Emily was super helpful and super nice. My iphone wouldn’t turn on and was stuck on the apple logo. I had been to 3 different places before and she was the only one who immediately knew how to fix the problem. We were in an out in half and hour and the time was only because the phone was out of battery before we came here. Emily told us she is in here almost every day so i would highly recommend this shop for any phone troubles. While we were in here, someone else came in with a cracked screen and while we were in here we watched her fix it. she was very quick and precise and she clearly knew what she was doing. 10/10 would come back with any phone troubles.

He wasnt able to help me because i was only in town for the day and he would have had to order the part. He tried very hard to help me by calling friends in the business. Unfortunately the part could not be found locally

The boss (Rob) is only in it for the money and doesn’t care about his employees. He tried to call me in on my day off while I was asleep. Then said he was putting me on probation and I would be on the schedule next week. Little did I know the day he said he was putting me on “probation” he wa actually firing me without any warning. I went to pick up a check and after I asked about getting out back on the schedule for the next week he told me to “look for another job” he gave me no time to look for another job since I thought I still had one. Don’t work there.

So today I went to the mall to get some something from gap for my 3 year old son and I own a iPhone 5s and I went to iWorld and ask them about my cracked phone and they fixed it for me and I was so happy because it didnt take longer than 40 mins I was so shocked and happy to see my phone fixed at a reasonable price than paying $200 at Apple Store.
