The Best Saleswoman & Most Pleasant ExperienceI was in the market to buy an Escalade in this insane market for few months and finally decided that I wont be someone who pays over 100k and yet begs and receives no service. I settled for an X5 and yet my experience at least in California market did not improve till I found a car at Brian Harris close to my ideal spec. I called them (9/29/21) and Carly Boos picked up the phone; I guess it was my lucky day. After a few minutes of understanding of my needs, she smoothly convinced me that at this price point, you should not compromise and you are better off ordering your vehicle. I must admit, I had my doubts as I had never ordered a car, let alone in this unpredictable market. However, I felt that she is very trustworthy and does not try to close a quick deal. Long story short, I trusted her and together we built my car and she took care of the rest. I was surprised as how quick, efficient and responsive she is! Basically she sold me a BMW via text and took care of all paperwork in a similar fashion. She told me I will have my car in 21 days (max 4weeks) and to my disbelief the car was ready on 10/21/21! And she and her team took care of shipping to California.I am yet to receive my car but I wanted to tell you all, if you are in the market for a Beemer, BH should be your dealer no matter where in the country you are. And you certainly want to ask for Carly Boos. She is professional, honest, trustworthy, incredibly efficient and simply a good human being.Thank you BH and Carly.

I was blown away by how amazing the Brian Harris staff are, especially Brennan and Tammy in the service department. They fit me in for a routine service appointment that was made online but didnt register at their facility. There were issues with my warranty that Brennan solved inhouse without requiring me to go through the red tape at the cooperate office. Being a front-line worker, they were flexible with my schedule and made sure I felt valued. The simple acts of kindness meant a lot to me. Brennan and Tammy are great, accommodating and very kind. I moved to New Orleans from Florida is 2011, since then I have found that every luxury car dealer I have dealt with in Nola seems to think they don’t have to compete for your business because they are the only dealer in town. I have dealt with BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, and had 2 Porsches since l moved here. Peak (New Orleans BMW dealer) rarely has much inventory that I like and never wants to come off money at all. I bought a $160,000 i8 from them and didn’t get any different treatment on service that I would have got if I had bought a 3 series from an out of town dealer, so I have determined that it was well worth driving to Baton Rouge to buy the 5 series I just got the other day and peak can service it since they seem to do the minimum regardless of where you bought the car. I will say that porsche in New Orleans is the only luxury German brand here with good service if you buy a car from them, but your going to spend far more money to buy a comparable Porsche.

I drove an hour away to buy from her because she was so helpful, kind, responsive, and thorough. Initially, I was considering purchasing from BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. The technician communicated with me about my service and my advisor made a needed decision to extend the life of my tires. The real reviews are the 1 and 2 stars. Scheduled an appointment for a brake flush and was told the price was $169. Arrived today and was told by Gerry it was $199. I mentioned the lower price and he goes nope it’s $199. I visit service specials on the website and guess what...it’s $99. I ask him the difference. There was none. He stumbled around and says we don’t mention coupons to customers but honor them if you find them. I knew better than to go here, but my service light was on and time was of the essence.

Even though this is the best sellers market for used cars in decades they still try to use BS scam tactics. Claiming they just realized the car was mispriced but they would only honor it today. It’s been over two weeks and the car is still there for the same price they claimed was “incorrect”.EDIT: I contacted Brett who said he wanted to “address my concerns”. Instead he just said I should have emailed him instead of writing a review. Never apologized, never asked who I worked with to try to train his staff better. Was more interested in trying to sell me the car. His responses here are all for show.

I took my car in because I could not get in my trunk. They solved that issue and did an inspection of my car and found several things that needed to be fixed. I appreciate their thoroughness because it keeps me from being on the side of the road. The service that I receive from Rick, my service advisor, and the technicians that work on my car is great. Id been to 3 different dealerships before coming here and the service was excellent. Coming here, I almost felt like I was at a shade tree mechanic. I brought my x5 in because I was having problems with my locks. After a week without a vehicle, I was given a loaner but couldnt go over 200 miles. I finally got my suv back and had to bring it back in at a later date because the comfort access part still wasnt working. I was told that I had to pay for another diagnostic which would cost around $900. Needless to say, I refused to pay for another diagnostic and my comfort access system is still broken.Update: after talking to the manager, I took my x5 back in and the diagnostic was done at no charge. So, Im going to move this 2 star rating up to 3 🌟. Through it all, Gerald/Gerry was awesome!

