I guess it starts with the guy who comes out and measures. Apparently the one that did our measurements was pretty good. All 6 of the windows were installed very well. We did order double hung windows that were bronze on the outside and white on the inside, so it took longer, (at least 12 weeks? maybe?) but worth the wait. The crew that came out and installed them left almost no debris. There were a few scratches on the window casings and at least one screen has a small hole in it. I have not inspected the windows very close. Overall, because I own a small business, deal with homeowners on a daily basis and provide a quality service myself, my opinion is that perfection is never achieved on any job. Considering the quality of the windows and the quality of the work vs the price I paid, I am very happy with the whole experience. Good job Window World!Update: I found one screw hole cover missing on one window. Maybe Window World will send me one so I can snap it in place? Maybe not.
I am very pleased with my new windows and with the customer service provided by Window World. I was told they would take 12 weeks or more but came in 7 weeks which was a huge plus (I have 26 windows so that’s awesome). I will definitely be using them again in the future and I recommend you use them too. Nothing like new windows to make a statement on your home.
We ordered our windows (15) in April. Twelve were installed flawlessly in August. HOWEVER 1 of the windows was a wrong size..no problem…the other 2 were in a cracked mainframe and also had to be reordered. I have tried REPEATEDLY to get my incomplete order completed. They can’t be inspected until ALL windows are in. I can’t put up window dressings until my last windows are in. I can’t remove stickers until windows are inspected.
Window World recently did a 5 window installation at my home.The 2 man crew of Devin and Justin did an outstanding job.They were very professional, and thorough from the start, during and thru the completion of the installation.I personally would strongly recommend Window World for anyone needing window replacement.
Windows are completely cracked open from a horrible caulk job these guys did on a $3,000+ job. This job is only 4 years old. (See other reviews) and Window World STILL has not called or emailed me back. The men they had at our house smelled like cigarettes and were rushing to get out of here despite us paying $3,000+ for our ENTIRE house to have new windows. Multiple rooms in the house have huge cracks between the window and wall. Their customer service is non existent. They responded on a review that would call and make this right and never did. I have called them and gotten no return call. I spoke to one woman who was so rude and hung up on me. They never emailed me back. Their website only shows the good reviews. Do not trust these people.
From the time I met the salesman Billy until the end of the project I was impressed. Billy always answered my calls and my questions were addressed. Window world did the installation on the date that was promised and the windows that were installed were impressive to say the least. They exceeded my expectations. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and their employees. The installers were professional and did great work and were not in a hurry to get the job done and leave. I will be using them for all future projects. These windows were installed in a rent house and it was well worth the money.
I don’t understand how you have as many good reviews that you do; but people don’t let that fool you. Window World has a great product, but my experience with your installation process was terrible. It was 6 months from start to finish to complete my windows due to windows being broken by installers at delivery, then the replacements missing parts on 2 different occasions. I would not recommend window world to anyone.
The guys showed up on time and I was surprised to see it was only 3 guys. They each had their own job to do. One was taking the old windows out, another one was bringing the new windows in and the last one was installing the new windows. Then the one that was bringing the windows in started caulking and trimming. They were well organized and worked efficiently. They worked fast and neat. I was impressed with their work. It didn’t take them long to put in 10 windows. I would recommend them to anyone that needs windows.
All throughout the process of working with Window World from initial sales to cleanup and check list I was treated respectfully and professionally. The installation team worked quickly and efficiently… it was a large installation of 20+ windows upstairs and down. They were respectful of the property and furnishings and cleaned as they moved from area to area. I would highly recommend Window World.
The installers were very professional and super nice! The job was done efficiently and to my satisfaction. The quality of the windows is above average. The price was a bit higher than the competitors, but they were able to get the windows much quicker then the competition and they demonstrated they had a better product and excellent professional service, so to me it was worth the price difference. As such, it was a great value!
For mistakes on their part, I shouldn’t want to call Relief Windows and have them come take pictures to show customers what to expect when getting windows from Window World. I had problems with them putting the right trim around siding with Hardy Plank and had to go into the office to make sure we were on the same exact precise page. Guessssss what......the crew came out, had no idea what I had just talked to someone at the office about days before. When you make a decision to go through with a project that makes a massive difference in your home.....you should expect better. First, the salesman miscounted my windows, wasn’t caught till the installation date, crew knew that they didn’t have the right trim for hardy board, multiple times they came out and didn’t have any material to fix the problem. Just a complete waste of my time. End of the day, windows are a major improvement BUT the outside of my house is a joke. That I guess I get to spend money repairing.I’ll talk someone out of using Window World any chance I get, I’ve got pictures to go along with my opinion too.P.s. Window world…. You put non treated wood around my window as trim.2 months ago you said someone would reach out, hahaha, get the heck outta here. $5200 dollars and it’s not done right. STILL!!!!
The install was great. They did a phenomenal job and made our home look years younger while modernizing it also. We love the job that was done and the expediency that the installers had.

