I use to be able to get parts from here no issues. Then Covid hit and no one wants to work or even do their job anymore. I have an agreement with a local Advance Auto Parts store to order through them and Id go pickup the part as my shop works on a just in time parts delivery. I think Ill just end up getting it next day from a competitor and Ill save some money also. Use to be a smooth operation here.... Not the case anymore.

As an OTR driver this place is ok. Truck entrance is off of m13 / River Road. Shipping receiving docks are indoors. The only exterior man door is the one that says parts counter. Using this door will get you to where you need to go.all the public information and sign on the building says shipping receiving opens at 8 a.m. closes at 1 p.m..My paperwork showing at 7:30 a.m. appointment so I waited until 8 to come in.Found out the receiving department does open at 07:30.He said if he would have known I was parked outside he would have let me in and started unloading me at 7:30.Anyway its all good. Folks here pretty friendly.One more thing theres more than enough room to park and maneuver back here.If you happen to be kind of new at this its easier to get into indoor docks if you slide your tandems all the way back. That way you dont have to be concerned about the back of the trailer swinging out and hitting something that you cant see.

Only 1 receiving door on the right it looks like you can park overnight there is no gate the entrance is off mi-13 just before mcgraw street iron eagle said that
