Visit the store today only to learn that the Asian man running the store lack people skills. His customer service skills is horrible. If I could have given him a -1 star I would have. The cashiers are really nice. Im pretty sure they are the reason people still shop there. As for me I will not be returning

Great selection of human hair wig styles, but no choices of color unless you’re buying synthetic. Almost all of their human hair wigs are one color- Natural. Also, they’ve raised their prices a lot recently. Be prepared to pay about $200 for a 18-20” lace front. They carry any and everything you’ll need to care for your hair, as well as a ton of beauty products. All in all, I would recommend checking them out.

Being able to find pure extracts and at a reasonable cost especially since most of us are using them for medicinal purposes I truly commend you guys please keep up the amazing work thank you so very much

If you see someone with that lost look and kinda wondering aimlessly it is OK to ask if you can help them. I mean all the times I have been in here not a soul asked if I needed help. So this is not my favorite place, but chances are I will need orange or purple dye soon so I will go back. I have so many questions when I go, but just leave with more cuz no one wants to help.

The young lady who helped me went over and beyond to assist me. She also provided good feedback about the product I purchased. The store is stocked with many selections to choose from.

Good selectionBut they have a leaking roof and buckets and plastic in several areas covering shelves i felt weird trying to look under them for what I needed but I did over all not horrible but definitely uncomfortable

Vast array of products for hair and cosmetics. Assorted face masks at reasonable prices as well as jewelry and dressy hats. Customer service is very good.Sometimes popular products run out and delay until shipments can come in.Overall satisfied with store.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I have tried to visit this hair store on several occasions. Since COVID, their hours have changed—like most retailers, which I understand. What I do NOT understand is why, in spite of the fact that their posted hours on google and on the door of the store state that they close at SEVEN, I have come at various times between 6 and about 6:45 and have been greeted by a locked door. Most recently, I was greeted by a rude employee who told me—to my face—that the store closed at 6:45 while I looked directly at a sign that said seven. Needless to say, I will never attempt to shop here again. As a business, consistency and customer service are paramount. Hair Crown misses the mark BIG TIME. They won’t get another opportunity to enjoy my patronage.

They have a huge selection of stuff. The staff is mostly rude though. The nice ppl I’ve encountered that work there don’t seem to stay around long. I’ll probably look into finding a different place to go to. But yes, they have a huge selection of beauty supplies.

I stopped by and me and my mother bought wigs. When we got in the car and started home my momrealized that one of her wigs was ripped on the lace. i called in and talked to a young lady and informed her of the situation. When my mother attempted to bring the wig back in to get a replacement the manager refused to give money back nor replace the wig stating that my mother had torn it. All of this supposedly happend within the fifteen minutes we left from the store. They have bad quality of lace wigs and the manager is rude. After arguing with me for 10 mins she refunded the money instead of replacing the wig so im pretty certain they know that the wigs tear easily. Be Aware whent entering for a wig.

I would recommend this store over any other hair store in Baton Rouge. The store is very neat and organized. I had a really pleasant experience today and will definitely be going back. They also have a variety of products that I have not seen in other beauty supply stores. The customer service was excellent. I pray that they do well and have longevity.Sandra

Ok. This is a post parish mask mandate review. They are limiting the amount of people in the store again. This store is the size of a neighborhood walmart and never ever has no were near the amount of people that a neighborhood Walmart does. I dont see the need of limiting the amount of people especially if masks are required. Needless to say I spent more time waiting outside in the heat than I did in the store. Not very happy. Normally I do like this store.

I purchased a unit recently and soon as I took it out the package and started brushing it. It started shedding tremendously. I like the vibe of the store but please test the units a brush and comb. If it sheds don’t buy. Waste of money. Hair all over my coat and clothes all day

I went to this store for my sister. Honestly, I would prefer to order anything that I need from an online store because the culture of stores like this is to provide horrible customer service. I asked for help three different times and was addressed with a pointing of the direction and irritable tone. I will not be visiting this location on the behalf of anyone in the future.

I came into this Hair Crown yesterday and the customer service was excellent . The store is very organized and I had no issues finding what I came in for . The employees were there to help whenever I needed it . Will definitely be making this my main hair store !.

If you hurry and buy, your fine but if you need time to decide or need help, not as pleasant-rude. However the store is neat and stocked with more than the average beauty stores in the area.
