2 months ago, My mom bought me this black 2021 Tundra TSS off-road as a gift at the age 17 for making a straight A’s whole entire year!! The process of the buying a truck was quick and simple. The salesman Jozef Dupre is super nice he also greeted me and my mom with a smile. He also let me test drive which is very worth it. Also, we got a free sausage which is really delicious. I have been lookin for a car for 3 months and waiting for a used 2016 white Honda Accord Sport. Price LeBlanc just released information for one and I was quick to call and got in touch with the salesman Dillon James. He was very nice and patient with me in explaining my situation. Dillon even sent over some pictures of the car before it was even on the main website. The very next day after the phone call I went to go see the accord and test drive it with Dillon. I decided to get the car and he was able to give me the price I wanted on the car. It was a great experience for my first time buying a car that I owned and not my parents. Dillon was very respectful to me and my uncle who was the negotiator. Overall 10 out of 10 for Dillon helping me out. Thank you.

Scheduled an appt. to see a truck the dealer had listed and when the salesman brought the vehicle up for me to test, it was a completely different truck from the photo in the listing. Totally different model. He then proceeded to tell me the only difference was the rims. The reality was that one was a stock SR5 and the photo and listing were for a Tacoma TSS package. The salesman, who claimed to have 25 years with Toyota, did not know the basic information about Tacomas. Stated the V6 had 140 HP and when I said it should be much more, he backtracked and said it was 230 HP. Still wrong. He also could not tell me how the basic functions of the various features worked. It turns out I knew far more about the truck I was reluctantly testing than he did. He also assured me that the photo would be corrected so no one else would end up in my sItuation. I ended up purchasing another Tacoma from a different dealer. 4 days later I’m still getting emails from Price Leblanc with the wrong truck in the listing. I won’t go as far as saying this is a bait and switch tactic but if it quacks like a duck…. I’ll leave this at 3 stars because I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. Do your own due diligence.
Before I even walk through the doors I was greeted by a friendly sales rep Madeline Cruz she was very knowledgeable and professional. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen, the whole process was awesome best customer service I have ever experience at a dealership. Came here at 10 for an oil change, inspection sticker & tire rotation. Was informed that my vehicle would be ready by 12:30. 1:00 I check on my vehicle they tell me it will be another 1 1/2 hrs. Will not be returning to this dealership in the future. Greg Leblanc Toyota in Houma didnt take this long to sell me the vehicle & have me on my way.

