Had my Mercedes towed there because of a suspension air bag failure. While examining the car, they found the brakes needed to be changed. Yet after the repair was done, they ignored the Service B Due message. Didnt say Not only did we find brakes needed changing but see that maintenance is due, would you like this taken care of?. When I picked up the message is flashing away, why wouldnt they mention this?? But after leaving a message I was told I could just take it to any gas station and they could change the oil for me. I CANT STAND PEOPLE THAT INSULT YOU WITH SORRY RESPONSE TO HIDE THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I would fire someone from my company for not taking advantage of the opportunity to not only increase my bottom line, but to at least offer the customer a service that was showing it needed to be done. Seriously though when is the last time you people have been to a gas station and was asked to get the oil checked or changed. LAZY - FIRST AND LAST TIME I GO THEIR FOR SERVICE, MAKES ME WORRY WHAT ELSE DID THEY CHOOSE TO INGNORE ON MY VEHICLE WHILE HAVING BRAKE WORK DONE!!!!!

I was planing to buy a new GLE350 from them, but unfortunately I dealt with an unprofessional sales person called Mathew.1- He told me if you want to hold the car, you have to show me either your amount at the bank or air ticket reservation. Which I dont like and I will never do.2- I told him, i want to export the car overseas. He became super angry and said I will not sell the car to you! OK man, calm down, keep your car, you are not the only one in the market Mathew.
02/01/21, my husband calls about a used Lexus that was on the website. We go test drive. Shawn makes as if the deal was good. I sensed something fishy going on because the car was parked in the back behind a used Honda. The price had been reduced earlier that morning. Normally, when a buyer states they are interested the sales person tries to make the sale. No one tried to make the sale. We were told to come back tomorrow. Not even asked if we want to buy that night or take the car home (which was offered the previous times before). Shawn stated that he would not be at work the next day but introduced us to Trey. Trey was very nonchalant and uninterested. My husband called Trey the following morning. They told him to come in. As my husband is on his way, (10 minutes later) Trey called back to say the car was sold. Im upset because Im 8 months pregnant and my energy and time was wasted. The dealers were holding the car for the price to drop or be reduced for someone. They could have simply stated the car was already on hold for someone else. They did not have to let us waste our time asking questions and test driving the car. I will not be back to Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge (not even for an oil change). Seemed like a scam to me. Knowing my husband was only 10 minutes away, Trey didnt even ask him to come in to find something comparable. He just let the sale go. He didnt want our business or money.

Absolutely horrible dealership when it comes to the Sprinter service department! Dealt with numerous people from an advisor to the service manager and they were not able to take care of us nor did they even try, basically sent us on our way even though my vehicle was having an issue! Definitely would not recommend!

Highly disappointed in our experience here. We were made to feel like an inconvenience when asking to drive different models. We were told by our salesman, Aaron Heflin, that Mercedes sells itself which is why he didn’t go out of his way to. He also told me multiple times that I would be better off buying “a cheap BMW”.....which is exactly what we did. So thank you Aaron Heflin for the advice, best purchase I’ve ever made!
Over my 54 years, I have brought about 25 cars for myself and my family. I have to say this car purchase was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Mr. HK Torrence is the person to see if you want to deal with a non-stress, professional, knowledgeable, honest salesman. This guy laid everything out in a simple, easily understandable fashion. Hahahahaha, he is very patient. Being a skeptical person when it comes to sales people, I kelp waiting for the hidden costs. To my surprise, there were none. The initial out-the-door price we agreed on was the exact price I purchased my wife’s new GLE350 for. One of the best new car buying experiences Ive ever had!Ive purchased different luxury brand vehicles throughout the years (Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Lexus, ...etc.) and like many, I dont really enjoy the process. This time however, I walked away happy and smiling! Joshua Hartt, my salesperson, was very responsive and worked with me throughout the entire buying process. Even when new situations (potential roadblocks that could have killed the deal) came up, he worked them out quickly and professionally. Since Im an out-of-town buyer, Joshua even drove an hour each way on a Saturday morning to pick me up from New Orleans airport! Prior to flying in, I mentioned to Joshua that I didnt have much time to spend at the dealership before I had to head back home. So once I arrived, Joshua had the entire MBOBR team ready to expedite the process! My GLS was already sitting on the showroom floor clean and shiny when I arrived. After a quick walk-around to inspect it, I went to the finance department and took care of all the paperwork in only 15 minutes (no high-pressure sales tactics to get you to add extras). After another 20 minutes of some instructions from the product concierge, I was ready to head out the door! Everything went so smoothly, and no last minute surprises! Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge has amazing service and has been more than a dealership and service location to me! They take care of all my car needs (and squeeze me in with emergencies). Andrea Bridwell and all the team I have met are courteous, respectful, genuine, and prompt!But even more so, they have taken it a step farther and made me feel like they were looking out for me like family. When I was diagnosed with cancer, they even mailed me a most thoughtful jacket to keep me warm during chemo (and I had just moved back to Baton Rouge so they did not know me well). Went for oil change on daughters GLK. She arrived early and they showed her into the waiting area with coffee, cokes, snacks etc. I picked her up for lunch while they did the service. Once we returned, Jeriel did an outstanding job of moving us quickly thru payment and scheduling us for a factory recall. She has a great personality with a magnetic smile.We recently had a need for the spare tire and thought it was flat. She brought a tech out to the car, who walked us thru the inflate/deflate process since the spare is a space saver type. Greatly appreciate her and the tech spending a minute to instruct my daughter on the proper operation. Will continue to use them for our MB service needs.

