Been going here for years since I was a freshman in college. Mike and his staff are amazing. Small shop but not to many traffic so it’s always peaceful when I visit.

I for no reason put t-mobile again the line does not work, the signal drops all the time the internet is very bad,?I have called customer service to help me help me and all the time my cell phone has the same problem my cell phone is new it is an iPhone 12 Pro??all the time I have problems with the internet

I’m traveling and went there because my phone said NO SIM CARD. I couldn’t use my phone. Instead of swapping my SIM card out, I was told to do a software update on my phone and that would fix it. Of course it didn’t fix it. I found another T-mobile store, told them the sane info and showed them the same screen shots. They swapped my SIM card and my phone works.

Thank you so much to Fernando who went above and beyond to help us with our phone. We brought a malfunctioning phone in to switch the SIM card to a new phone and Fernando answered all our questions and was just so beyond patient! Thank you for helping us post-COVID in the safe mask-wearing store and for being so patient and kind with us!

Well I dropped my new iPhone and cracked the screen protector. No biggie seeing how I have a 360 coverage with T-Mobile right ? Wrong I’ve visited them three times. An 2 out of three times they don’t even look up at u as they tell you they don’t have it. Yes Josh sells you well when he gives you a card and tells u to call and have them put one aside for you. To bad the clerk today said only 4 came in the last delivery.

Entire crew couldnt be nicer or more helpful. Im not a techie, just wanted a basic starter plan, not a big bucks deal at all. Still, they treated me like a major account, were patient with my questions and Im very happy with the results. Highly recommend this store.

This store is horrible. Do not go this store.They have no idea what they are doing. My phone was delivered there by UPS on Tuesday and I went there today and they claim they never received it. T-Mobile corporate is now doing an investigation on them. Horrible customerservice!!!

Fahad and Michael are amazing. I broke my phone and they made the whole insurance experience so easy for my daughter. Professional and courteous. Now she has a new life proof with her new phone for only couple dollars on my bill. I love it

Went in to trade in an old phone for the OnePlus 6T promotion. They looked at the phone practically under a microscope, looking for micro scratches, I guess. Took out sim card to inspect and said there was water damage and they couldnt take it as a trade in. Tried to get me to buy at full price. I went to another store, they gave the phone a cursory look, made sure it booted, and proceeded with the trade in. Buyer beware, they are trying to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can. Legitimately or not. PS. Love TMobile and my OnePlus 6T. Not going back to that store.

Fahad is incredible! He is so patient, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful,.... and did I mention helpful!?!?Ive been a T-Mobile customer since about 2002 or 2003, so Ive experienced everything T-Mobile. Out of my 13-14 years with the company, I can honestly say hands-down that Fahad is the best the company has!

Absolutely loved the customer service at this location! My family and I were helped out by Mr. Fahad the first, I believe his name was lol such a great guy. We switched over from Sprint to Tmobil which I thought was going to be a roller coaster but Mr.F turned it into a smooth transition.I will definitely be back soon to get other family members to join.. What I thought was going to be a long headache process actually turned out to be a pleasant visit and an exciting change.Sincerely,A happy customer! :)

Wow this place is so fresh smells nice like hawaii... the empleyers are great they got everything you need.

Very friendly, but extremely lazy. The person we got did not want to do anything. Its like they are afaird of getting into trouble. The teller next to us, went the extra mile to help. They seem to be breeding people that are afaord to do their job. It is a hit or miss.

This T-Mobile store is the best that ive ever been to and I recommend everybody in Long Island to go to this specific T-Mobile store. The staff treat their customers like family and do there best to help you with whatever help you need. If your a customer of tmobile and your on long Island stop by. If your not a customer of tmobile stop by, yall make the switch.

Great friendly staff... always have good advice. If youre in the neighborhood and to switch to Tmobile come here! If youre at Westfield mall DO NOT go to the T-Mobile store there... the sales guy there charged me twice on my debit card and citibank blocked my account due to fraudulent activity while I was in Philadelphia! Other thing they did was put the wrong shipping address to send my phones to and I didnt realize I hadnt gotten my package.Anyway, even though I didnt sign up with these guys the sales associate at this t-Mobile store, Moe, helped me get my account and devices sorted out. Even though I was an existing account not getting any additional line or accessories he provided an amazing customer service experience that I would recommend everyone go here. Its less than 5 minutes from Westfield mall.Both are authorized locations but this one is managed and owned by an honest person.

So let me tell you a story. Me and Boost were having a rough time in our relationship. constantly running out of data and always unknowingly charging up my card. I couldnt even play pokemon go without their internet speeds making me lose my gym battles. I decided it was time to end our relationship. I started talking to T Mobile and my friend Fahad and he helped me finally break off my bleeding affair with Boost . He talked me through as I called them to let them know I couldnt take it anymore. But in all seriousness Fahad was great, he was super friendly and had a great attitude about everything. He was able to answer any question I had and walked me through everything he was doing . He definitely hooked me up and It was probably some of the best customer service Ive seen anywhere. I would highly highly recommend going to him for anything you may need. Hes smart, friendly and generally good people.

Ran my credit without my authorization and then gave me an attitude when I pointed out how illegal & unethical that was. Frustrated me to the point that I cancelled my transaction, left, and signed up with another T-mobile location the very next day.

The manager is very helpful and easy to speak too.