It is a circus over there. They were supposed to come out at 5 pm on thursday, they were running late and couldnt make it. So we were supposed to be 1st install on friday. Theyll be there at 10. Given complete runaround for over 2 hours. Supervisors dont know where their crew is, supervisors boss doesnt know anything, every one going to call you back. Crew shows up, obviously dont know much. Literally start ripping windows out. Tear up all j channel around the windows and just use caulk to hold it back.Avoid this company, save yourself the headache. Customer satisfaction is their number 1 priority is a complete joke! I know the response will be we will have a representative reach out to you. I highly doubt it. Dont waste your time with your generic response. I know how this circus is run.
My experience with Window World was great. My Salesperson and tech was very experienced in their jobs which made the process go very smoothly and quickly. My Tech installed my windows very quick and I thought that the process would take longer but not. I have already recommended my neighbors and they watched the tech that put the windows in and were very impressed. Thanks Windows World!!!
Im very pleased with the windows thus far. My crew did a great job. They were in and out quickly and they went to the trouble to lay down clothes where they were working and to cover my bed so it didnt get dust on it, something I didnt think of. They cleaned up their mess and made sure the windows were cleaned before they left. They also showed me how to work them. They were courteous and friendly. I tell everyone about the windows and your warranty. I plan to get other windows in my house done as I can afford it.
Ive used Window world for all of my windows and entry doors. I am beyond impressed with the quality for the price. Also, the sale reps, specifically Jeff R. were very helpful in helping me find what I need. The installers for the windows and the doors did an excellent job and their attention to detail was exceptional. They all worked swiftly while maintaining quality and were a pleasure to chat with throughout the process.
I had 21 windows that they needed to install. They showed up at about 8am and said they would be done in about 3 hours. I didnt believe it. But low and behold, they finished up the job in about 3 and a half hours, even though it rained on them. The crew was great! Very nice guys. They left my house cleaner than they found it, the windows look amazing, and my a/c is already running less than it used to!!! I cant say enough good things about these guys.Thank you so much!Dee R

All the windows were measured correctly and the quality of the window was as expected. No issues have come up in the days since install. The installers we friendly and efficient. They cleaned up every scrap of mess they made before leaving.
Our sales rep, Per Holmgren, was so helpful to our situation and very polite. He gave us all the information we need in a timely manner to make the best decision for our house. The installers were friendly and very quick with the install. They took care to clean up everything before they left and show me how to use the windows. We love our new windows! Weve been waiting 4 weeks for installers to come install a patio door that was supposed to come pre assembled. Weve been lied to by several customer service reps, managers and supervisors. Weve been told on at least 5 occasions that installers were on their way, only to never show up. We spent over $11k here and cannot receive any assistance. Do not, I repeat, do not buy from this company.
The crew showed up on time, were very professional, covered the inside of the house with thick drop cloths and went to work. 12 windows in 4hrs, setup and cleanup. One of the best cleanup jobs I’ve seen from contractors in a long time! Overall 5 star workmanship! I was referred by a friend and I will certainly refer in the future to anyone who asks.
I really wish I could give a negative rating. After spending $11,000 with this company, Ive had nothing but trouble getting them to install 1 patio door. Nothing but LIE after LIE after LIE have come out of the mouth of salesman, customer service reps, managers and supervisors. Ive been told at least on 5 different occasions that someone would arrive to install this door and its 5 weeks later. Im as peaceful as they come, but this is ridiculous. I ordered all new windows for my house that was pretty much destroyed during Hurricane Laura. It took Window World of Baton Rouge approximately 6 months to install SOME of my windows. The installers broke one of my new windows and didn’t have the right window to place in another room. They said they would order the new windows. Today, they came to install those 2 missing windows and one was broken and they didn’t have the right window for the bathroom again!!! I have contacted Window World and a supervisor was supposed to call me. I have been “playing this game” with Window World for 10 months. This is ridiculous! I have not heard from anyone about this. I will never use this company again.

