealer” who turned me away and said I needed to go to the Apple Store. I came here and explained the situation to the Store Manager Matt and he said he could fix it by resetting the phone which he did and the phone is back to running great. These guys are great (Sean was great handling customers while I waited). I recommend this store 100%!

The people there are very friendly, as well as helpful. I came back in looking for a replacement charger after accidentally buying the wrong kind during my last visit, but I lost the receipt. I showed the gentleman behind the front desk the charger I originally bought and he still happily exchanged it, giving me the one he was currently using. The charger I was given works perfectly, doing more than just simply charging my phone. If Im having tech troubles or looking for a certain item, I can for sure trust the people at this location.

Jordon was amazing!!! He helped me at another location but he normally works out here. Some of the best service I have ever had and he is accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind! He was very patient with me as I work far away from the location I was at and came in a half hour to close and he stayed past close to make sure I was all taken care of without making me feel rushed. AMAZING SERVICE!!!

Today I went to Verizon in tears. I accidentally deleted all my photos from my phone. Photos from when my kids were babies. I was beside myself. Sue saved the day. Literally !!! She retrieved all of my photos. Reassuring me she’d figure it out some how. And she did. I’m so grateful to have all my important memories back. She kept me calm to say the least. If you ever need assistance at Verizon..... Sue is your girl!!!

What service! Last week I realized I needed better cell service. Went to 3 leading service providers. And Doubled back to Verizon.... WHY.? SERVICE ALL THE STAFF was knowledgeable. Not just one, EVERYONE I ENCOUNTERED. Over the Few visits (I have multiple lines..) they showed thier skills. I left the store fully aware of everything.. Not bamboozled like other carriers. KUDOS TO ROY you rock.....

Promises made, unkept.Poor customer service by phone and on line.Call service has unbelievable wait times,staying on without answering. The online service is poor, repetitive actions are asked of you which get you to a dead end.Verizon has unsatisfactory service for ridiculous prices.I would not recommend.

Went to this location this morning. Between business and family I have 9 phones to upgrade to various Models. ( Note 9 and IPhone X models) @ $10, 000 worth of phones plus activation fees, new covers..... plus over $900 in monthly bills. When I asked about transferring info from one phone to another they told me they dont do that and I would have to just change it on the cloud. If I had any glitches I should just call the tech support line. On 9 phones.... I have used Verizon for a long time, but Monday I will be checking other providers to see if anyone provides any kind of service help anymore.

I had a terrific experience. Especially Su. Dealt with fabulous, knowledgeable people.
