This was our second transaction with Pella.In both instances, the windows and doors are exactly what we wanted.The street noise went from annoying to mildly noticeable.The doors open and close smoothly.The windows are providing a significantly improved insulation from the heat and occasional cold.The installation crew worked tirelessly and meticulously and the windows look perfect.Our sales representative was very detail oriented and kept us informed throughout the process.We highly recommend Pella.

Really horrible experience. I ordered 7 replacement windows in May at a cost of over $10k and was told that they would be installed in 8-10 weeks. About 10 weeks later (in August) they emailed me and told me that they would not be able to install until mid October (another 10 weeks later), and that installation would take 2 days. They showed up on the first day and installed 3 windows. They didnt show up the second day to install the other 4, and nobody called me to let me know that they were not coming. I had to call them to get it rescheduled. Since two of the windows were being installed in my wifes home office she took off of work and used vacation time for no reason. They rescheduled for the next Saturday, and again nobody showed up or called. I wasted a Saturday waiting for the installers to show up. I again had to initiate contact with the company to get them to reschedule. Finally, they showed up and installed the rest of the windows.I used Pella because the other windows in my house were Pella windows and I wanted them to match. I would not use them again. The only reason I replaced three of the windows was to get windows that were more sound resistant for my bedroom, but I cant tell any difference between the sound levels with the old windows and the new ones. I paid a premium price for these windows and am not happy with either the service or the product.

From the sales representative to the professional team of installers, Pella has it right. The windows look great! As the team was installing the windows, they answered our questions. They were timely, courteous, and kept a neat area always cleaning up after each days work. I would recommend this company and the product. My house is finally a place I like to be in because I can see through the windows!

I was very impressed with the salesman, office staff and installers. I replaced French doors. They measured twice and explained the whole procedure. The installation took one day and the installers were professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pella.

A great job. The team at Pella Window and Doors Baton Rouge were great to work with. From reply to our initial email through clean up after installation, every person we had contact with was professional, courteous, considerate of our time and pleasant. To avoid any confusion with our irregular sized, custom built doors, the design crew returned to verify measurements. The installers, Crew Omega, arrived on time and did an excellent job. The installation was without incident and the work area was as clean, if not cleaner, than when they arrived.

We had windows installed through Pella. The sales rep, Jenna, communicated well before, during, and after the consultation. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism. Very pleased with the windows we had installed.

The process was above average for ordering and install of my sliding glass door. The sales rep was very knowledgable with many years of experience. The install crew was exceptional with every attention to detail. Pella was very interested in my satisfaction from start to finish and Jena the sales rep remained in contact with me until the completion of the project. I would definitely use Pella of Baton Rouge again.

Omega was the installer and the crew worked nonstop from start to finish and did an excellent job of not only installing but also cleaning up.

Although we decided against upgrading our windows in the end, we had a great experience with Jenna Blaesing and were very impressed with the products offered and customization options. We would recommend for people interested in upgrading to fiberglass or wood windows.

This was the second time we used Pella windows to update our home’s windows. The first update resulted in a reduction in our electric bill considerably. This recent update of windows has finalized our update of windows in the conditioned portions of the house. We now have a total of 36 Pella windows in our house. We’re extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows and the professionalism of Jason Grosze and his crew.

The Omega Crew that install my window were unbelievably great, profession, and the quality of work was impeccable. Attention to details during the installation were spot on. I am a salesman in the construction industry, and it was nice to see a crew that the quality was more important that just throwing in a window. Jobsite was clean just like before that came. Great care was provide to my house / landscape, etc.

I needed all new doors and windows for my 40yr old office/ warehouse. I spoke with Aaron about my needs. He came out that same day and took measurements and pictures. He was very professional and informative. I received my quote just hours later. Price was great. Pella installed 3 doors and 8 custom windows and I couldn’t be happier. They look great and with their warranty I have nothing to worry about. Thanks Aaron for making something that would normally be a pain easy and seamless.

