Your basic beauty supply store with everything you may be looking for. However, cashier wasnt forthcoming on where items I was looking for were located. The kind salesperson on the floor was sharp keen and helping several customers had a thorough knowledge of where products were located and she was hospitable. When I approached the cashier area, it seems she was annoyed. I maintained my hospitality by speaking politely to her, as I made payment. and extended to her to have a Wonderful Day.

This is one of the only hair stores ever where I can say that the employees are friendly and dont treat you like youre stealing. That means a lot to me. I love this place. I always come here first for affordable quality hair and just about everything beauty related. I reccomend this place highly. The owners are nice and so are the staff, especially the man who works in the wig section.

Very nice beauty supply store. During this pandemic, I couldnt find a store to buy my products from. A friend of mine took me there and I was like WOW!! They had everything I wanted under one roof. The staff was helpful, and actually looked for something if you didnt see it. Big selection on ALL hair, wigs and anything else you can think of. Great place & prices are not bad either.

Update June 2021Purchased a defective item, and went in to exchange it same day.The people that worked there actually tried to intimidate me into not asking for an exchange, and I couldnt believe it. The silly thing was $3.99 and they were really trying to give me trouble over it.Sad to say it, but WE give THEM too much of our money, and this exactly why they feel comfortable treating US this way smh.Happy to take my business elsewhere. Staff was extremely helpful. I was able to get in, get when I needed very quickly. The store was very concerned about distancing and provided a very safe environment. I definitely would go back even after the pandemic is over.

I never realized how big. This is my third trip today.....so the past two experiences was OK. But today 2 stars Only! I was taken back a bit....the lady added up my items and bagged them and then placed the bag on the floor until I pulled out the two 20 bills. My total was 22. and change. If I did not need the items and needed to be on my way. I would have addressed that gesture....No way she could have thought I was going to run out without paying. I will be 43 on Thursday, I do hear I have a youthful look, but my mannerisms Screams Lady!! This cashier was a middle aged Asian woman, could be younger but she appeared to be close to my age.....#be a business woman first/always not Bias!!!!

Sure, the store is big with variety of things but they don’t allow exchanges. They already don’t allow any refunds but they could at least be thoughtful of the costumers who bring their original receipt and want to exchange an item. Many other bigger stores allow exchanges. They show too. Will definitely be looking for a better beauty supply store.

Seeing the size of this place & knowing the hair culture where most beauty supply stores have the attitude of take it or leave it... you have no choice my friend, etc, I wasnt expecting different from here. Boy, am I proud to be wrong! They seem to genuinely care that youre satisfied with your purchase. They ask you if you need help with your selection, then leave you alone to make your final decision, without hovering over you. Ive gone several times by myself, with a friend and even with my 6 yr old son. The service & treatment is consistent. Even the owner became concerned when she once remembered me purchasing 5 packs of crochet hair & returning the next day for 2 additional packs. She kindly told me if I hadnt needed all, I could return to exchange the unopened packs. Who does thst?! On another occasion, she guided me with installation tips from a previous customer who bought the same style. Again, who does that? Hair World does, with their several hundred square feet of merchandise! I go out of my way to go to Hair World, only straying from them for an online purchase of an item they dont stock. Keep up the great work!

The people here are nice and helpful... They have ALOT of stuff and if there something you want but dont see you can ask them and they probably have it. It is a little bit pricey but it is convienent if you need something right now and do not want to wait for shipping. Its warm in there and there is no parking lot but.. But its okay

I visited May 2020. They let in a few customers at a time.They have a good selection of hair. I found hair for a Pixie look Im going for. Will visit again based on selection and prices.

Store manager/owner VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! Also be aware they sell fake hair that says real hair on the package!! i went back back to complain about it to him and he brushed me off and was accusing me of what i did to it, mind you it was barely touched! Never again this place is a scam!!