I had Window World windows installed in my house years a ago. I have been very happy with their product! Right off the bat I noticed a reduction of outside noise coming in. Then I noticed that the AC and heater run less. In the hottest months in the summer the AC doesnt have to contineously run to try and keep up. I bought a new house so I am selling that house and I sure will miss my Window World windows! Im going to have to find a way to get them installed in my new house also. Great product!!

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what we wanted. The installation process went very smoothly. A crew of 3 came out and worked very swiftly and did an excellent job. The installation didnt take as long as I expected. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant. We worked with Per to get our windows installed at our new home we’re renovating. His service was super professional from start to finish. He answered all our questions and our many calls. We already knew we were going to be waiting on our windows for about three months but Per’s estimate was almost exact. They were scheduled for installation the day he said they would be. Due to weather conditions we had to cancel and reschedule for a couple days after but their service was exceptional. And with their lifetime warranty on windows I can recommend them with no worries! They did a great job.

A much-needed upgrade! It looks wonderful. My mailman was so impressed he had to come to my door to tell me it looks like a new house. I worked with Chandler Green, the project estimator. He was great. Quick to respond, very friendly and knowledgeable. Hes first-class. The installers did a very nice job. They had a tire blow-out traveling from Baton Rouge to my house in Metairie so they were a little delayed. They kept in contact with me. They arrived around lunch and finished late into the evening to get the job done. Much appreciated. Great crew and great windows. I like them so much, Ive already contacted Chandler for an estimate on the patio door. Highly recommended.
Crew showed up on time. They did not put clothes down, and they shattered the glass to remove it. Picked up glass for weeks after. If I hadn’t covered most of the furniture it would have been a disaster.Broke one of the outside frames, guy just shrugged and went back to work.Destroyed front flower garden by trampling it to death. There was more than enough space to work with out having to step on anything. Caulking was terrible. Guy left a screw in the window were it couldn’t close and said he would return to fix it but never showed.My prybar disappeared during the “removal”. That I can understand, everyone had one and it was probably an accident.I haven’t gotten a response back from email or phone for any of this.

We had a scheduled install date/day. It had rained all week and was 90% chance of rain all week. No surprise there but my wife called window of Baton Rouge the evening before to see if they were still going to come the following morning especially since we had rain and it was suppose to rain next morning .They told my wife yes that they were still going to come and install. We both had to work so my wife had to take a day off of work for window world to come and install.Well guess what, at 940am Window world called my wife to cancel due to rain! And actually it wasn’t evening raining most of the day even though it called for rain. So my wife took the day off for nothing!So why didn’t they just cancel the day before. She had just spoke with them the evening before an asked if they were going to come for concerns of weather.They or someone dropped the ball on this ! We did call and complain . A manager called my wife back and made excuses that weather was a issue . Well no sh-t Sherlock, weather was bad all week! Why do u think we called to confirm with y’all to begin with, we had concerns of weather . Like I said, it ended up not raining anyways on that day, they were just behind on their installs from previous days of rain.So basically because they are unorganized they screwed my wife out of a days pay.
I was impressed right from the installation crews arrival. I happened to be looking out at my driveway when they arrived. One fellow moved my garbage can out of the way so they could back their truck into my driveway, and when the engine stopped, thedoors opened, men exited, and they got straight down to business. I didnt dare get in their way, but I watched as they efficiently removed the old contractor windows and installed my beautiful new windows. Superb job!

When the project was complete, everything was policed up, no evidence of them being here was left behind, except the new windows. This company refuses to repair or replace a window they installed on my home without three other windows being replaced. Also my warranty was magically voided, and I just bought the house. Try another company.
Billy Howes was so knowledgeable and professional. I asked him many times for his expert opinion and suggestions and felt like he guided me in the right direction. He was polite and punctual both times he came to see me. I’m anxious to see the final result when they are installed.
I placed my $11k order on 10/27/20. Louis my salesman told me it would take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. My windows were delivered on 2/26/21 and installed on 2/28/21. Three of the seventeen windows were measured incorrectly. I was told that someone would remeasure the windows on 3/1/21. I have made so many phone calls that were not returned. I even placed a call for Chandler’s supervisor to call me and of course no return call. It is now 4/19/21 and the windows still haven’t been measured. I called and finally received a call back from Chandler and I told him that I wanted out of my contract. He said okay he would let the production supervisor know. I called back the next day to get a written confirmation for the cancellation of the contract and of course no return call. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint and received a call from the field supervisor and Jason within 2 hours. I told them both that I wanted out of my contact. Jason said that he couldn’t pull my contact up on his computer that he would call me the next day before noon and of course no return call. I called WW the next day and was told that Jason was not in the office and Joe was with a customer and he’ll call you in 30 minutes and no return call. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. I’ll be calling the corporate office again tomorrow.
Ordered a window 5 months ago and paid 50% as deposit. Had to reach out after a few months to inquire if my window was received. Once received, we scheduled an install date. On date of install received a call rescheduling. On rescheduled install date, called twice to confirm installation. Told we would receive a call with ETA each time and install was still scheduled. Never called or showed up.

