I’ve been trying for over 1/2 hr, calling all phone numbers forOptium and Altice because I need to speak with someone in management. Can’t get a human no matter what I tried. Their phone service is horrible. Basically, no phone service. I got some cable technical help but that took over a 1/2 hr. It’s beyond me how such a big company that charges astronomical prices for their service can’t have a phone number to an associate who has a brain and a functioning heart. Real, alive people are needed. Enough with the auto voice that doesn’t seem to function well. I entered my phone number when asked and the voice said “ I’m sorry I didn’t get that, or I don’t understand”. How can it not understand a touch tone phone? I’m really at a point where I’m ready to dump Optimum and I’ve been a customer since they started. Technology is wonderful but it’s terrible to this extent where it’s impossible to speak with a human if you need one. 😠😠🤯
Optimum is the worst service out there and the most unprofessional and scamming company. They increased my bills without advising me or educating me or giving me options to choose. They sent me a $400 bill. Please do not use the company . They will bill you small feee you have no idea about. They are scammers. Customer service is poor.
Very terrible experience, they claim they can’t take a box back but they can add one instead so backwards 😡. Plus the wait is insane for no reason