Im a little late on this review, but I bought a new car in December 2020. If anyone is looking for a good deal, ask for Caleb Templet. He worked swiftly and efficiently in getting me into the car I wanted. I must add that Im also quite annoying and he handled that well. Caleb is the man.
We dropped off our vehicle to the service center to get a part replaced. That seemed to go well but they broke our seat and it now makes a loud screeching noise when it moves! It has never made that noise before and immediately upon adjusting the seat when first getting into the car, it started screeching. They refused to take responsibility for it and claimed that there was nothing they could do besides buying a $1600 part (not counting labor) to fix it! The vehicle was purchased from there and every service has been done there but I think this will have to be the end of our business dealings with this place. If you want a dealership that takes no responsibility for its employees damaging your vehicle, Price LeBlanc will gladly break parts of your car and pretend like they have no clue what happened. Otherwise, please consider a different Toyota dealership before taking your chances with this one.
I stayed at Price LeBlanc Toyota Friday from 4 PM to 45 minutes after closing! Jessica Hebert was extremely nice and helpful! She went out of her way to help me ! Everyone at Toyota including Todd the Sales manager was very helpful and I recommend speaking to him if you have any issues. The entire Price Leblanc team will work diligently until the problems are fixed, excellent place!!!
I’m not sure how they have such a high rating but I guess they didn’t want my money. Barely greeted my fiancé and I but I had a list of 3 cars I wanted to view and drive. Salesman wasn’t saying too much and didn’t know much about the very small selection of cars they had. I would ask questions and get responses like “I’m not sure.” Once he found out where my fiancé worked, he completely shut down altogether. Probably judging us thinking we couldn’t afford what we were looking at. Even though it would be me purchasing the vehicle and I had already been approved. He sat awkwardly in the car on the test drives but literally said nothing. I thought car salesmen moved away from that technique. Anyway, he wasn’t even trying to up-sell. The car I wanted was super overpriced and has been on their lot for over a month. It literally had cobwebs on the tires. So, I figured they’d be happy to have it sold. Two other websites and another dealership in Baton Rouge were offering a nearly identical car for ~$2,000 less (at market value). He came back and said that they were actually offering below market value according to one website. Didn’t even offer alternatives to try to keep the sale. Yeah. I’ll take my money to the other dealership that knows the cars they’re selling, doesn’t make assumptions about me, and doesn’t try to overcharge me.
Great dealership that really impressed. Working with Johnnie Balfantz was a joy, and he really made what is usually a difficult process so easy. He had us in and out in record time, and even took time to set up all the bells and whistles on our new Highlander. Go see Price LeBlanc, and specifically ask for Johnnie. You wont be disappointed.
I honestly dont know why I didnt start my car search here!?! Honestly, I would have saved myself so much time, gas, and hard inquiries on my credit. From the moment Mr. Al Opusunju introduced himself until when I drove my brand new used car off the lot, his customer service was impeccable. My credit was kind of low due to a few bad decisions and so forth so I knew, starting off, that my journey for new car would be rough. After being pulled along on a string by various car dealerships only to be rejected for financing or offered an EXTREMELY high interest rate, I was naturally frustrated and ready to give up. My mom, the awesome person that she is, suggested we try Price Leblanc and reluctantly I went.We met Mr. Al as we were getting out of our car and he greeted us warmly started making small chat with my mom. I had my heart set on a 2016 Hyundai Sonata but they were all sold out. Mr Al convinced me to look at other cars, which I did obligingly. As I was walking through the cars, my eyes fell on a dark brown Altima. I glanced at it then moved on because it was out of my price range. With my imperfect credit, I just knew that I wouldnt being able to afford it. But something kept drawing me back to that car, and Mr. Al noticed. He said if thats the car I wanted then thats the car Im going to get. He told me not to worry about my credit score. We went inside with me being extremely skeptical and he brought us to his office. He offered us some beverages, informed us about the New York Bagel shop to in case we were hungry, then left to go work his magic. After meeting with their financial guy, he came back WITHIN 15 MINUTES and said We need to wash your car first and fill up the tank. By the time we finish the paperwork, it will be ready to go.I was so shocked and overwhelmed that he was able to do it so fast and at the lowest interest rate that I had been offered thus far!!!! I am beyond grateful to Mr. Al and the entire Price Leblanc family for making my car buying experience so smooth and pain-free. I have recommended Mr. Al to everyone I know and I will definitely be back.**I have now had my car for 3 months and its just as great as the day I purchased it!
I have nothing but great things to say about our experience here. Between buying a new car and doing and in and out trade with my sister-in-law on my old car, our car salesman, Dillion James, and Mr. Danny in finance made it as easy as they could. This might have been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I went to buy a new car, and had all intentions of purchasing one the day I went in. I showed up and was *barely* greeted by a young salesman at the front door in a Saints jacket. He said maybe 4 words to me, was willing to explain nothing to me, and I’m assuming it’s because he thought I couldn’t afford the car (2021 4Runner). I’d give you his name, but he didn’t even introduce himself. I’m assuming they PROBABLY have more friendly and helpful salesmen there, but I didn’t have the opportunity to meet one. I was interested in going across the parking lot to look at some of the newer Lexus’ but he was not interested in directing me there. I had enough and went down the street to Mercedes where I left with a new Lexus. Thanks for nothing!

