The service was friendly, the techs were honest about what needed to be done, & their prices were the best. The work was completed faster than expected & they did a great job at a fraction of the price dealer service wanted. I will always choose Sears first for my automotive needs.

Been dealing with this location and had no problem until now. I took my car in for tire replacement. I was quoted on several different things that I didnt ask for. They also told me they tipped off my coolant (charging me $5) that I didnt ask for and that I needed a light that I had just got replaced a week prior. So today the hose to my coolant reserve pops. The same hose I just had put on 3 months ago. Ive never had a mechanic at Sears check things they were not supposed to check or fill. I strongly think after I told them I didnt want the other repairs this was done purposely to my hose. How does a close to new hose break at the fitter when theres no water able to get behind it either.

Im very happy with my whole experience.I called around to get prices on tires and Sears had the best price on the tires I wanted. They had to order them so I popped by to pre-pay. I ordered them at 10:30AM and they received them by 2:30PM. I arrived at 3:30PM with my car and waited until about 4:10PM and I was done. They provided service above and beyond what I was expecting (and they didnt try to turn my visit into a sales-pitch). Id definitely do business with them again.

Ordered my new tires online at Amazon and had them shipped to Sears Auto Center. They put them on at the scheduled time and it only took half an hour for two tires. Only negative was that I asked them to put my tires since it still had tread on it in my trunk and they forgot and only put the spare. No problem, just reminded them.

Terrible... scheduled an appointment to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. 4 hours it took to do that. And they couldnt do my alignment I really dont see how they are hanging in there...

Very poor service. Scheduled appointment to have tires installed and when I showed up they told me they couldnt do it bc they were understaffed, technician was old, and the young guy had been there since 8am. This was 3pm. Was told that they didnt know when they could reschedule. Left with my tires and got them installed at discount tire in Praireville.

Moved down here from NJ where I had slow (by my standards, having worked in a shop myself) but friendly and efficient service. Came in to get a tire patched or buy new tires if they could work with me since I had bought tires with a 90k mile treasure warranty in NJ 4 years and 2 months ago. Well the tires were apparently going to be a hassle and tale at least 4 hours to install so I asked for a patch and I would come in next weekend for new tires. The patch was going to take 3.5hrs and be $20 since the road hazard warranty only lasts 4 years ($25/tire). This location has ruined my experience with Sears Auto and I will not be doing business with them ever again.

Ten minutes before they were supposed to close, Brenden and Alicia were more than willing to help me out when my battery died. They both stayed late to make sure I was taken care of, installed the battery, and got me back on the road.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SEARS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. AFTER GETTING MY OIL CHANGED AT SEARS, MY CAR HAS LOST POWER AND IS GETTING POOR GAS MILEAGE. THIS OCCURRED IMMEDIATELY AFTER I DROVE MY CAR FROM SEARS. AS I PRESSED THE GAS TO ACCELERATE, MY CAR HAD A LOW ROARING SOUND AND HAS SINCE STARTED LEAKING OIL. I WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER LETTING AN ALIEN CHANGE MY OIL.

DO NOT GET YOUR SERVÍ DONE HERE FOR ANYTHINGI called ahead and asked for break services to be doneI got ballpark quoted for each axel 160$My bill came up to 560$ after they “inspected” itI agreed I was here that first day since 9am until noon I didn’t complain for being a walk in and they were only able to get to my front and I was running late for work in New Orleans they let me pay for the full service and I could come back the next day to get my rear doneBefore leaving I asked would I have any issue with getting my service done by the same technician who did my front they made him sign and said no he will be here and it will get done I said okI come back the next afternoon at 2:30pm they said they can’t take me in as a walk in too busy and make me an appointment for the next dayWhich is today for 3pm I was here for my “appointment “ and my car doesn’t get started on until 4:30pm it is almost five now and they close at six and my vehicle is not doneDon’t come here they do not prioritize appointments they take the walk ins before finishing a job that’s fully paid for alreadyThe worst customer service and manager was just like oh well it’s how we do itI never experienced being put on the back burner after being misquoted and paying full price for my service absolutely the worst place to get service DO NOT COME HERE

Gave them the opportunity to fix a problem multiple times. To say the number would be appauling. When I finally said enough was enough and got my money back. If they cant fix the problem, why didnt they just say this is beyond our capabilities...Ill never know.

If theres no star, this place deserves it. The managers who are also their front desk cashiers made me wait as soon as I got in the store to inspect other cars before taking in my work order. I had to wait about 15 minutes just to get my work order in. The mechanic who installed my new tires didnt inflate my tires at the proper pressure which couldve cause me an accident in the highway. I literally had to drive my own van inside the shop three times to get the right pressure when the shops rule was you need safety goggles to enter the shop but he tells me to take the car at his port. I had to check my tire pressure three times to make sure he placed enough air while being 8 months pregnant with 2 young children inside the van. Absolutely the worst service I ever received. I will never again come back to this place. Stay away from this place if you can.

Very interesting that manager Norm ignored 22/24 reviews, but replied to a five star review by David Zapchenk who only posts five star reviews. So weird that 6/10 of those reviews are for different sears locations across Louisiana; doesnt look like ratings manipulation at all!That being said, this is the very worst service that I have ever received from any auto service provider that Ive ever used. Not only did they lie about the services that I needed AND the services that they actually provided, but they also tried to tell me that I needed four new tires because they were dangerously worn out. Interesting as I got four new tires and an alignment less than a month ago. Lying, scummy thieves. Disgusting.Included pictures of the fake reviews by David Zapchenk

If you need new tires or even a tune up this is the right place to go. They make you feel at home as soon as you enter the store and theyre only worry is that they make esch customer feel like theyre the #1 customer

All around poor experience AGAIN.First time I sat in the waiting room quite awhile until I noticed my car had already been finished and was in the front lot. When I chased someone down who was busy with her Iphone or something, she said OH, it was just finished.This time, I waited in the parking lot for an hour because they are NOT open at 9am on Sunday. I wanted to have work checked under warranty BUT the tech who does THAT peticular service wasnt available. Wow....No greeting upon enetering, no apology for wasting my time or for the problems that developed after service. Why even open the center?What happened to customer service?

Service was the worst. My oil plug was onely half way threaded in,I lost alot of oil and it was still over full.he told me my windshield wipers were bad?I just bought new ones on my inspection a month sgo.these people are retarded I will never go to another sears for any type of service

Terrible place they tried to make me buy something I didnt need and then scratch my rims up with a hammer and said you leave it here and we will spray paint it!!! Im saying too my self why would you try and take off my caps with a hammer and your going to spray paint it!!! Very bad service!!!
