Kales crew installed our windows yesterday and we were so very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of this company. Our window installation was scheduled for yesterday (with hurricane delta making landfall today) so we were a little concerned that the window installation would be rescheduled. Although it began to rain during the installation, the crew still finished the job as scheduled. The crew showed incredible attention to detail and left our floors and everything inside the house immaculately clean as if they had never been there. We also received a follow-up call today regarding our experience.We have been considering replacing all of the windows in our house for quite some time and had 5 different quotes. We recently had our entire house (24 windows) replaced. Jenny came out and spent several hours going over options, making suggestions, and measuring. She was never pushy or pressured us in any way. She even came back on her day off when I had some questions about window color. She wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I really appreciated that they sent someone else a few days later to do a second set of measurements.I can not tell you if their pricing is competitive because after several friends and family had bad experiences with other national big name and local companies, we were less concerned with savings up front and more concerned about a job that would be done right and last.Production did take a while (about two months) but I chalk that up to covid. Installation was a long day, but the crew worked from sun up to sun down in the rain to get it done. We have already noticed a reduction in electricity usage and noise. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Relief Windows.

We recently had five windows on our house replaced by Relief Windows, and what a great experience it was! Their staff was great to work with and walked us through the whole process from start to finish. Mark came out to our home and showed us a sample of the windows and walked us through pricing. Once we ordered the windows, they worked with us to find and install time that worked best for us. Install day was a breeze. Javi and his crew removed and replaced all five of our windows within three hours! They were very timely and had great communication through the entire process. The install team had their own cleaning equipment also. So when they left it looked like they were never they were never there! Recently had new windows installed by Relief. Dave and his team did a great job. The removal and installation of windows is a process that creates considerable mess and dust. Dave and his team clean up inside and outside. They washed the new windows both inside and out. They vacuumed inside and removed all of the mess and trash that resulted from the removal and installation. Dave is a professional and patiently took the time to answer any questions or address any concerns throughout the installation process. He is an outstanding representative for Relief Windows. The team at Relief Windows lived up to the hype. I was completely pleased with the entire process. I needed to replace a nearly 9’x7’ sliding glass door that was original to my 60 year old home. The salesman, Aaron, came to my house for a consultation. We talked about the existing door, the process to replace it, and my options. I never felt rushed, and he was very informative.We scheduled the installation and I paid a deposit right there in my living room. He even had a portable printer to print out my receipt. The guys showed up to install and did a great job. They had to do A LOT of trim work to get the new door to fit, which I knew was the case. They took their time and made it look great.The screen door showed up with a small dent near the handle that affected it closing. I honestly might not have ever noticed, but the installer pointed it out and told me a new screen was already on order. When it came in, they brought it right over and replace it.I felt that they really appreciated my business and they were very proud of their work. When it comes time to replace the windows in my home, I won’t be shopping around. Relief Windows will be my only call.

If you need your whole house done maybe they do good work. Ill never know, I needed three windows replaced and they wouldnt even send anyone to look at my job unless I needed five windows or more. Some service that is!

This has been the worst experience ever. We ordered the sliding door in March 2020. With the Covid delay (which was fine) it was supposed to come in June 2020. When they got the order in, they realized they ordered the wrong parts and said they will get back to us in a couple of weeks. They didn’t call until October 2020.Then when the doors came in, they forgot to order the screen that we paid extra for, yet another delay. To make matters worse the guys installing it had never done it before and were outside reading the instructions and installed it wrong on the first day. They worked so late that they ordered food and got it delivered to our house and never wore masks while they were doing the install that took three days.Then on the third day realized they ordered the wrong handles so we couldn’t secure the door. When the screen came in December 2020, they forgot the bracket and yet again cannot complete the installation. To make matters worse they just left the screens lying in the middle of our patio unsecured when one of the high wind storms was coming that weekend. In addition, the company did not contact us until February 2021.The guy came today February 9, 2021 and they ordered the wrong screen again as well as not even ordering the bracket. To make matters worse they didn’t properly seal the doors so rain came flooding into our house.So needless to say we are almost at a year and the project is not done. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed and would not under any circumstance recommend them to anyone.Thank you for the reply and for calling my mother and telling her that you would not retaliate against her and still continue to complete the order.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Relief Windows. Byron, our salesman, was professional and worked with us to ensure we were satisfied. We were kept informed throughout the process as to when our window order was completed and the quality inspection of each window was done. The installation of our new windows was done by Javier and Joseph. They were wonderful - they prepped each area with drop cloths to protect our floors and furniture. I had eight windows replaced by Relief Windows and I am very happy. My team that included Javier, Joseph, and Josh, were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and completed the work expertly and I was amazed how beautiful the windows look. The team used drop cloths, vacuumed, and windexed the new windows. All debris was removed and you wouldn’t have known they were there except for the awesome windows.I have already noticed a difference in the the temperature regulation in my home. Based on this I feel I can expect a decrease in my utility bill.