I am just in the beginning phase of having 10 windows installed in my home. I didnt have any problems setting up the appointment to get an estimate on the windows. I was informed by Window Worlds (WW) Representative that they are 10 weeks out with the installation. He informed me that he places orders on Wednesdays only. I called him the following Tuesday to confirm that I wanted to have the windows changed ASAP. I have two windows in the front of the home boarded up because they were broken from the hurricane. I gave him my credit card information to pay for 50% of the total cost of the windows per his request.However, about a month later I realized that no charges were place in my credit card. I call Window World customer service and was told that my representative would be reaching out to me about my order asap. I asked him if my window order had been placed but he just told me that I needed to speak to the representative (Im still waiting, he has not texted or called me). He was so nice and professional prior to this so i was very disappointed. I received an email 1-2hrs later from another WW representative. I called WW and requested to speak to the person who sent the Email. She informed me that a consent form requesting my signature was needed before the order could be placed. The original sales rep failed to send me the contract and NEVER followed up with it. I am very upset that I have to wait even longer to have the new windows installed. She told me that maybe there is a possibility that they could expedite my order but I never heard anything else about it. I do appreciate her assistance however I am still disappointed that nothing was done prior to my phone call. I will be glad to do another review after the installation is complete.

Had two windows replaced that were water damaged... the new windows took almost two months to be made but once available, the installation turnaround was quick. The installers arrived promptly as indicated and were very polite. They explained the process and made sure to cover flooring to protect work space. They communicated throughout the installation and left the area clear of glass and debris- looked as if nothing had happened there. The entire experience from start to finish was positive. Very nice and professional staff- everyone from the person that came to measure and draw up the contract, those answering calls, to the installers. We plan in using them again to replace upstairs windows soon!
The installation of my doors and windows was super. They did a fantastic job. The installers were courteous, fast, and cleaned up everything.The windows and sliding glass doors are excellent quality, they exceeded my expectations. The pricing was so much better than any other quote I recieved. They look wonderful and it is so much quieter inside my home now and not drafty. I will absolutely use Window World again.

We are very pleased with the results of our installation. Our sales rep and installer were both great to work with. Lovely people. The look of the widows from the outside is substantial, and the function of the windows is marvelous. The house feels tight now, quieter and will definitely lower our climate control costs. And, the overall cost was far, far less than if wed tried to restore the original vintage windows. Highly reccomend on all levels.One thing to be aware of is that a heavy duty adhesive is used for some aspects of the install, and since Im chemically sensitive I took the pets and stayed away for the day. I probably should have gone for the night while the house aired out. But there was no odor when I arrived back at the end of the day. People who dont have my sensitivity will not have any problems. Great company!

After waiting 2 months for our windows, the installers came to remove our old ones and install the new ones. They were all 3 inches too tall. And they started removing the front windows first thing. So they had to put them back and caulk them back temporarily. Of course, nobody spoke English and the supervisor was No Help (he wouldn’t return my calls and he was not on site at all - apparently the supervisor can supervise from home lmao) So I didn’t know what was even going on! And this is after they had half of the entire sum of money (3000 dollars)!! Finally after our new windows were ordered (4 months after the original estimate), we got them done. The installers were great at their jobs. I just wish a supervisor would at least get them started on it. So now here we are waiting for our siding estimate. Its been 3 weeks and I’ve gotten 5 other quotes. Window world will not be getting anymore money from us.
Terrible customer service. Gave us the run around. Took way longer than was communicated. They made an error on the measurements. Then told us we would receive the windows within a few weeks (expedited) because of window worlds error. Didn’t get them for 2 months. Somehow survived 3 hurricanes with a boarded up window in which they used my construction scraps. I Called several times to check on the windows and most of the time I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. They never returned my calls. When I did speak with someone they kept telling me they were working on getting it expedited and it would be soon. They even said the CEO was working on our window order specifically. Turns out they were just leading us on. I was literally informed at the end that they knew the whole time it would take as long as it did. When the windows got installed they told me they would contact me to discuss compensation. They did not call me for several days. I called to talk about our poor experience and there was no apology. In fact the man said they didn’t do anything wrong. We worked very hard to try to figure out what went wrong. It still does not make sense. We tried to make things right from our end, but once the windows were actually installed, Window World made zero attempt to make things right.
I purchased $8000 worth of windows from them in November 2020. They came in early that morning until after 8 that night with my house exposed to the cold. They broke one window during installation. They said they would replace it. After many calls and my bad attitude from all the lies, a supervisor finally came out to inspect. He said he said they will order me another window. February i received a call to set an appointment when they would install. Today is March 31, 2021 and I finally got my window installed. The employees and supervisors are rude and dismissive of your needs. They kept rescheduling my installation dates as if we didnt have a job. We would take off and wait because no one calls you to tell you they had to reschedule your appointment.

