My IPhone was repaired recently in Towne Center and I waited for the repair so I had the opportunity to listen to many clients having interactions as well as to share my own. The staff was respectful, pleasant, fully shared the status of each repair, the cost and time for a repair, technically very competent and make many adjustments at no additional charge. I should add that I am an old guy so they exhibited much appreciated patience with my questions. My service and engagement was exceptional. My iPhone was frozen and needed a software update. Although it took a while for my phone to be cooperative, the customer service was great! Casey kept me updated the entire time I was there and while the store became busy. Other customers that came in did not have to wait long to get their tech issues handled. Stopped in the Corporate Dr office today thinking I needed the battery replaced on my iPhone X that is just a little over a year old (out of Apple warranty). Greeted quickly and courteously. A short assessment of my phone indicated a need to turn off the “Background App Refresh” feature which was allowing a constant drain in my battery!! Problem solved, no purchase necessary!! So courteous, so helpful, so pleasant! I will definitely return to this store for any cell phone issues and you should keep it in mind for your cell phone service needs! AWESOME!!

I needed help with my iPhone Xs Max because it was stuck on the apple logo screen. Naturally, I took to Google to find a phone repair store. After reading tons of reviews, I found that CPR Cell Phone Repair had the most consistent (and recent) reviews and they all named Walter! So, I went out of my way to go and see if Walter could help! I was greeted by a gentleman named Deonte (sp?) and explained my problem. Walter happened to be close enough to the counter to hear me talk about the reviews Id read and ask if he was working today--without hesitation he turned around and introduced himself! He gave me his realistic opinion of what the problem was, and explained that other repair stores usually just wipe the phone and restore it in my case, but hed try his best to recover my data. I dropped it off and walked over to Mr. Good Feet and then Whole Foods and when I returned it was ready! Unfortunately, he tried two different data recovery methods, but sadly Id brought it in too late. However, both men were polite and apologized for not being able to recover my data (though it wasnt even their fault)! They also did an update at no additional charge. Ive already recommended a few family members with iPhone issues and cracked screens and should I have any more issues, CPR will be my go-to! Thanks Walter--I sincerely appreciate the try!!!

Chris and Walter at CPR in Town Center are excellent! Knowledgeable and friendly guys. NOT pushy sales people. Chris answered my questions and offered relevant advice. I not only recommend coming here if you need to purchase or repair equipment but I would also recommend joining the monthly membership. The discounts on one or two repairs or purchases will negate the membership cost and is a much better value than a cell service provider insurance plan. And they are quick too. Got a battery changed in less than an hour!!!!

Have used this store multiple times for phone repairs. Excellent staff. Excellent experiences. Excellent repairs. They had my phone nearly factory condition new with same day repairs. They performed thorough diagnostics to be sure of the root cause of my issues. They were upfront, honest, and thorough. Could not have asked for a better experience!

I appreciated their patience, clear action plan and options laid out for troubleshooting and repairing our devices. Also, the transparency in helping us sort out which repairs and devices were the best for us to invest in given how they are used, who uses them, etc.

I brought in my MacBook Pro with a fairly complex security issue. Walter and the staff at CPR were professional, courteous and answered every single question and concern I had both prior to and after the repair. I had contacted several places about this issue prior to bringing the machine to CPR, and Walter was the only tech familiar with the issue my machine was having. As soon as Walter heard what the issue was he assured me that he could fix it and he certainly did. I had some concerns after the repair and he went way above most of my experiences in typical customer service. He and his staff will forever have my recommendation and my business. It is nice to receive great service and work for a change!

These guys do good work. Gave them a pretty tough job for a switch that included soldering and they pulled it off. Theyre also negotiable with prices and do their best to please the customer.

Very pleased with the screen replacement on my Samsung s10 plus. While done under warranty with Squaretrade, they completed it the same day and it looks and acts like a new phone. While I hope to never need another repair, I can wholeheartedly recommend them for their prompt and professional service.

Let me tell you before you even consider- maybe they can fix your phone, but DO NOT BRING A COMPUTER HERE.I brought my desktop in for a diagnosis for which they charged me $40. Other places may do a free diagnosis, but I figured that this price was there to compensate for professionalism and experience and thought it was worth investing. I was wrong!It took them over week to call me back about my desktop. This would normally be an acceptable length of time, but considering that the diagnosis was completely wrong and they didn’t even consider all the options, it shouldn’t have taken this long.When they finally called me back, the repair tech told me it was definitely my hard drive that was failing and that the cost would be anywhere from $150-$400!!!! I’ve never heard of such an unspecific gap in price.I am a student and obviously could not afford this, so I took my computer to get a second opinion. This other person that looked at it took one day to check it out and let me know it was ACTUALLY NOT the hard drive failing and instead it was power supply that needed to be replaced. All I did was I order a $50 power supply off amazon, installed it myself, and now my computer is completely back to normal! Imagine if I had spent $150-$400 dollars here. I don’t know if this guy is just inexperienced or trying to con me but DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR COMPUTER!

Dropped my drone here more than 2 weeks ago. Was told the repair would not take more than 3-4 days to complete. When I called to check on the drone over a week later I was told they no longer repaired drones and I would need to come and pick it up. Confused I asked to speak with a manager. The manager then got on the line and explained the drone would be ready the next week and to call if I have not heard from them. Well its next week and I cant get anyone to pick up the phone and the voicemail if full so I cant leave a message.

Apparently, the owner asked him to find out why I was less than satisfied, and to rectify the situation, if possible. I have to admit, I wasnt very happy to hear from Casey, when he first called, but by the time our conversation was over, I was thanking him for doing an excellent job in dealing with a difficult customer . . . me. Because of that phone call, and the repair to my phone afterward, I am not only changing my review to five stars, but I went from never planning to return to CPR to never planning to use anyone else, AND if anyone I know needs their cellphone repaired, I am going to highly recommend that they take it CPR. From email to battery replaced- 2.5 hours (and that’s including 50 minutes travel time). Very helpful and polite staff. My IPhone screen shattered last night and I was unable to use it. I called CPR about 3 this afternoon and they had one I stock for me. I drove from Mandeville La after work and got to CPR around 5:45. They were so nice and helpful that they actually fixed it on the spot for me! The entire experience was amazing. I brought in my iPhone 7 Plus for repair. After updating to IOS 13, it no longer would make or receive calls, talk to text, or take photos/videos. The Apple Store told me it was not repairable and I’d have to use it as a trade in for a new phone. The folks at CPR were able to diagnose and repair in hours for a reasonable fee.
