This has to be by far the absolute best metropcs location. They were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Every other location I have been to they act like they dont want to be there and act as if they dont want you there too. This one made it a point to tell me about their promotions and other stuff. The rest of the locations act as if they have never even heard of the word promotions.

The store reps were very helpful, courteous, and kind. We come here often because we know well always have good service! 100 stars if I could!

My finace and I have been with Metropcs since Aug 2015. 1 day before the flood and theyve always been great. Weve never had any issues with our service and anytime weve had to communicate with a customer service rep or sales person its been very pleasant. Were actually going to the store today to upgrade my phone! Have always and will always continue to refer people here

I must say that the service was excellent; rep was very knowledgeable, very professional, quite helpful and super nice. Deals are great! However, I was a bit offended by the selection of music playing in the store as I was repeatedly subjected to the F bomb in the music. I admit, I am a bit old school, but there were children present as well. I did mention it to the rep who blamed it on YouTube not having filters. OooooKay!