Now we all know that car shopping can be extremely stressful. I would love to shine light on Carly Boos. She provided the most wonderful experience and has world class customer service. She had wonderful communication throughout the entire process and delivered amazing results. This experience was stress free. Carly went above and beyond to provide a loaner vehicle while our new vehicle had to be custom built so it would be a while before being delivered. She was extremely patient while trying to execute all options for this very high in demand 2021 BMW X4. Metairie location was judgmental, were not willing to help due to laziness, were refusing and delaying to refund deposit after they did not deliver results, would not return phone calls, were unwilling to issue loaner while we wait for brand new vehicle to be built and very unprofessional. We looked in Metairie, LA, Florida, Oregon, Colorado, Washington etc. and it was a blessing to think of Baton Rouge, LA where we found Carly. I highly recommend her for the best experience when purchasing a BMW. She was aggressively looking for trades from other locations in the event that she could not find what we wanted in her inventory. I left my car at Brian Harris BMW for service for 6 days and the technicians never even looked at it. After I had waited long enough and needed my car back, I had to spend $50 for an Uber so I could come pick it up. So not only did my issues not get fixed, but I was out $50 and without a car for about a week. I then had to wait for 30 minutes for them to find my car keys. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.

Staff was very helpful with getting our car back on the road when we had a severe radiator leak while traveling on vacation. Tammy Foote went out of her way to help us with a rental car and Ronnie the service advisor hustled to overnight our radiator and turned the job around in less than 24 hours. Outstanding dedication to customer service. It was a team effort that shows BMW stands by their products.

Well I have BMW X5 and I have put my car here for engine diagnostic test and they told me first time there was problem with engine ignition coil so they have to replace it, and then they called me next day and said they have to replace air mass flow sensor and once they replaced that air mass flow sensor my car will be running again so I give them permission to do that and they called me again after 3 days and told me my main car computer is bad, then I told them not to replace that computer and i paid for my diagnosis charges and all other parts with labor. And when I reach home and open my car hood I see most of the parts are not hooked up properly,I wish I can give them -5 stars because they don’t even worth 0 star, looks like they haven’t done anything at all in my car and charge me for all test and parts and labor. They are keep changing their stories and they had to call me 3 times to change my parts if I have paid them for engine diagnostic then they should have known that which parts are bad and what they need to replace. Even I called them too many times and left voicemails and want to ask with manager but looks like they don’t care at all. All they want is money from you without repair anything in your car once you paid them they don’t care.

I couldn’t be more excited and more Impressed With the service I received specifically the customer service and knowledge of Carly Boos, Our sales associate. She stood in freezing weather and answered all of our questions showed us cars and let us test drive without complaining. They did a great job working through pricing and other details prior to my arrival. Very pleasant experience. Really loved working with Allyson!!! My experience at BMW Brian Harris was amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Donnie who met us on the parking lot! My intentions were to just look and see what was out there because I didn’t know much about BMWs’. After talking with Donnie he was very informative and knows his cars! These guys refused to work with me on any deal. I was messaging a girl because I live 45 minutes away from them. She only wanted me to bring them my offer so they could beat it, otherwise pay sticker, which if Im going to put in work to get a better offer, Im not gonna use my time to give them a chance to get my business on an x7 that they werent going to go out of their way for us to get. If you dont want to pay msrp on an x7, go out of state to a big city, most everyone I know is. We are getting almost 9% off msrp.

Great facility and a brand new showroom with Formula 1 type “pit doors” entry into the service bay. The service advisors are knowledgeable and friendly and the lobby/coffee area is nice.Carly, our sales representative from whom we purchase our brand new X3 is a sweetheart. She helped us with a great deal and also helped us out by returning the Audi Q5 to the dealership down the road to save our face. Cannot thank her enough, great car buying experience. She even helped my wife with the child car seat installation!
