When I signed up I signed up for the 35/phone plan with no insurance. They jacked my plan up to the 70/phone plan and added insurance that I did not authorize. They put the plan under a completely different name so I havent been able to get into the account so now the account is past due with over $1000 due for two months. It was two teenage boys behind the counter with no manager. I asked to speak to the manager and they said hes not here, I asked him to call me and he still has not called me back. This is fraud and honestly so unprofessional. I want my account credited for the money they stole from me or I will be getting a lawyer involved. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
Jonathan and Kevin were amazing, they really know how to work the system. I would gladly come back for their service.
Date: 3/14/2021, 12:30pm.This isn’t a corporate store, so that was my first question and she the lady said no; mistake 1 on my behalf. In less the minutes she stated excuses as to why i can upgrade. Her appearance and eager to help was an all time “no” She said your bill is passed due, and she sorry she can’t do anything; I said I’ll pay it and did. Then she comes back and says “ you have no upgrades available”. Well if she did her homework I have 5 lines and the phone I was upgrading has had one for roughly 7 months available. I did not want to continue trying with this incompetent “worker” and asked for a bill to make sure i have a copy and will seek services from another store.
The moment I walked into the store I was greeted professionally. The manager Edwin checked up on the transaction to make sure everything was fine. He trained his reps well. They really take care of their customers. I was very happy with my experience and will recommend this store to all my friends and family
Barbara went above & beyond to help me, meet my needs & make sure I was happy. They are professional, helpful & friendly in that store. I would highly recommend them.
I would like to thank Kevin for being so helpful and so patient yesterday. I called At&t customer service at 8:40 and they were close. I called this location knowing they will be closing soon but I had to attempt getting help from someone.Kevin answered the phone and was beyond helpful. Not only was he so patient but he knew what he was talking about.I would definitely be coming in if I need anything.
This store was amazing... I went to go buy a phone for my grandma and let me just say the staff was just so genuine and eager to help...which was so great cause in other phone companies you wont really get that... Thats why Im so happy I switch to at&t Ill recommended this location to anyone who needs a phone or switch :)

Went to the BayShore store during the holidays in a panic but Melanie was patient and helped me above and beyond she went out of her way to assist me more than her job duties. I appreciate it and before her I was getting annoyed with AT&T as a company as far as billing but with the assistance she provided I decided to stay with at&t as a service provider
Wonderful experience. Jonathan the representative was very helpful. After calling the at&t reps on the phone and getting no help I decided to call the local store. I was having problems activating my mothers iphone and did not know how to unlock the phone. I needed my iemi number. Jonathan was patient, helpful and VERY knowledgeable. The phone was up and running in no time. Thank you Jonathan. AT&T needs more employees like you.
The whole staff is nice and helped so much but how is there no service in the store?! the guy has to walk out the store to look for signal but overall great people.

Wife and I walked in looking to upgrade to a new phone. Guy immediately tried to upsell me and the Mrs, and we ended up walking out with nothing. Dude wasnt even interested in trying to get us what we wanted. I wouldnt waste oxygen here.
Everyone was great but the their computers should be updated.It took 3 hours for them to be able to transfer my wifes info on her phone when she got an upgrade.
Went yesterday to see if I can lower my bill and I did they even hooked me up with a new phone a tablet those 2 guys were awesome thanks guys
Melanie and kevin were very polite and patient in helping my wife and I leave with new phones and helping transfer all our information into the new phones. They were very knowledgable and answered our questions, i highly recommend them both!!!

This guy is amazing first clauvys walked to the door and greeted me within the first second I walked through the door they hooked me up with 2 galaxy s8 2 iphone 8And 3 of them were free with my directv and he gave me free Smart watches for my galaxys too I have been to a couple of att stores but this was the first to actually help me he gave me all this great stuff and lowered my bill by 100 dollars plus he was so attentive for someone who was by himself too att should be happy to have employees like him I was so close to switching before I met him on Tuesday it to be honest I would give him a 6 out 5 just for the fact that he stayed helping me for over half hour on that day just so I understood the whole process of the att bundle best Tuesday ever if you ever stop by ask for the manager clauvys blaise
Unexcusable service. I walk in to a sign that says will be back in 30-45 min? Store closed? Is there only one employee here how does he use the bathroom? 45 minutes later I come back and already feel bad for the kid helping a young woman. About 35 minutes later of just standing there realising this kid is just flirting with this girl I interrupt and ask for assistance. I needed to purchase an iphone 8 as well as get a sim card for my wifes current phone. He tries to sell me the sim card explaining how they are not free in this store, fair enough so i ask the location of a store that does have a free SIM so after i set up the iphone 8 i could stop by and pick up a sim card. He says he doesnt know any stores that do and when i asked to call the islandia location he said they will ignore his phone call because of the store he was in. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I did not buy the iphone 8 from this store thankfully, cant imagine the future time and headache i will save.

Go to a real AT&T store, this people have no idea about the business... They are very irresponsible and their manager (Ash) is never in the store to fix a problem.
3 employees for one customer, got to this store and not even a good afternoon from employees, left to another store, and got a new phone.