From the moment we contacted Relief to give us a quote to replace an old single pane 6’ x 6’ living room window, it was nothing but true professionalism. They responded within one day, to come to our home, measure The window and give us a quote. From there, the representative explained, the many different styles we could go with, and all of the different styles of glass. Needless to say, there were no questions unanswered. He was very knowledgeable of all their products. Within two days of his visit, there was another representative who came out, and did a final measurement of the opening. We received a phone call around 3 weeks later, that our window was ready to be installed. The rep on the phone was very nice and very flexible with the date and time when we wanted it installed. Now, on to the crew that came out to remove the old window and install the new one. Very courteous, respectful of our home and laid down tarps and had containers to pick up all of their trash. They removed the old window and installed the new window, in around an hour and a half. They worked very efficiently and carefully. Once they finished, they picked up all of their trash, tarps, and swept up any remaining debris. I would highly recommend Relief to anyone, nothing but the best employees, and quality products!!!

A few of my window frames did not fit flush against the wall after the window was installed and they did not hesitate to fix the problem. I got my windows from Relief Windows in 2018. It was one of the best investments I could have ever made for my house. To this day I am enjoying the benefits of lower heating and air conditioning bills. Their installers were well trained, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had to fire window world. They use whatever jackleg installers they can sub the job out to. Relief used their own installers and they are a throw back to the days when service mattered. They were on time, on target and left the place spotless. They even noticed a scratch in two of the glass panes from shipping that I didn’t even notice. They insisted on replacing the panes and did so quickly. Here’s the funny part. They cost the same as the self advertised cut rate window world! Use them. Honestly, I was nothing short of wowed by the sales, service and followup.

I had 6 Windows replaced 2 years ago. Recently noticed a small area where something must have hit the window and noticed small pieces of glass inside the 2 panes. Called Relief Windows and with no questions asked about a possible cause (I do not know cause) looked up my file, ordered a replacement window. Once in they called me to set appt and replaced the entire upper half of window in less than 5 minutes. Service man very nice and professional. No paperwork. And best of all no cost...the lifetime warranty really works! Very impressed and satisfied.

I also have clients that have used you in the past.I just heard your add on the radio for the first time. You pride yourself on having nice equipment and at the same time you put down someone else (supposedly your competition) pulling up to their driveway with magnet sign on the side of their truck.Who are you to pass judgement on a hard working honest man supporting his family? And I dont recall anyone ever using magnet signs anymore.

I loved the fact that no money changed hands until I was 100% satisfied and being locally owned and operated were definitely a huge plus. Relief Windows also has a large community presence. My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and represented his company well. The installers were kind and courteous, but above all highly skilled. They worked in unison as a team to quickly install my windows and door. Once completed, I was shown how to operate them and the installers patiently waited as I checked each window and tested my door until I was able to ensure flawless operation.Several of my neighbors went with their competitor to save a few dollars, but they are not 100% satisfied and have had to call them back more than once to fix issues. Great job on install. I had an issue with the caulk shrinking which allowed water to seep in around a window. I called and they came out immediately to repair the area.

Relief Window ReviewWell let me tell you folks…If you need some new windows…and they need to be installed right…and you need the mess cleaned up afterwards..Then you need to call Relief Windows.Started out with a sales visit… very knowledgeableand informative. We selected the types of windowsand had the interior… color matched to our liking. Anestimate was provided and the order was placed.Out came a professional to measure all the framesand discuss the installation procedure.Next a crew of 3 showed up on time…Young men, very courteous and knowledgeableof their duties. They went to work immediately andremoved the existing windows very efficiently. Tarps wereplaced at the bottom of the window to catch any glassspatters. The old glass was scored with a glass cutter thenbroken gently and removed. Each frame was then bentinwards and removed from the window sills without anydamage. The sills and frames were then cut back approx.3/4” to recess the windows properly. The windows wereinstalled and then came the professional caulk job… Thiswas amazing. Color match and great fill and forming ofthe caulk produced a professional job.After all was cleaned up a final walk thru was made andthe warranty was discussed and provided along with thereceipt.Great job Relief Windows…The Moreau’s

We bought windows for a entire house paid over $3,000.00 for the windows. They are suppose to have a lifetime warranty on them. The windows have been in less than 3 months. Now I am being told the natural flood we had, the windows are not covered. So what is a warranty is a life time warranty for. If I had gone with the other company they would have been covered.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our sales person and also with the two installers that came to our home and installed our new windows !! We are very pleased and happy with the product and with this customer service we received!!

We got our windows about 2 years ago after the flood. Highly sasified. The windows have dropped our electric bill by no less than $50 a month.

Question? Why do you have a football player swinging at a window. They cant swing . Get a baseball player to do it. I believe he will get it done