I had problems with the installation of my windows, with the installers installing the windows over rotten wood. Instead of telling us about the wood, they installed the windows anyway. We had our house painted later on,and our painter had to redo what the window people should have done in the first place. I emailed Pella,and got no reply until after my 3rd email. In that email he said that he would not pay for the repairs. Makes me wonder how the other window are installed.Update! They had a representative call,still no resolution. The windows are good,but the company is terrible. If you dont have your own contractor there to make sure everything is ok,you are in trouble.

The salesman promised that they would use insulating tape around the windows, but they just used expanding spray foam. He also said they would clean up all the mess and refinish any areas that were damaged and repaint. They still havent come back to paint the walls where they damaged the walls during installation and it has been three weeks. I just ordered a sample size of the paint. Ill do it myself. I need to get those blinds hung. They also left some piles of dust but thats no big deal. What is probably the worse part is that they measured wrong and made the windows too small. Like I said, they just filled the cracks with foam and put some metal flashing up. It looks fine but how well will it be sealed against the cold and heat? I paid $7500 for the window job. I should have just gone with another company.

I called Pella based on their stellar reputation in the area. Aaron Lorio came out and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me some awesome products and gave me plenty of options. I recently moved and never completed the project but Aaron and Pella will be my first call for any future window and/or door inquiries.

Do yourself a favor and if youre thinking of doing business with this company, which is actually KC Company, RUN!!! Do not do business with Pella/KC Company if you want to keep your sanity. (When we complained to Pella, they said they were not liable for the job that we have to deal with KC Company. Funny, because we had no idea. We called Pella and asked for an estimate, and they sent us KC Company who represented themselves as Pella) Anyway, very unsatisfied with this companys service, as they are totally incompetent in being able to complete the job. We paid top price thinking we would be getting a top-notch company to do the job - WRONG! They agree that there needs to be a price reduction because of the terrible service that they have given us - 8 months out and still not finished the job - totally ridiculous - but we cant seem to agree on the amount that is due to us. They really dont want to hurt their pocketbook, just their customers purse. Cant measure if their life depended upon it. Theyve come out 5 times just to try to fit 2 screens, and each time theyve come, the screens did not fit, and plus they were damaged in transport. Youd think after the first time, that they would make sure that the screens would be good to go before they get here, but nope, 5 times and still cant get a stupid screen to fit. This is the least of it. The first time they installed two different windows. And when they came out to look at what the problem was, they never told us that they were two different windows (all I knew is the framing looked off). They send their guy back out to reframe the window, and Im getting upset because its still not right, and thats when we figure out its two different windows that they installed - should have all been the same! This company is the absolute worst!

Walked in here one day and stood for 20 minutes before someone came up front. The person that was supposed to be up front was at lunch. I had 2 employees while I was waiting to be greeted, look directly at me & walk past me. The young girl that came from the back & helped me was very nice, but she doesn’t know a lot about their products. Additionally, when the lady that was at lunch came back, she sat down, never greeted, and started eating her food at the front desk. Professionalism is needed here.

From quote to the completion of the job the service was Excellent. The representative stayed in constant contact and updated me on a regular basis throughout the entire job. 5 Star highly recommended.

The windows and window installers were great,however,the salesman and office staff were unreachable. The salesman said that he had forgotten to quote a window,and wanted to charge us for another one. In reality,they had charged us for a larger window,and when I texted to rectify this situation, I got no response from either the salesman Larry,or the office staff.

Aaron was very informative on the windows we were interested in and was very accommodating to our cats while in our home, other salesmen have been overwhelmed in the past of the amount of cats we have. I would recommend Aaron to any potential costumer

Had the worst experience ever with this company! It took us almost a year and had 6 different people come to our home to finally install the windows properly. We had to get the stucco repaired on our front and back porch bc of the damages they made when removing the old windows and installing the new ones. We had 3 different installation crews to complete the job! They even had to remake the entire set of windows between the first and second crew because what the first crew did to the windows, it voided the warranty! Every time we called to complain, we got the run around! Brian Haney was the highest up that I could get! We finally got a refund of only $2000 which is nothing compared to what we paid..... plus the $2000 included repairs that we had to make to the raised flower bed in our yard bc the third and final crew to repair the windows broke the frame and the entire frame of the garden bed has to be replaced. This company is awful!!! I would NOT recommend it to anyone even if they gave the windows away for free!!

