My experience was very pleasant! The gentleman was able to help me and get me in and out the store. He answered all my questions like I needed him to and was very honest. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was a young lady who was continuing to laugh extremely loud and was singing, sitting down, over the gentleman who was trying to help me! Other than that I would definitely go back to be serviced because they know their stuff.
Highly recommend Gus at the Mall of Louisiana store. GREAT customer service! Gus was very knowledgeable and professional. He offered me a better plan and I walked out feeling satisfied and happy with the new plan and a new phone. I will be going to this store in the future.
Great service and fast too! Gus waited on me at the Mall of Louisiana store and he was the BEST! I’ve been an ATT customer for over 20 years and he was the best and fasted rep I have ever dealt with! Will go back to him if I ever need anything else!

If i could not give a star, i would! Came to the store in March, expecting to do an upgrade. Due to miscommunication, decided not to do the upgrade. Got my bill a month later and saw i was being charge with not only insurance, that i didn’t ask for but upgrade fees and a new phone. I’ve been going back and forth for months to get this resolved. No luck what’s so ever. I’m being punished for a mistake this store/company made and nobody seems to know how to correct it!

My wife and I visited the AT&T store in the Mall of Louisiana at Baton Rouge, needing specific assistance with our smartphones.It was a truely successful venture, the personnel knew exactly how to fix every problem. The Seigen Lane store was also helpful and had sent us to the Mall to resolve our inquiries. ☆☆☆☆☆

After going to at least 5 ATT stores in Baton Rouge who blamed my brand new iPhone for not being able to have 5G, the Geniuses at Apple said it was definitely an ATT sim issue. They sent me to the Mall of LA ATT store, where the girl said that it just “takes some time” to get 5G, even though I’m paying for it NOW. She said she couldn’t use the ATT sim that Apple gave me, and even said she didn’t have stock of the sim. When I insisted, she pulled out a book of SIM cards from the back. She said it wouldn’t fix the issue. I finally threatened to cancel the plan, and she put a new sim in. LIKE MAGIC!! IMMEDIATE 5G!!! INCREDIBLE!!! Either ATT employees are willfully trying to scam people who are paying for 5G, are they are extremely uninformed (and clearly don’t care to learn—like, look on ATT’s own website. 5G is EVERYWHERE in BTR. Don’t let them scam you out of your money.

Went in to buy a new phone. Girl at door was with a customer and told us someone would be with us shortly. We stayed and looked around at phones for about 13 minutes until someone asked if we were signed in. We werent told about signing in so we just lingered around and waited 7 more minutes and left. As we were leaving they were helping people at the door of the store instead of us. HORRIBLE Experience

They wouldn’t let me return a defective iPhone the day after purchase. They couldn’t help because apparently they have no store manager. I am stuck with a faulty phone and was treated poorly. They were unkind and ignorant regarding my options. Alaina was very rude and unprofessional. Do not pick up items from AT&T here. Have it mailed. Avoid this location at all costs.Update: The iPhone was replaced after taking it to Apple. It was inconvenient to wait a week for an Apple Store appointment but the problem is now resolved. A lot of time and energy wasted trying to resolve this issue through AT&T.
DO NOT do business with this store. I was told by a sales rep that I would receive 400 dollars off of an iPhone 11 Pro by adding a line. Told him I didn’t want to add a new line, but thank you for the offer.He responds with, “well all you need is a new number. ATT recognizes a new line as a new number and you can just cancel your old number”. This was a complete lie to make a sell. Once you cancel your old line you lose the credit. Why does ATT support it’s sales reps straight up lying to its customers?Now I’m stuck in a contract, got a new number - all because an employee of ATT is not held responsible for lying to make a sale. I’m reporting to the Better Business Bureau, filing for arbitration and doing whatever I can to ensure no one else buys from the sales reps at this store.

