Brought my car in because the thermostat needed to be changed. They did not even look at the thermostat. They changed a pipe that appeared to be leaking coolant and charged me $300+. Car overheated the next day, took it to the dealership and they said the thermostat needed to be changed. So basically I told them what needed to be done and they did NOTHING.

This has been my go to place for oil changes for years. ZERO COMPLAINTS

Great people here! We visited them on a road trip and they were very helpful. We gave them approval to change both front and back break pads, but they ended up only seeing that the front needed to be replaced. They could have still changed them both, but they were very honest and only did what was necessary.

Pepboy quoted me $3,200 for the replacement of my AC condenser and Radiator, and Siegen car care quoted me only for $2,000 so I re-tolled my car to Siegen car care, it turns out to be the best decision I have made. At the end they only charged me $1,100 for completion of the job with excellence. The guys there are very nice and helpful too.

Needed transmission repair, got on the phone with them and before I spent over 100 dollars to have it towed on over they told me they could diagnose and repair.. Spent the money to have it towed there only for them to say 2 days later that they dont even work on transmissions.. They test drove it for a mile or so and stated they didnt find any problems, I took the vehicle and drove on the interstate from them and now Im broke down.. wasted my time and my money.. This mechanic is super fair and up front. Had an AC compressor replacement done in 2 days on a rusty corolla. I had just moved here and called up a couple places. This was the first time in my life where a mechanic credited another mechanic’s work (talking about Siegan Car Care) When I asked for details on the repair they took the time to explain things not once, but twice! Walked me through their troubleshooting process just to be completely transparent. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. I’m so glad they were the first place I took it to, and I couldn’t be happier! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

This place is wonderful! Asked them to do an inspection on my car before we do some traveling and I had a very subtle sound coming from my breaks.He told me that my car was all ready to go, nothing needed. My break rotors were just resurfaced poorly and that was the source of the sound. He said that it would be an unnecessary cost to replace them.I asked for a transmission fluid flush and he quoted me the same on two separate occasions and recommended I did it a different way to save money and have the same thing done essentially.I see four things:-Honest because he is explaining why I DONT need unnecessary work done to my car.-Honest because he quoted the same price on two occasions.-Good management because I saw him working on the cars himself (quality assurance).-Good management because I was in and out in a reasonable time.Highly recommend!

We have used Siegen Car Care for many of our car repairs, and they never disappoint. They are very knowledgeable about fixing cars, and they treat you well. Most of the time, our cars have been fixed in the same day we dropped it off. Also, they are very reasonable with their prices. We have never had any repeat problems from the parts they repaired. Came here after I was told by the Honda dealership that my car had some repairs that needed to be done immediately. I was just going to ask to get the repair done, but Daniel was great and said he wanted to check my car first to see if I really had to get the repair done. I would not consider taking my car anywhere else. The service is fast, and the shop charges you for the work done not additional things. It is a great sign of professionalism when they can suggest a better place to go for a particular service need.

0 stars update. They sent fake papers to my bank when I disputed the charge. And absolutely lied what they said. Unbelievable do not go there. They lie so bad. . DO NOT GO THERE GO TO AGCO. IM NOT KIDDing !!!! They absolutely lied. Never told me 100 for diagnosing. Never woulda went there. Then they said oh too rusted to fix. I called back and Daniel started lying to me about what he said when I was there. MY PROOF IS THEY NEVER EVEN CHECKED MY OIL !!!! He absolutely lied I had hardly any oil in my engine. Absolutely a fraud to me do not go there. NO WAY THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE REAL THEY NEVER EVEN CHECKED MY OIL!!!!!!!!!

Amazing service, they fixed my car in 3 days despite the dealership shipping them the wrong parts twice! They called with updates everyday and told me exactly what was happening. I will be bringing my cars here exclusively from now on.

Im here on Good Friday 2017 to get new brake pads. I was actually going to wait until next week but even though they are swamped they strongly encouraged me not to wait. Ive overheard them tell two people with emergencies they will stay late if necessary. Watched them be very kind to a family from West Texas brought in by a tow truck and Uber. I was happy to be able to reassure the travelers they would be treated fairly. --April 2017Came in within an hour of Saturday morning closing, concerned about my brake warning light. I have to say their service is horrible. The owner looks nice but this store is rip off. Those mechanics are doing bad jobs. They replace some part of your car which could be good. Just wanna show you they did something on your car. If they could not fix your car but they still gonna charge you a lot. And later they said they could not fix this and refer you to some other shop.

Amazing! Like what they advertised, honest advice, honest repair.My car was dead one day. It was diagnosed in NTB, they said both battery and alternator need to be changed. Then I came to their shop, they suggest me to only change the alternator and honestly tell me that the battery was still good. It saved me for 200 bucks. Actually, they could say that the battery needed a change as it looks old too. But they didnt. Ive been hating for being cheated by technicians for unnecessary service and replacement, due to my limited knowledge on car mechanics. But this shop doesnt do that.