I came in to get my oil changed and have my tire checked in February. I was told my tire couldnt be fixed and that I needed new tires. She tried to sell me new tires I told her I could not afford them at this time. She continue to try to sell me tires. I was never told there was a hole in the inner wall of my tire and that it was very unsafe to be driving on it. I was never offered for them to put my spare tire on. I came in today to have my oil changed again and told the service guy Trey Waller what happened on my last visit he was very passive about it. I asked him if he would have let his daughter drive on a tire like that and he said I wouldnt have her drive on any of those tires. He acted as if I had done something wrong and it was my fault because I didnt buy tires here. He was quite ugly about it. I even apologize to him for being upset about what happened on my last visit. I then asked to speak to his manager he pointed me his way. I spoke with Todd Hodges he said he would address it. He asked me to email him the pictures of my tire and I did. All I really wanted was for one of those guy to say Ms. Hunt Im sorry that happened to you. I never got that from either one of them. After this oil change I will never come back here again due to the way I was treated by Trey Waller. Jessica Hebert checked me out and she was very nice and very apologetic about what happened to me in February and what happened to me this morning. If you ask me Price LeBlanc needs more people working for them like Jessica Hebert.
Just got done working with Adrian to take home a 2017 Tundra for myself and a 2017 Tacoma for my fiance. Ive never worked with anyone so humble and down to earth regarding big purchases such as these, on and off the clock the entire time it genuinely felt like he was working as hard as he could FOR US, and not pressuring us at all to make any hasty decisions but to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. The service department here is awesome! I broke down out of state and went to a dealership to get my car fixed assuming they would do a good job. When they didnt, I brought my car to Price Leblanc to see what they could do. The Price Leblanc service dept went absolutely above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out with the other dealership (which was a nightmare) despite not making a dime off of me. They understand top notch customer service and top notch technical service and hold themselves to the highest standards. I am so grateful for everything they did to help me out. They communicated with me the whole time and the technicians are very detail oriented. In particular, Mr. Erick, Ms. Jessica, and DJ are awesome members of their service team! I cant sing enough praise for them!
Billy Reine & Matt Mitchell we’re professional, friendly & so efficient. I was in & our with my new car in about an hour, maybe even a little less. It remedied all those awful memories I had as a child with my parents in dealerships - we’d be there all day & a thirsty salesman would repeatedly try to stick them with a hidden fee or another add-on. I strongly recommend requesting either gentlemen or Mr. Ronnie who also assisted with the process. They are straight forward, fair & most importantly...they LISTEN. I felt like they actually wanted to see me in something that I could feel safe in & happy about. Matt even took the time to discuss car seat compatibility with me. I spoke with Mr. Billy late on Tuesday, they helped me work through the process of financing and found the right vehicle for me by Wednesday and on Thursday morning my beautiful new suv was parked in the garage.
Hailey that works with the online purchasing, OUTSTANDING! Prompt, courteous, and answered all my questions. Her straight and direct approach for me as a woman was appreciated. She ensured even on her day off that everything was taken care of. Matthew P in the financial department was down to earth and I laughed so much talking with him. The courtesy I felt when I walked in to the dealership started immediately, someone acknowledged me immediately and offered me something to drink. I started my search at another dealership, so I was able to get an idea of what car dealers are like these days since it had been 15 years since my last vehicle purchase. The environment at Price was very professional. I never felt pressured to make a decision or like I was being sold something. The salesman who worked with me, Terry, was super helpful and knowledgeable, especially when dealing with all the details and features of the vehicle. I literally shopped from Florida to Texas for my next truck. After speaking with several dealerships, Price LeBlanc had the absolute best price. Seriously!!!!! Amber McClendon was able to help me via phone and email before I got to the dealership since I do not live in Baton Rouge. She had everything setup and was more than willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. Amber is Super Awesome! Once at the dealership, Chase Sholmire had the truck already at the front and ready for us to drive. Chase was just as awesome as Amber in the sense there was no pressure or B.S. Great guy to work with. In a short time we had the deal worked out with my trade, and I was in the finance office with the pen. When first arriving to Price Leblanc, my mom and I were immediately greeted by Mr. Sean Brown. I mean this man out of all the other salesmen and women stood up and opened the door for us. We were about 3 feet away from the door but just the intentionality this man had when he first saw us was just amazing! I came in wanting to test drive two cars and during the ride Mr. Sean was so knowledgeable of mostly all the cars! I knew I was in good hands. The car I ended up getting was a 2010 Toyota Highlander and even still I was hesitant because of the price. I now feel better about the agreement/purchase.----------------------Updated----------------After much thought I decided to edit my review. Part of my purchase was a verbal agreement with my dealer. Logan has yet to fulfill that agreement and its been a month since I purchased my Sequoia from him and Price LeBlanc Toyota.There was a time when a mans word meant something and thats all you needed, not anymore. Its not the amount of money, but the principle!Lesson learned get EVERYTHING in writing BEFORE you leave the lot! Or just walk away!------------------------------Original post---------------------17 years ago we purchased our first Toyota Sequoia. Best vehicle weve ever owned. Now it was time for a newer Sequoia. Took my time and searched around. Months later I found one in our price range. Very little negotiations. My first time buying a vehicle out of state and without physically seeing it. Made the arrangements. Flew into Baton Rouge and Logan was there at the airport to pick me up. A few hours later I was on the road back to GA with our new Sequoia. The family had no idea and loved the surprise. I would do it all again!

