The prices are very fair for the quality of work they do. I brought my car there on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. Not only did the owner give me a great price, but he communicated with me every step of the way, finished the work before his time estimate, and he took me home and picked me up when my car was ready.

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. I called and described what my car was doing and the owner knew exactly what it was. They were able to fix the part that everyone else said they would have to remove my dashboard and cost me more than $1500 and this was fixed without doing that and definitely not needing to pay that high price. Now I will have heat and NO MORE TICKING!!! Such awesome service and I am definitely coming back here when I need it. I will refer everyone to come to Raymonds.

I am very very happy with the service that was provided! They were not only very honest they were kind! Their prices are more then reasonable! I explained that it was my only vehicle and considering the amount of work that needed to be done they had it back to me in less then 24hrs. They didn’t try to “sell” me on fixing things that didn’t need immediate attention and that was much appreciated. I highly recommend them for your car repair needs!

They diagnosed my engine problems quickly, gave me a reasonable and fair estimate on the cost of the repairs, and worked around the clock to get my Cadillac back on up and running. Wouldnt trust no one else in town, with my car.

My drivers side door handle broke. Raymond was so helpful and recommended that I order the part on line to get a better price. I found the part, took it to Raymond, and he repaired it good as new. Not only did he save me over $120 on this repair (as opposed to what the dealership would have charged) but he provided a ride to work and a ride back to the shop after the repair was complete. I can’t say enough positive words for my experience with Raymond’s the past few days! I had never been there before, and when my car broke down he got me in the same day, and had my car up on the hoist shortly after arriving. The news I got wasn’t great, as it wasn’t a common problem. They were able to find the part needed and fix my car and have it fixed in the matter of a couple days. He even stayed late to make sure my car got done. I was expecting to wait at least a week for my car to be fixed, and I drove it home two days after dropping it off. Randy was honest about what was wrong and was fair with his pricing. When I came to pick it up I gave him a big hug I was so thankful to him and his shop. I never felt disrespected or taken advantage of which is a great feeling being someone who really doesn’t know about cars. I highly recommend anyone to use Raymond’s for their car needs, I’ll definitely be going there if I need anything more in the future!

I went in with the understanding something major was wrong with my car. He took the extra time to go over everything first which I am very glad he did because he found the issue which ended up saving me a lot. Came here when I was having brake issues, wasnt getting any pressure to my brakes and it was very concerning with the winter season coming up. They took care of me and had my car done and back out in less than 24 hours. Drove like it was brand new. They also found other issues tht could have been very serious that I wasnt aware of. Helped out so much and I recommend them and will go to them in the future with any future concerns or questions.

Big Randy and Son were the only mechanics in our small town knowledgeable enough to get my GMC Terrain up and running after I swapped out bad 2010 2.4 ecotec for 2012 2.4 ecotec from a Buick Regal. Even doing research online for months few folks know how this is done. They Rock!!!!

Looks a little run down on the outside, but dont let that deter you. Service is excellent, and the guys there treat you like family.I came in for a broken door handle and they ordered it and put it on the next morning within an hour! Ive had awful car work from other locations in the past, but I think Ive finally found my go to shop.

If I could give no stars, I would! I took my car in to have it looked at today. I had to wait a half hour longer than I was told to be there, because he didnt know a battery was dead on a vehicle he was already working on. A young looking kid clunked something under my car because he didnt have the thing low enough that raises my car. Raymond didnt put any cover on my seat before getting in, so now my seat is all greasy! When I got in my car my seat wouldnt move all the way forward after he moved it. He got an attitude and refused to fix it. He blamed it on a bar thats attached to my seat. Then, he got in and started driving without telling me what he was doing and was really rough driving it, after he just told me to be careful since my tie rod is about to fall off. He left my car parked on the side of the road and for me to tend to it myself. When I told him I was going to sue him, his response was You dont have any money Ive never been treated so rudely by someone whos supposed to be a professional!!! On top of having broken things in my car, my heater is now squealing and not working right since he looked at my car. It was NOT trash that made my seat quit working, but my kids cup, to which he broke because he didnt care enough to pay attention! I was never asked to leave, he threw his arms up and walked away.

These guys are trustworthy and straight-shooters.No B.S.I had a bad experience at two other auto repair shops (Terminue and Muffler Man in Bay City) and when I finally went to Raymonds Auto--they leveled with me, treated me in a respectful way and clearly explained exactly what was wrong. They didnt try to rip me off or use scare-tactics/fear-tactics to extract more money out of me like some of the other shops tend to do.The problem they found literally could have saved my familys life. Heres what happened:I had a power-steering issue and went to Terminue. The mechanic fixed the power-steering issue, but when I drove away, I noticed a loud thumping sound coming from the front of the car. Hmm, thats odd--never had that problem before. So I went back to Terminue and they said it was the plastic panels that protect the under-carriage. He told me that there was no thumping noise now and everything is good. Okay, fine. So I drove away again and what-do-ya-know?? Same thumping noise. Did he even test drive and check it? No way. Because had he drove it, he immediately would have noticed the thumping. So, instead of going back to Terminue for the 3rd time, I went over to Muffler Man. They checked out the problem and told me it was the rods. Then he said that the rods could puncture through the hood and/or the dash. Told me that it was extremely dangerous. Yes, that freaked me out. Im visualizing steel rods impaling me or my wife and kids. The price they quoted me was steep. My gut-instinct was telling me that something was off with the Muffler Man guys. I left their shop and went to Raymonds. I was literally at my wits-end and getting more and more pissed off. The mechanics at Raymonds checked out my van and test drove it. Thats when they discovered the real problem. They couldnt believe that the other mechanics at both Terminue and Muffler Man failed to notice that the lug nuts were completely loose and that the front drivers side tire was about to fall off. For the record, Im not talking crap about Terminue as a whole...because for years Ive had my oil changed there and everything has always been fine. Its just that this one incident left a bad taste in my mouth. You know, one inept mechanic at Terminue, who was more-than-likely on auto pilot, failed to notice that when he removed the tire to fix the power-steering he didnt tighten the lug nuts on the drivers side wheel. He had plenty of chances to catch the problem.Then over to Muffler Man--they also didnt notice the problem. I explained the thumping in detail. Basically I said that whenever I accelerate the thumping momentarily stops...but whenever I take my foot off the accelerator the thumping would start up and become loud. The rods they said. Wrong.Raymonds actually took the time to correctly diagnose the issue. They systematically figured it out by eliminating all possible reasons. Thats the intelligent way to do things. My tire was close to falling off. Had I been on the freeway with my family and the drivers front tire would have fallen off...sheesh, I cant even imagine.Anyhow, Raymonds earned my business and Ive been telling my family and friends about them as well.

Called them about my brakes on my 2008 Honda Civic, asked if they could get me in and fix. They did what they said they would do, charged me a fair price for an excellent job. THANK YOU :)
