Very messy hard to find stuff but the cashier was very friendly and fast

The cashier was nice, and one of the guys helped me carry my bags out. That was so sweet of him. 😍

I’m at the new location on Government Street/ N. Acadian and it’s 9pm and the store is closed. The sign on the door says 10pm but they are already counting down the drawers and ignoring the customers at the door. Something isn’t right here. All the other Family Dollars closes at 10pm here. I wish I could give this location zero stars 😒😤😡

Im from out of town my husband has been working here for a month it was one of the first stores I found it not far from our hotel. I love to shop at family dollar stores I can find everything I need there.

This store closes early 3-4 nights a week before 10pm. They need to change their store hours to reflect the accuracy of the times they are open. 8am until 8:30 -9:45PM, if you the customer are lucky. The night staff is rude, as if you shouldnt be going to a business that should be honoring the hours they have posted for the public. I had hoped after re-opening after the rat infestation they had last year, they would hire better employees who work the actual hours they should be open. Tonight 8/22 they closed at 9:45. Simply bc they were trying to be out of there at 10. At least they normally give the bs excuse of the system being down.

Its sad that this location just recently opened. The shelves are never stocked, always under staffed. Today they are stopping customers at the door because they are out of cash. Because the manager decided not to come in today claims the assistant manager. Just sad

The store manager Veronica is rude and constantly harasses customers. Ive shopped at the government location for years and never had any problems. We as customers should not be subjected to the ignorant and disrespectful character of this woman. I will not shop with that family dollar again. I am also posting this to asany social sites as possible because something needs to be done.

I went there today the 12th month the 19th date 2018 they had a large black young man working there he had a very nasty attitude they had the prices up at the wrong products and I told him that the candy said a dollar he snatched it off the products and told me that wasnt the price and walked off the only one was nice was the cashier I would never go shopping there again its crowded and are not helpful there at all

Family Dollar in Westmoreland is always well stocked, and always has the most friendliest employees.

Terrible customer service, but havent really been to any Family Dollar that has great customer service anyway.

My experience was awful, the manager wasvery disrespectful, unprofessional, and nasty. I report it to the main customer care office . I will not be going to that location again. I had a return, and she tried to be little me for doing the return. This happen on April 19.

Need new management never open on time. Big sign in front say open at 8 but computers always down.

I have been a customer there I found out that good enough to take your money but they wont let you use their restroom I dont think any car paying customer should be treated that way I have high blood pressure and I take fluid pills I need to go to the restroom badly and the manager refused to let me use the restroom thats no way to treat a customer I dont think I will be doing business with Family Dollar at that location anymore Terry Smith I can just say they lost a customer because I wont be doing business with Family Dollar at any of the locations

5 employees working 1 cashier working register, talking to her coworkers and the line almost to the back of the store, I left my buggy with merchandise and walked out with some other customers who also left their carts