Crew didnt show up until 11 am for a 30 window job. showed up without a ladder to reach the 2nd floor so they asked if i had one. I did, but not in good condition. They used it anyway. they also showed up without saw horses. they went in my garage and took ours (which were covered with a blanket and had a bed headboard on it). They moved the headboard and used the saw horses without my knowledge. They also searched through cabinets and took out and used our extension cord. Who shows up to a job without the proper equipment?? I also caught 2 of their guys taking cigarettes out of my pack that was sitting in my kitchen. They broke out the windows with a hammer and only had a small 4x4 drop cloth which caught nothing and a hand broom and dustpan. Glass was shattered all throughout my house. Didnt finish the job until 10 pm. 10 PM!! When is it ever appropriate for workmen to be at a private home until 10 PM?! I had to provide flash lights so they could see to finish. They rushed the end since it was so late. I vacuumed my own house while they were still here. they just watched me. Caulking is smeared all over my windows and walls, put in so thick in some parts that it tooks days to dry and looks terrible and so thin in some parts that they arent sealed all the way. I have been trying to get someone out for just shy of 2 months. I have gotten the run around from multiple field supervisors, Jaime, Brandon, Randy. They never came to complete the clean up or do a walk through to see all the problems and i found razors, nails and glass all over my yard, flower bed, driveway and house. They left gauges in my window sills from the pry bars. They left Caulk tube tips all over the floor. 2 months later, i am still finding glass and caulk tips. I finally disputed the credit card charge and have now been getting the run around from Joe in escalations. I have missed a total of 5 days of work between cleaning up my house and yard days after and staying home thinking someone was coming out and they never showed up. My next stop is getting BBB involved. This is not worth the $10,000 they are charging me. My kids have picked up glass and razors they have found. My husband and i both ended up with glass in our feet. my husband sliced his finger on glass while pulling weeds in our garden. twice they tried to send someone out to me but they wouldnt get here until 7 pm. I have 2 kids. This is not an acceptable time to have someone coming to do an inspection and fix problems. This company does not care about its customers. They just care about the $$$.
EDIT. They did send somebody out and addressed most of the concerns about the windows and made it look a lot better. However they still were unable to repair a custom maple wood window sill I had on my kitchen window that the original install crew had damaged and they refused to do anything about it except credit me $100. Which I feel a custom made window sill is worth far more than that but they would not do anything more and the man was kind of rude who called and offered me this discount. So I still stand by my rating in this review as they never made me 100% completely whole and refuse to do so.I ordered several large and normal size windows and had them installed by window world. Had a completely disasterous experience. The crew they sent were two Spanish gentlemen who barely spoke English with no crew leader no window world uniforms nor was their truck marked as such. I have a feeling they were third-party contractors. They said it would take about 2 hours. They ended up being here about 7 hours and they completely tore up my house looked a thousand times worse after they were done than before they started. Completely unprofessional job. Trying to get a hold of a manager at window world was terribly difficult they avoided me many times till I finally persisted enough to get somebody out here with what they call their service crew who did fix a lot of the problems as best they could but it is still not 100%, and Im definitely not satisfied with the money I paid as to what Im left with. The one manager I was able to get a hold of also stopped responding to me when I was trying to let him know that it is much better now but Im still not 100% satisfied considering the price I pay they should be 100% exactly perfect. I spent right at or just over $2,000 Several of the windows are still very difficult to open and close and to lock. They never offered any kind of discount . However I will say the windows themselves do look good and are quality glass and frames. Thats the only reason I am giving two stars instead of less
This was after the flood 2016, they put a large glass door to open up on the wrong way, when call them and they wouldnt even come out to see what they had done wrong . I know this has been a long time, but every time we go out this glass door we get mad. So thumbs down to window world! !!!
Due to two hurricanes in our area, all of our windows were compromised. I called Window World to schedule someone to come give me an estimate to replace them! I was schedule four weeks out, but to my surprise, they called and said they could come early! I was super impressed with the sales guy, Derek Hightower! He was friendly, informative and eager to help not only myself but my friends! We had a lengthy delay in the arrival of my windows, I sent an email stating my disappointment in this and was called immediately that day by a supervisor, Chandler Greene! He worked with his upper management, gave me his personal cell phone to call if I had any other problems and believe me, I used it!! 🤣 Well, my windows were shipped out that same week and installed the following! The crew that showed up to install the windows were fantastic, I was shocked that it didn’t take them all day to do the job!! I absolutely love my new windows, my house looks completely different!! I Highly recommend Window World and their terrific staff!!!
