For a hair and beauty supply store, customer service is greater than any other store around.Employees actually know what they are talking about and will help you through your shopping experience.Store is not cluttered like others. Actually, there isnt any other store this clean.Membership cards give shoppers an incentive to shop there.Would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

It was my first time in the store with my daughter. I wanted to get some earrings. They have a huge selection of all shapes and sizes. It was a clean and well organized environment. The cashier knew exactly where the items was. She encouraged me to sign up for the card that there store offers. Yes I have been back since then. She made me feel welcome. Thanks a lot.

I bought my daughter a pair of contacts for her straight As. Once she put them in we noticed that they were not the same color. I called the owner and told him the issues and he said there was nothing that he could do. Im upset that I paid 19.99 and didnt get what I paid for to reward my daughter for her great grades.

Currently sitting outside waiting for them to reopen. There’s a sign on the door stating they will be back at 1:30. It’s after 1:30 and the doors are still not open. They should have enough coverage for their employees to take breaks as needed. This is very unprofessional and inconvenient
