This store has rude employees, and no sense of customer service. I live 2 mins away I avoid this store whenever possible. I stopped today 10/4 to return a purchase I made from another store on 10/3 with the receipt. After she was already rude when approaching me and answering her phone. She then tells me the receipt wont scan so I have to return it at the store I purchased from. I honestly dont see that any where on this receipt. Ive corporate 😒 but no answer.

Stranded due to weather. Ran in to get essentials. Clothing area complete chaos.. Guess that was a good thing because entire store has an awful smell... Line was long, but employees worked to get line down. Entire experience interesting

Always great attitudes from the employees. A few out of stock issues but to be understood with the current hm pandemic we all face.

Ive been in this store dozens of times and the management and staff get worse every time I gone. Theyre either cussing and arguing amongst themselves or the customers. I wont be going back. Worst Dollar Store Ive ever walked into!

I visited location 5455 Airline Hwy on 1/16/2020 @ 6:20pm. I witnessed cashier by the name of Jaime be extremely rude and accusatory to an elderly customer. She accused the lady of attempting to steal a full buggy items. The customer said she was preparing to check out. Thing is, the customer was at the inside register, nowhere near the exit. The lines for both registers were long, no way to get out of the store, if she wanted to. After some back and forth the customer told the cashier she could speak to her that way and asked for a manager. Jaime, cashier, bypassed the customers request and called the next customer forward. Just witnessing this made me feel uncomfortable and harassed. Jaime was totally RUDE and completely clueless to the idea of professionalism.

UPDATE: FOR THE LAST 2 WEKS THEY HAVE KEPT IT NEAT & STOCKED. MAKE BE NEW MGMT? HOPE IT STAYS THIS WAY!If you arent accustomed to hood style shopping, dont go. Often boxes are being unpacked at 5pm, 1 register open, cashier on the phone 🙄. They have most of the products you would get at a dollar general, but the environment is something to adjust to.