This is my go-to AT&T Store whenever I need help with my phone needs. I bought one phone from them about three years ago and received great service then. I received exceptionally great service from them again yesterday, particularly Irvin. I highly recommend this AT&T Store. Great service and great customer service!
Broken promises! I went to the store at the end of May to purchase a new phone. The manager Cortize Woods helped me and was very friendly. He told me of a different plan that would save me money each month. When I got the bill it was WAY MORE than my previous plan. He gave me his number if I had questions but I have yet to receive a response to my voice mail and text over two weeks ago. I decided to go back to the store 10 days ago to get it resolved and met with Luis Marta-Leyva, who was very friendly and saw the issues, promised to seek approval and get back with me within six days - that deadline was five days ago and I have yet to hear from him and texts to him have not been replied to.

They are not willing to help u in any way if your problem is realated to the online department. They will not even try to get someone to help. All they say is its not our store problem.
I stopped by the store due to my voicemail being inoperable. When anyone calls me ... my phone picks up and hangs up. I am a full time realtor and my cell phone is my business line. I was greeted by a sweet sales person who had to go to someone else to address the problem. Unfortunately, that person TOLD me to call tech support and basically deal with it. Myself! They didn’t offer to stay with me thru the process... moved on to other customers. I ended up sitting in the store... as tech support needed to call me from another phone. So I’m sitting on a demo trying get voicemail to work and guess what the demo lost connection. Thank goodness tech support called me back. But demo phones only last for 5 mins.. on calls so we lost connection again! I will say my original sales associate did check up and actually offered value with an item I did not know about. However extremely disappointed in lack of technical support and being left hanging.
Here’s a synopsis...I purchased an IPhone X Max. The salesman said he could set it up, but it will take an hour; or you can set it up at home. I chose to set it up at home. : (Right out of the box I got a “restore” message.Back up to the store. Less than 24 hours after a $1000 purchase. (Here’s the one star part.)ME- I just bought this phone, and it won’t turn on. It shows a “restore” code.ATT- “This happens a lot. We will try to restore it.”ATT - “We can”t fix the code. You need to take it to the Apple store.”ME- “Then switch it for a phone that works.”ATT - We can’t do that. It”s an Apple warranty issue now.”ME-“ But I just bought it from you less than 24 hours ago, and it doesn’t work. I’d like a phone that is not broken!”ATT - “It’s not broken, it just needs to be restored.”ME- “I’m not comfortable spending so much money on something that doesn’t work. I’d like to return it.”ATT - “You can’t return it because it’s not in working order.”ME- But YOU sold it to me IN NON-WORKING order. And you WON’T MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!ATT - “Sorry. There is nothing I can do.I was working with the assistant manager. When I asked for THE manager I got passed to a “specialist“ The store manager never entered the conversation. He circled to listen in, but never jumped in to assist me, or his associate that was attempting to explain ATT policy.AT&T did not stand behind their sales. They passed me off. I had to find my own solution.A terrible experience.
They always trying to scam people over here, if you have to deal with at&t to get your phone then Id suggest calling customer service rather than walking into the store, youll likely get a better rate every time.

It sucks. The service is the worst service you can possibly get. Been in here for over an hour. 6 people working and 2 people are sitting around doing NOTHING. deff dont recommend anyone come to att go anywhere else but here. Not to mention they didnt help me with ANYTHING and i waited over an hour. They dont even deserve a 1 star. More of a zero.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales rep had the worst attitude and continually rolled her eyes at me while I was speaking. The manager was absolutely useless as well. I will never go back to this store again and suggest you dont waste your time there either.
They dont know how to do there job workers making you wait while they stand an do nothing been here for an hour an nothing wish you had a no star rating would be great. Should fire over half your employees in here
Their pay kiosk has been broken for several YEARS now and when I tried to call corporate office about it, I was put on hold permanently. This particular store has a normal wait time of thirty minutes.

Never going back to this store. Rude employees and no manager on the premise. Spent an hour at the store and they told me to come back tomorrow for what I needed because the manager left early for the day.