On the day of installation they were on time. Their supervisor called to make sure everything was ok. Extremely professional and amazingly quick! They installed 12 windows, cleaned everything up, showed us how to use the windows and they were gone! Amazing! The quality of the windows are great! Will be recommending to family and friends.
3/13/21 - Window world came out and took measurements for my new front door and gave me a rough estimated date of late April / early May for the install.3/31/21 - Window world cashes in my deposit check of $ 2k5/7/21 - Called window world to ask about the status on door, Window world informs me that they dont know anything about my door and will have to look into it.5/18/21 - Called window world again for a status on my door. They tell me they still havent found it and I begin to ask about getting a possible refund if they cant find it. They call me back in the afternoon and tell me the door is still getting made and they are having a dispute with the door manufacturer over options, though Im not sure what those options that were causing so much trouble mightve been.6/8/21 - Called window world for a status on my door. They tell me they dont know anything about my door. I ask to speak with a manager, the girls answering the phone inform me that it is impossible for them to transfer me to a manager and they will send him an email to get back with me. No one ever got back with me.At this point I have tried to get in touch with management a couple of times and its always the same... they never get back with me and they are impossible to get in touch with. It seems that when people leave reviews however they seem to get a reply, so hopefully someone will eventually either Install my door or give me a refund for my door.*edit / update 6/18/21*So I posted my review 4 days ago and got a reply on my review from window world same day letting me know that management had been informed and would reach out to me shortly..... They have yet to reach out to me.To anyone that is thinking about using window world, i would suggest not getting them to commit to any big jobs, such as replacing 3 or 4 doors at a time or multiple windows at a time. (Luckily I didnt get them to do my other 2 doors like i wanted and only got them to measure up the one) Stick to one or two at a time, and get them to do the rest later if your happy with them. They replaced a window for me 3 or 4 years ago, and they did a great job, but apparently things have changed since then.Not sure if they will read this or not but, Id appreciate it if someone would call to let me know the status on this door. To be honest, id really just like to get my money back at this point and forget all about this job but I doubt thats going to happen. Based on their terms of service that I managed to find on what constitutes breach of contract on their part.(This is from the Window World Tupelo / Columbus branch website)UNAVOIDABLE DELAY OR FAILURE lN PERFORMANCE EXCUSED: Any delay or failure by WWTC, or its Installer in performing this Contract because of strike, fire, flood, acts of God, inability to obtain Goods, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of WWTC or its installer shall be excused and shall not be breaches of this Contract.So yeah, according to that, they pretty much never have to get around to installing my door if they dont feel like it. Give me a call and let me know something Window world! This S**** getting old.
Good Windows reasonably priced installed well
I replaced all of the windows in my home after a major hurricane and was pleasantly pleased with the experience. My salesman (Derek Hightower) was very knowledgeable about his product and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The timeline promised after ordering was right on time with the schedule and the installation was a breeze. The installer called with an expected arrival time and he was there within a few minutes as promised. Arrival time was 12:20pm and the old windows were removed and new windows installed and complete by 3:00pm. The install crew was very efficient and neat during the process and made sure there were no questions or concerns before they left. I’m 100% satisfied with my experience and have already recommended your company to a few people. Thanks for a job well done!

I received a quote from Window World, Brea was on time & through. She was not pushy, which was a breathe of fresh air. Most sales people will tell you what you want to hear and not the truth about what they are selling. Can say she was upfront, left me with plenty of information on products/installation, had my quotes to me in a timely manner, & did not change her story with whatever questions I was asking; as I have had sales people do. This company is great, professional and installing a great product. Installers were amazing. I will use them again, but should not have to. My windows are warranty for life!