Had a great experience with a front door with sidelights replacement .The installation crew was very professional and the door has a three point lock system built in and the door knob has a lifetime warranty . Almost two years since installation and the door is still beautiful and the seal and casements are still perfect .

Not pleased at all with the service. At the time of installation, local crews were busy, so they brought in a crew from Lafayette to install windows. They were practicing on our dime --- had not installed Pella windows previously. We have problems with rotting window sills and in regard to a kitchen window, a rotting wooden window frame. When the problem was discovered, I was told that the warranty had run its course and nothing could be done to help me. I have tried to see if replacements could be installed and I would pay the cost of the replacements, but first I would want an estimate given. I was told that I would have to pay $147 for the estimate from a technician (I was told you know, use of gas and other expenses). On another try, I was told to call an 800 number for possible assistance. The rep gave me a name of some place in Baltimore, MD (I live in Louisiana).Please be careful if you want to install Pella windows. Caveat emptor.

This crew of two man removed all old fourteen windows and installed with new ones,cleaned up and hauled off all old windows in two days. Great job and professional way.Pella is the name of the company,which scheduled all the trips for people to come and take measurements twice,before place an ordered and followed up with customer for satisfaction after job is completed.Well done Pella.

Never an available sales representative, store hours on the internet are not the physical stores hours, calls are answered at a call center, forwarded to the local store and no one is ever there. Leave a message and they are not returned. Stated my dissatisfaction to the call center that suggested that we set an appointment........Guess what?? The representative is a no show!!! What am I doing wrong?? I just wanted to BUY a patio door. Should I try to get a patio door for FREE? Maybe then they would sell it to me.REALLY PELLA

I would like to give 0 stars to management. I had another company give an estimate and that company said they were going to send someone out to ensure measurements if I decided to go with them. Then Bryan came from Pella and said Pella will not have to send no one out and can order quicker by his measurements. That was the first lie because after we decided to do the deal, he said someone will make an appointment and measure. 2nd. lie. I was wanting blinds in the door but salesman said the decorative wood strips in the door would have pieces on the inside appearing as it was not a solid window, so I couldnt get blinds. Well the doors have nothing on the inside appearing to be solid therefore I could have had blinds. After we sign all paperwork and was approved, salesman said I had 3 days to back out. I went to lowes the next day and saw that Lowes sold pella doors. I received a quote from Lowes approximately $1,400 cheaper, total bill. I called the salesman and told him, I would like to cancel. He became angry and said that my doors are special ordered size and by the time lowes finished all that cost would be added, plus he said Lowes will not care who they get to install I i would Not be satisfied because of the types of people Lowes hire. That became the 3rd and 4th lie. Well with his position in the company I trusted what he said about the special size. Well, when his door mechanic came to measure, i asked was my doors a special size, he said NO, my doors are standard size. So when doors arrived with the installers. 2 very nice experienced Hispanic guys. I ask about the Lowes door and they told me that they install all the time for Lowes. So Pella company use the same installers that Lowes did. My salesman lied to me over and over and I was over charged 1,400.00 that I dont have so, i had to finance. I complained to the survey lady, Hannah I think it was her name. She said that she will get management to call me. After weeks and weeks, I spoke to her again and she said that she gave my complaint to the sales manager. Well when she forwarded the name and number to me to call, I realized why I didnt receive a call. The sales guy Bryan was the one that she gave my number to. DO NOT CALL PELLA FOR DOORS!!!!!!!!!!, However, the 2 hispanic guys that also installed for lowes done a nice job with the exception of wanting me to complete the caulking on the exterior staple holes. The did leav me some caulk and trim work I had to finish myself.
