I will not buy anything from this Nails supplies anymore. This company is a scam!!😡 I ordered 2 new chairs from them and upgrade automatic fill. And they’re not working. I call Giang and she told me she forgot about didn’t tell me automatic fill it’s not work with the liner. I even show her the videos. So I ask her can I return the auto fill and get the regular jets. She said she can’t make any decisions and she gives me the boss phone numbers. The phone numbers not even exist . I call her and text her and She is ignore it. This company is a big scam

They have very bad customer service. Before corona I had ordered from them and they did not send me my full order. (Missing 6 boxes) I spoke to the lady and let her know that I need my shipment, or refund my money. She sent me 3 boxes and said “that’s all I can do” and did not even return the rest of my money. We may have fallen on hard times, but that’s not how you do business!

The customer service is horrible !!!!!! I have called multiple other wholesale companies and order and spoke directly to workers . I order my nail desk from this company weeks ago and no word when I call and call . They say they will return my call and yet I receive nothing ! I have since placed orders at other wholesale companies and my products have already arrived even with Covid - 19. This company had bad reviews and I didn’t listen . Now I wish I would’ve . Don’t be like me ! Listen and don’t order from here .

This place is absolutely Terrible for customer service. Bought $300 worth of stuff and didnt even get it all. Charged me more than i should have been. Took over a month and never received my items. Finally I called them only for them to tell me one of the products I was waiting to hear back from was no good. Finally got my polishes today and the order is STILL WRONG! This is the 3rd time my order was incorrect. Dont waste your time

Just placed another order, this time with Nam, he was kind. Good prices about a week for shipment.They resolved last issues. Product came 3 weeks after order was placed.

Love the place but they need to provide better customer service and have more people that speak English.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!Ive placed orders before and have never had an issue, THIS TIME has been an entirely different story! !My order was over $100 but still got charged shipping. When my order was received, the boxes INSIDE the original shipping container were SMASHED! They obviously had been packed that way.I tried multiple times (3) to contact the company by email (thru their site ) and have yet to hear back from them.I like the products, but am VERY unhappy with the customer service!
