Dirt Cheap has a nice selection of products thats affordable, you just have to take your time and look. However, if your there on a Saturday look for the blue snowball stand thats in the parking lot their only out every other Saturday. However, they serve funnels cakes with different toppings and Frito Pies😊 all shareable size. Delicious!!!

Terrible customer service. No refunds. I purchased some overpriced ammo for gift for a friend. Paid over $15 just for shipping. Almost 10 days after my order, its not even shipped and my friends birthday has come and gone. No way to request a refund online, so I must call during business hours and wait on hold for some time before being told it cant be refunded because its ammo and if I didnt want it they threatened it would cost another $17 for them to reroute the order for them to keep the ammo that I paid for!!! Given no other options, no even store credit or an exchange of some sort. Completely untrustworthy site.

I now understand why its called Dirt cheap. Store was filthy, items just throwed on shelf, and when I asked about a rest room the employee just waved me off with her hand as if I was an insect bothering her. Will NEVER go back!

The three stars are primarily for the staff who was extremely friendly cheerful all while practicing safety! Theyre cheap is a good store to go in just to get out of the house you never know what little hidden jewels youll find.

If you are a treasure hunter, this store is for you. Salvage items at reduced prices. You will need to check prices as some items are mispriced and are more than what one would pay originally. But, you definitely can find some really good deals

Dont let the name fool you, the things in this store are the same as Tj Maxx. Their so called sales are not really sales. They have opened toys in the store with pieces missing and they still charge you 5 dollars for it. The cashiers cant open there moth to greet you. Its as if they hate there job. I didnt know that its a thing that when they are ringing in your items they say the price. So as the cashier rings in the order shes seeking so low I thought she was on the phone until she said that a little girls training bra was $15.00. I found the same bra at Walmart for $8.99. This place is a joke!

That is the NASTIEST place I have ever walked into. Im going home to bathe in Clorox. Better Business Bureau needs to shut that place down. Someone is going to hurt themselves trying to walk around in that nasty place. Abandoned crack houses are cleaner than that place.

The floors were very dirty. I had a particular problem finding any staff member to assist with locating certain generalized items. Certain areas of the store, where the more desirable items could be found, were taped off. Some customers were not observing the mask mandate as well as the minimum distance of six (6) feet apart.

If you have time to dig around it would be good but the unorganization its hard to shop nothing is separated mens from woman from kids close

Very disorganized. The store is a close out store. But the place was in such an array. If you have time to pick through the clothes and other household goods it is a good place to go. Just needs to be cleaned up a good bit.

Dirt Cheap was really... dirt cheap...my goodness you really have to be a bargain shopper to have the patience to deal with this store. The store is compiled of mostly brand new items that or just out of style, everything is everywhere...if u can find something you want to purchase I suggest (if the cashier doesnt offer it) trying to make a deal at the register. Also I found that the bang for your buck at this sort of store would be something electronic. If you have the patience, which I certainly do not, take your time you are more than likely to find something Dirt Cheap.

They are extremely unorganized, near impossible to match the sales flyer to numbers, and then they overcharge when checking out. Employees was kinda rude, didnt smile, got rude when ask what they say because they was mumbling. Worse dirt cheap I have been in from Huma Louisiana to Lexington Tennessee

Used to enjoy coming herewith the children now its a bit much for my anxiety... all in all great place great funds( needs order and control. )

Hmmm.. not really sure what to say but be cautious LOL. Super unorganized and after I left I just felt gross as its not super clean and certain products have spilled in the aisles and over other products. Trash from sweeping is just left on the floor. But what else could I expect from a place called Dirt Cheap...

Gigantic quantity and variety of products, very messy. If you have a lot of patience you might find something you want with a good price. This is after calculating the final price, if you are lucky enough for the product to be in its original place, where it shows the correct discount.

A hot mess and I feel like my life is in danger anytime I visit past 7 PM but I love it here! You have to look through things because sometimes you can find the things here cheaper on sale at the stores they’re coming from but for the most part- the deals are great here!

Great costumes around Halloween are always .25, and $1.00

One of my favorite shopping spots! It is kind of set up like bargain basement, you need to be hands on. I spend at least 2 hrs. when I go. Going often is the best way to shop here. You can find real treasures, if you hunt.

Greetings! I left this store around 1:44pm today because I was not greeted by Dakota at the electronics counter. He walked by me three times only saying excuse me. He never looked at me in the face nor said How may I help you?. I wanted to buy some things but I will never spend money where I am not acknowledge with a smile. Your level of customer service is worst than McDonalds!

Great things at incredible discount prices and clothes (mostly women and children) for $1. Even be having full carts of pre-wrapped items for about $10. Employees are eager to help you with either telling you the price or discount percentage on existing price. Even have guys to help assist female customers with large or heavy items that needs loaded into their vehicles.

I went to get some tennis shoes, and it was so messed up. Id been there before, but this time the organization was sorely lacking. All shoes were mixed together, men, womens and children shoes in piles everywhere...I was disgusted and promptly left. I dont have time to dig through this mess. I wont be back.

Really quirky kind of fun place. Be ready to get dirty and be very open-minded because you absolutely never know what you will find there. One caveat is you will only find things from Target on a regular basis. They used to carry more high-end products but you can still have a good time for just a little money

Didnt too much care for the Baton Rouge location. While I find it to be a very large outlet, no section that I would have shopped in, in my opinion, was easy to shop in due to lack of seemingly an kind of organization. I dont want to be unfair knowing whst type of store it is, but I have experienced much better at various other locations.