Had an incredible experience. My car would not start. I called AAA and they charged me up. Called MBOBR and they immediately got me in. When I arrived Andrea was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Although I had to wait, I enjoyed the sweet amenities in waiting area. Coffee, yummy snacks.... While in town for work, my wife’s Mercedes had a technical issue come up. Seeing other positive reviews, I felt comfortable taking to Baton Rouge MB (we had the option of taking it to NOLA MB).Scheduling was a breeze, and an appointment was made for the next day. They encouraged us to use the shuttle they offer while the car was being worked on. The shuttle will drop off/pick up anywhere in Baton Rouge while the vehicle is serviced. I thought that was a nice bonus.My wife and kiddo dropped off the car. Wife says customer service was excellent, facilities were great. Everyone was extremely helpful and offered to go out of their way to make her wait pleasant. Apparently the technical issue had resolved itself, but a thorough check was done anyway.While there I had them provide me an estimate for other work I was considering, and the estimate was very reasonable considering the fact it would be dealer service vs an independent or doing the work myself.YMMV for more extensive service, but based on our first experience we will absolutely return for our MB needs when in town.

Although the repairs are ridiculously high for Mercedes compared to other high end auto brands, the communication, analysis and delivery from the service center at MB of BR are top notch. Darcy was our representative and he did an outstanding job of letting us know what were critical items that needed repair and when the car would be ready.
Josh and Josh took amazing care of us throughout the sales process and the walk-through of the vehicle! I was crunched for time and told Josh that I only had a couple of hours to commit to the process and he made sure that I was in and out in a little over two hours. The service department has always been open and honest with me about any maintenance concerns with my vehicle when necessary. Sales managers do not care about sales staff! Was given no warning, no coaching to improve, no positive reinforcement, just fired! Unless your name is Lynn or Matt, you are going to struggle majority of months to pay bills, let alone move up to management (which all sales people there want to and were told they can move up lol) Then I earned a culture coin for being a ‘valued’ employee, which was suppose to pay $500 on my last check. They decided to find a way to not pay it, but they always say ‘do the right thing, be a good person’ but they can say all they want if they dont live up to it.
Dropped of my new car with an unusual problem and the team, including Daniel Steib, the service advisor, was remarkable. Very courteous and remarkably fast turnaround. An excellent experience. Recommend highly

Whole process was exceptional. Started with Shelbi on the internet and was surprised to meet her when we visited the dealership. I just assumed she was in some cubicle somewhere. But she’s definitely real. She sent me the package on the vehicle I was interested in and set the appointment and confirmed it the morning of our visit. Matt was great! Took as much time with us as we needed to test drive and answer questions. He seemed very honest when giving opinions on different models. He processed the sale quickly and got us in the vehicle super quick. Brandon was extremely patient while I downloaded the app. He showed us how to get everything in the vehicle set up and synced with my phone. He made sure we knew all the settings and how to navigate the onboard system. Even made sure we had his email and cell # in case we had any questions. Only problem was a few small stains inside on the fabric but I’ll get it in for them to handle later. Overall, I would do it again and I love my GLS!

Apparently my four year old Battery died. I called the Mercedes Benz Road side assistance and the very polite and knowledgeable agent told me a local technician will contact me within 30 minutes. the technician (named Todd) called me in about 5 minutes. Todd had explained to me where he was and gave me an accurate time of his arrival at my car.Todd arrived with the New Battery in hand and was very efficient and knowledgeable about the procedure. he explained to me each step as he performed the change out. 20 minutes later the car was up and running.Cherry on top was that it was all covered by Warranty! I would like to thank Mercedes of Baton Rouge. About a month ago, we stopped by a little before closing time (about 5:45) on a Saturday night. We were looking through the windows of vehicles and when no one came out, my husband went in. He told the sales lady in the showroom we wanted to look inside one of the vehicles but not drive it. As I watched all the employees drive out of the parking lot (about 5:55), she told him all the sales people were gone and he could come back Monday at 9 am. We decided to give our business to Jaguar and I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle as well as the service we received there. Jaguar wasn’t even on our radar but thanks to the lack of service at Mercedes, we are now huge Jaguar fans.

The company I work for provides tables, chairs and tents for events, parties and company functions and when I went inside to set up the function I immediately could tell they built that dealership to accommodate and spoil there customers. You can take your pic from fancy coffee and a snack or cold drink and good reading material. Very impressive.

Danielle did a fine job of making sure all my problems were fixed to my satisfaction. nothing major thank goodness. Service manager showed me how to see my seat when i picked up my car.
