I scheduled a repair date and time to drop off my Nissan 350z. I arranged for a tow truck to bring my car in and when I arrived with my car in-tow the service department informed me they don’t work on cars older than 2011. Ok, I get that but they had all my information for a week. You’d think a simple notice or communication of age limitations would have been provided during scheduling. Horribly unprofessional.

I came in today to get some work done on my car and I was so elated to see Haylee back!! She’s always been the only one I’ve had to help service my car! I was very saddened when I learned she was no longer and had to be helped by others. They were okay, just not Haylee! She brings so much comfort and positivity when I’m coming in to get my car serviced. Everything is smooth sailing and she’s always helping me to the best of her ability, never lacking! Anyways, I’m so happy she’s back!

Went in to have a routine oil change. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. There were a couple of people ahead of me but I still got in and out in a very timely manner.

I had to have a routine oil change and the service was so great from Trey that my husband and I are going back tomorrow to possibly purchase him a vehicle. Definitely top notch customer service.

Nice facility and service but long wait. The service is great. I gave the key to the Sandra and she took care of me. She told me it was going to be about 40 minutes to an hour, and it came to about $50 for filter change, oil change, and tire rotation. The wait was long but Sandra’s estimate was pretty good - my car was done after 50 minutes. The facility is clean and has coffee while you wait. This is my go to place for my Nissan Altima!

I recently purchased a Rogue Sport from Britney Wimer at Royal Nissan. Over the past 45 years, I have purchased numerous cars. This was my first time working with a female sales associate. Out of all my car purchase experiences, this was by far the best. Britney was personable, friendly, energetic, and most importantly patient. She patiently answered all my questions and, when I returned with my daughter to get her opinion, patiently answered her questions. She didn’t seem impatient or try to rush me into my decision, like most male sales associates I have dealt with. During the negotiation period, I felt Britney did her best to get me the best price and get the price as close to what I wanted to spend as possible. I feel as though I got a great deal on my Rogue and payed less than I went in prepared to pay. Overall, I highly recommend Britney and will be sending my friends and family to her in the future.

I didn’t purchase my vehicle from Royal Nissan, but I bring it to their service department for its service needs. Trey Roussel has been my service advisor each time. He is always polite and makes sure that fully understand the services performed or any that need to be performed. I only want him as my advisor when I go there. If you go there ask for Trey. He works the evening shift.

Made service appt. online, including vehicle year. Waited hours for appt, to be told my car is too old. If they KNOW they cannot work on my car if its too old, why did the software allow me to make an appt?! Total unnecessary waste of my time, no apology from employees. Will never go there again.

I bought at a dealership out of town but Im having to service early since I have an eager odometer that adds miles. I checked with my Google Maps history as well as know how far places were with my previous vehicle. Not servicing according to warranty may void your warranty. They do not check odomerters accuracy. Nice SUV though.

I am a long lasting customer of Royal Nissan. I financed my very first vehicle from them, a 2004 blue metallic 3.5 V6 Nissan Altima. The sales and finance departments were great but the unsurpassable service I received from Kenny Torres and his team in the service department the following years is wheat really impressed me. No matter how big or small my issue was Mr. Torres always handled both me and my vehicle as if we were VIPS.