When you go to this place you have to be willing to put some time into digging through shelves to find hidden treasures! The clothing section at this location is less organized than others so when I come it is usually for the home goods! I wish it was open on Sunday like some other locations.

By far, Dirt Cheap is one of the greatest Discount stores in Louisiana. Now why only four instead of five stars you might ask, well its because it can be disorganized and cluttered in parts throughout the store.

This was a first time experience at Dirt cheap. Was able find several things at modest prices. Enjoyed the hunt.

This place is always a mess full of tripping-hazards. The price scanner app does not work. Yesterday I wanted to buy some decorative string lights. Thank goodness I took them to the testing station prior to buying them (no refund policy) because the plug had been completely severed from the string of lights.

It is a very cluttered store. Some good bargains can be found if you are digger. They some good prices on clothes, which is what usually shop for. It is a ok store.

I know this place is a thrift store. But they could be more organized. It is a mess. things are throne everywhere. They need more workers. I would not recommend this thrift store to anyone. The shelves are nasty unorganized things are everywhere on the floor is unsanitary. They need a good clean up crew to organize this place. It was a horrible experience.

Awsome selection! The coffee pot we got there was brand new and works great. The sheets are spool soft. I am definitely going back!

The worst shopping experience ever, not because of the mess of the store but because of the incompetence of the staff, particularly of this person named Katrina or so she claimed. The store uses these codes as well as the Dirt Cheap app to show discounts . Half of the items I scanned did not work and when asking the staff they told us one price but at the register we were given another price . Will not be setting foot in Dirt Cheap again. Please avoid this complete waste of time.

I have never seen that store or any dirt cheap store in such disarray.With 5 partially closed Isles, two other young men that were there working to restore the Isles were talkin with each other trying to best grasp the situation at hand. There was a manager that was talking with them, she advised them to do whatever they felt like doing. And it would be fine either way where do they got it done or not. Im not putting down on the store or the workers. I think they should be ashamed of themselves. If a person has a job I believe they should be not just grateful to have a job but to do it to the best of their ability. Take up the slack where its needed. And no I know people dont get paid for doing above and beyond the Call of Duty. Its very disheartening, the things that we face today. The lack of knowledge the lack of motivation. Unwillingness to succeed to perform to educate. Let me get off my soapbox. I certainly hope nobody thinks Im trying to put down on the store company or the employees cuz Im not they ask for fair and unbiased opinion and how you were treated and how the place was represented the cleanliness of it and everything else. Its the truth, and it certainly doesnt make me feel good to have to say the way it was. But somebody needs to step up. Theres nothing wrong with us wanting better out of life and where you going to spend your money to get Less, no matter how you look at it.

Its a large store thats like a Treasure hunt for adults with great deals!! At times though, it looks like Big Lots after a tornado has passed through. Wouldnt recommend to ocd or hoarders. They have just about everything in there from beautiful furniture to clothing to electronics and more.

It is a cheap store with a lot of stuff if you like Garage Sales then this is the perfect place to find many cheap things

Needs to be more organized.. Yes you can get bargins but you need to have several hours to look through everything. Be careful with the open boxes because things are broken and some could be glass. I would be very careful with children picking up items.

Insane store. Just junk piled up on more junk. Its hard to find anything in particular more like just going to a huge garage sale with high prices. I have found some real bargains but it takes time to search through all the junk.

I adore this store. Sometimes i go in and find everything and sometimes i go in and find nothing. Sometimes you can do better at the original retailer,it depends on what u get. I guess its when u go. Sometimes the lines can be long but they move lol. Its like a scavenger hunt.

Messy & a lot of unpriced items... Priced a small bag of dog food (that says it is a free sample) at 9 bucks and it maybe has 2 cups of food in it. Hit & miss, some good deals but some not. REMEMBER ALL SALES ARE FINAL SO CHECK THAT ITEMS WORK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! BE PREPARED TO DIG THROUGH ITEMS, NOT ORGANIZED.

Hit or miss when shopping here. You could walk out without finding a thing (and ask yourself why you still visit?) or spend $50 on items that would normally cost you twice or triple the amount at another store . (And remind yourself, ah, thats why I keep coming back)

A salvage store that never fails to suprise what they have in their selection. I found a beautiful buffet here that had a marble top and true wood for $450 that was originally over $3000. They also have small things like opened packages of copy paper and everything in between. Of course everything is slightly damaged.

Its was ok...i just dnt like tht they are not organize..all of the clothes were thrown together....it was jus hard to look through the clothes and find sumtin descent..but it was an alright experience once u find sumtin u like.

Went in for an air mattress and the box was wrapped so tight with tape that I couldn’t get it open. So I asked a worker if it wrapped like this does that mean that the mattress is ok. They told me yes but I can still check it if i wanted to. I was like well no. Brought it home and filled it up and found out it has a slow leak in it. I called to speak with the manager because I didn’t want to return the mattress for my money back I just wanted to get a working one. He told me I’m sorry but all sales are final. I explained to him the situation and he still repeated the sales are final and told me to let him know who told me that so that they could be dealt with. I told him not to even worry about it because I’m not tryna get no one fired over an air mattress it’s not that serious. I really think that they shouldn’t sale broken items. If you haven’t checked the item it shouldn’t be taped closed so tight. I’m so frustrated.

This place was a wreck like most dirt cheaps are but thats not really an issue for me. They do have some great pricing and a nice selection... However I literally waited in line for 25-30 mins. So thats the reason for the 4 stars.. They just herd you through a bunch of sale racks like cattle lol... So if you dont mind that and have A LOT of time to shop, id say go for it :) I had a good time looking around its a bigger store.
