This had been an absolute nightmare for me. I was referred to automotive appearance specialist back in March. He was to fix me 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The work and quality is by far the worst have have ever seen. Blurry paint, clear coat peeling, quarter panel not replaced and it looks like a 5 year old put it back together. They used the wrong metal flake so now the rest of the vehicle doesn’t match! I have tried to allow Jim to fix it 3 different times! The first time I got it back they made the front lettering in the form of JeeP! Like really?? Every time I have been back there I’m treated horribly! He’s actually making me feel like it’s my fault the paint is bubbling and clear coat is peeling! I have literally hand washed my Jeep! Have not touched it with a pressure washer since he’s painted it. I’ve tried to have him fix the mistakes and he has made it worse every time! He told me he would re-do the entire job but I would have to wait almost 2 months!! Really? He’s making me feel like he’s doing me a favor! He says this is the last time I’m doing this! Well first off maybe he should have gotten it right the first time!! Please look at the pictures and video! BUYER BEWARE!!!