I felt like Price Leblanc treated me good. The offer for my trade was fair and the price on the purchase was equally as good. Some of the sales / finance personnel were your typical “car sales” type people which is kind of a turnoff. I don’t like pressure or scare tactics to make a decision in buying a car which is why my last 2 previous purchases were online.

We all know any customer service is almost completely extinct, however, Price LeBlanc Toyota is an unexpected exception to that rule. I have never had such a pleasurable car buying experience.Everyone involved in both transactions were beyond helpful. This may sound crazy but my sales rep Kirsten actually new the technical information about the vehicles I was buying and answered every question with ease! I just purchased THE car of my dreams on the 18th of this month as a 40th bday present to myself. I met with every dealership in Lafayette, and called everywhere. NOONE could help. Had a TERRIBLE experience with the very young inexperienced Salesman Today!!! Quoted one Price & the Finance manager came back with an over $100.00 higher quote on what my note would be!!!Salesman Did Not go over all the stuff on the inside of the vehicle with me & there were a lot fancy things I had no idea about!!!Won’t Go Back Again that’s for Sure!!!Wasn’t meant for me but tomorrow is another day & I’ll find something Better😁😱

When we arrived at the show room Sean greeted us and his easy manner put me instantly at ease. He then proceeded to show us all the cars that I wanted to see and after deciding which model and color he offer us a great deal so we bought a beautiful Red RAV4. It was a painless process without any pressure and it was just a great experience!!!
The service department here is so organized it will blow you away. As with any service department, I feel like prices are higher than they should be sometimes but you are paying for their service. I was called, updated, communicated to and they have a shuttle service to get you to work or back home when your vehicle is out of service. Also, when your there do yourself a favor and have a bagel sandwich because i miss them already. I wouldn’t be surprised if I went there just to get another sandwich bagel.

Bought used a certified vehicle from Vic Canella, who went above and beyond expectations of getting me into a truck. Did spend the afternoon there, but it was well worth the time. Was super duper experience from start to finish. Got a great deal in my opinion as the truck had very low mileage. Received price Leblanc sausage while there, which was very surprised by that. My tire light comes on every I leave after service. I’ve learned to fix it myself after MULTIPLE return trips over the year. Last time my windshield had a crack after service. My car has a navigation button that’s unusable. Even when I ask for a car wash, they never do it. Part of my frustration is that the vehicle I have is the third of its kind I’ve owned, but it’s awful in comparison. It’s the most underwhelming vehicle I’ve ever owned and I’m seriously thinking of jumping ship to a new make of car because this car sucks. Great people, though, which is the reason for three stars.
