Horrible, obnoxious service. No time to shop because you’re constantly being hassled by every employee there. If you look for something in particular, they’ll most likely point you to the more expensive item that works the same! It’s madness in there-disrespectful people all over the place. Good luck!! 😖

I use to go to this location on the regular until I noticed everytime I go there the employees are always following me around the store as if I’m stealing or something. I’ve spent sooooo much money in this store over time that they should know my face by now.

The fact that I drove an HOUR to come pick up an order and they tell me that some of the products I ordered were not available is really upsetting. Granted I dont check my email that often but they have my number, they couldve texted or called me so I couldve just canceled the order and not waste my time to drive so far. BUT, this was also my SECOND time trying to order some products from them cause the first time, there was also and issue with my order. So, never ordering from here ever again. Plus, if you order from the brands actual website, youll get more discounts.

The workers in the skincare area are always rude. They have always told me I don’t need the type of moisturizers I am looking at, so I just leave. They make me feel uncomfortable. I feel like I can never shop in peace in this Sephora.

I always love Sephora, and I really love this particular store. The staff are fun and approachable and SO good at what they do. Things are usually well-stocked, and the store is always so clean and bright. Displays are always well-maintained and everyone is great. You wont be disappointed!

Beautiful location..its a big store. The cashier that assisted me was really friendly but everyone else was somewhat rude. Nobody greeted me or asked me for help the entire time I was shopping around. Then just the cashier was extremely personable and nice! Not as much inventory in stock as other locations Ive been to.

Sephora is easy to get lost in. Reading labels, deciding what you want, finding new things but if your ever in need of assistance there always seems to be some one there to point you in the right direction and give you any advise you may need. The check out is usually speedy even if there is a line. It’s easy to get lost down the rabbit hole in this place so be careful!

I agree with some of the other reviews that some service members can be unhelpful, but thats retail and everyone gets to have bad days. This month I went into the store, and I received amazing help from a woman in the skincare section, and then another woman from the color section ran around the store with me for what felt like 20 or 30 minutes trying to find a match for my favorite nude lipstick that had been discontinued. We finally did find a match, and I am grateful to both of them for their help and passion for what they do.

Everyone was incredibly helpful. Even though they were busy, they were willing to do a color match for me and help me find a foundation and powder to suit all of my needs as well as answer all of my questions. Never felt rushed or pressured, just over all a very pleasant experience.

I’ve been in a couple of times and staff will just pass by or continue in conversation with each other and never acknowledge me. Each time I went in I had to get the attention of someone to assist me. I know it’s a busy store but my money spends like every one else’s. I’ve waited until my late 40’s to get into makeup so I have questions about makeup/products that are good for my mature, oily/combination skin. Tried to exchange makeup I ordered online and needed a different shade. Was told because it was a promotional item bought online they couldn’t help me. Said I had to just keep checking to see if the shade I need is in. I have to drive a ways and it’s frustrating.

I’m one of those people that will get samples multiple times a week before ordering online so I can get cash back through Ibotta online(or whichever app is doing it that week). It also gives me the chance to test something for a week so my dermatologist doesn’t scold me for making bad decisions. They always seem put off and inconvenienced for the most part when I go in and ask for the samples or they just put literally nothing in there for a proper skin test/to see if I like it. Like not even enough product to fill the top of the small sample jar. I hate to be that person but I spend a good amount on skincare and before I drop $130 on a skin oil, I want to make sure it works on me. I’ll probably just go to the one inside JC penny instead since they’re super sweet and unbothered there. Plus, great recommendations!

The customer service was always great in the past. Today was terrible. I couldn’t get help them was added to a wait list. The staff came across as if I was a bother. At the check out line I actually had to wait to check out until she checked her cell phone and then was checking it in the process. I’m not sure if you cut staff or what you have changed but I have no plan to return to such an insensitive gruff staff.

Everytime Ive gone with my significant other a large number of the staff members were not responsive to her even though she is a ViB member and spends a lot of money with this store. Today they followed us around the store as if we were going to steal (she was wearing business professional attire). This is not a 1 star only because a minority of the staff members are actually kind and helpful.

Went into the store and asked an associate where the false lashes were, she pointed and said over there she didnt even take the time to walk me over and explain the different style of lashes. Horrible customer service and she never even followed up with me to see if I found the ones I needed.

Went in today and I was very displeased with the customer service I received! There was an older lady who offered me assistance in a tone that would make me assume that I was being bothersome! I asked a pretty general question pertaining to an order online, she seemed uninterested so I excused myself! I received better customer service shopping with them online!

Ive been in there twice with my wife. The first time she received very little help and the employees were rude and of very little help but I thought it was due to how busy they were. The second time, we had the same experience. No one wanted to help her and when they did they just gave her anything and walked away. She loves sephora but this location has horrible service and well have to find another location.

Very disappointed when walking into the Sephora on Blue Bonnet. I was not greeted & then when I asked for help the lady was very rude to me and told me to join the list of people needing her help even though she was not helping anyone for the past few minutes as I waited to confront her after the customer before had left. I really was looking to buy all new makeup, but had to go to Ulta down the road because of the unfriendliness at Sephora. Hope it gets better soon so I can go in and be helped.

Not sure what is going on Sephora lately. I was in on Sunday the 17th of December. The same 2 associates Ive had several issues with in the past were working. Most associates know me bc Im in there so often. One associate I asked about Ole Henriksen Banana eye cream & she said it wasnt. I showed her on my app that it was & she replied then its on a truck somewhere. It was probably in the storeroom. Went to fragrance & wanted a sample the associate spoke not a single word to me even with me trying to strike up conversation with her. Then I asked another associate about a glamglow product that was out of supply in beauty on the fly, she said it was out of stock & I showed her on my app its not. Both associates should have checked the stockroom. Ive had other associates do that. Not enough employees working at all during holiday season.
