Well, again Walmart came through with our needs being met at a reasonable price that we could afford.Just, love shopping at Walmart. Just think the Waltons were tithers. So, I blessed to shop there.

I dont know if anyone else dreads going to Walmart, but I do. I prepare myself for the customer service to be ok at best. I was proved wrong this time. I went to have my tire serviced and the associate was so professional and friendly! I was updated on the progress and serviced efficiently. I am very pleased with the service that I received today.

Said nails were in the sidewall of my tire. When I asked to come see it, the nails were not in the sidewall and they claimed my tires were all dryrotted. Lies and no credibility.

Long story short.Passing through Baton Rouge, found a flat after a quick stop for dinner. Put on the spare and try to get it fix, time was not even 5pm. They lady at Walmart refused to even see the fire since they’re too busy and offering zero help besides an heartless “sorry” you’ll always get from people don’t give a *. Poorly trained employee and probably bad manager.

The service during my visit was simply superb! Erica, the cashier, masterfully managed a high volume of traffic cheerfully and attentively, which was impressive! She offered to assist me with a battery look up, if necessary and patiently informed me of the replacement process. Prior to my visit Erica also answered my phone call about service professionally. My new battery was installed much sooner than anticipated and another bonus was free inspection of my tire pressure along with free installation of the battery. The price was quite nice for a five-year battery and included warranty. Apparently the car technicians are very good too. I will visit this auto care shop again!

I will put negative star if possible. I bought my tires with them and road hazard warranty with the tires. Yesterday, one of them is flat so I drove there at 8 am. They call me back at 11 said it cannot be repaired and I need a new tire. I said OK and I have road hazard warranty so please give me the same tire with the estimate cost. They called me three times afterward just saying I need a new tire. I have to repeat every time of my answer. At 3 pm, they said the new tire is ready. I picked it up and drove home to find out they put a cheap tire on it and charged full price for it!!! Their service is horrible and the road hazard warranty is never acknowledged!!!

They are kind of slow and the attendant is too young and immature to handle the customers properly. I find that the Walmart pickup employees are the same. They have a bit of an attitude and lack professionalism. If Im about to pay you to replace a tire thats flat, Im probably not in a joking mood. If you want your car worked on asap, avoid this location, as they are pretty slow and they wont tell you how long the service will take.

Deserves 0 stars. I left my truck here in the morning after verifying that the tire was in stock and they would do the work. Hours later, I get a call from them that the tire is in fact, not in stock. Worker did not seem interested in helping me in the slightest. I asked about him ordering the tire in, and he replied that I would have to do that myself. I then asked about him reaching out to another local branch, and he again pushed that off to me. When I kept pushing about getting another tire brand, I was told they had an option in stock, but would not sell it to me for a reason that I was not informed on. Should have had an accurate inventory track and not waste my whole morning waiting for a service that couldnt get done.

Troy the manager really made my day. My car would not start in the parking lot. He took the time to discuss the issue with me and jumped me off in the end. He even made sure I drove away safely. Thank you Troy for your kindness and professionalism.

Your boy Kenneth says all services he does, will take longer when you come first thing in the morning because your body needs time to wake up. I didnt realize you could do you job worse because you come to work at a schedule time that happens to be at 7:00am. Lazy workers who are rude and have zero customer service skills. To say they offer piss poor service. We went in to have a tire replaced on 05/ 12/2018 at 3:02 pm so please explain why we did not leave til 5:37. The guys decided to work on white girls car before mine although it was blatantly clear I was there an hour before her. Then they decided to fix something on a supervisor car though I was there first. Never again will I go there

A good place to buy oil and other auto supplies for your vehicle

Slow but the lady is nice and has a good attitude. Waited on the phone for 15 mins inquiring about a trailer tire. Got all the wrong answers and prices and not sure if she hung up or got disconnected. Ended up paying much more somewhere else bc I didnt want to wait forever.

Let me tell you, I sat here for 2 hours before having to ask what the deal is with my car. I wanted an oil change and get my tire patched. After this long wait this dude tells me I need a new tire and they cant change my oil because the screws were striped. So wait, its been 2 hours and you havent done anything? My cars been in the slip for 45 mins. Ive been listening to some off brand judge Judy for 2 hours now. Man go some where else, anywhere but here and Goodyear on Lee.

A bit disorganized but got the job done (battery change) at a good price. No complaints.

Was here for 3 hours to get a flat fixed. Finally went ask why it was taking so long, it was because they couldnt find my keys. They lost my keys. They eventually dound them. This entire time i was sitting in automotive and not a single person came ask about me or told me there was an issue.

While I was parking my car in the parking area an employee (W. D.was on the name tag, dont know if it is his initials or not) yelled at me that I couldnt park there. Front desk employee was not polite. I went there last week and they were rude as well. Please educate these guys, they dont know how to talk to the customers.

I just needed a battery exchange, I dropped off at 1:30 got a call saying it was BAD OF COURSE LIKE I TOLD THEM and called back about 3:30 saying bring DO and still get to store and STILL HAVE TO SIT and wait and 30 mins to do something else!! Horrible service in PARTS DEPT and nobody knows nothing and horrible attitudes.. and not to mention, their I their personal phones

Never in my life have I been so over-charged for a simple oil change. If my apartment would let me work on my car in the lot I wouldve done it myself and saved a fortune. I waited an hour and half to pay $75 for an oil change. Absolutely absurd and a total rip off.

How do you forget to put the cap back on after an oil change????? Its literally the simplest thing. I had to buy a new one from AutoZone because mine was missing after I got it serviced there. Never coming here again.

Would give zero stars if possible. Extremely inefficient. 6 people “working”. Only 1 doing work. Told me it would be 20 minutes for what then took over an hour.

This is my sons favorite shopping place.

Tire center hours end at 7 pm according to the store and online. However, staff leaves at 4 and they will not do any service after 4 pm. Pathetic. These people want their minimum wage raised and they leave 3 hours early. Absolutely makes zero sense.

I have never saw a place that was a complete waste of my time. I never get good service wait if i wanted long enough i guess i might.

Waiting here right now its been since 8:30 and now 10:00. They act like im bothering them to do their job. Just bad service and dont wanna come back.

Wait be too long for simple things

They scratched every rim on my car in the same place and then wrote that the rims were already scratched when they received it !!! I will never bring my car here again !!! Very shady people to pull a move like this !!! I talked to the manager about this and she said she would look at the security footage and call me back and its over a month now and she never called !! Makes me think she is covering up for employees so she doesnt get in trouble !!!!!

Tire and Auto Center closes at 6 according to Google and yet when we arrived nobody was there to service the car. I even called two hours prior and nobody was here either. The staff was rude and I’m really not sure why somebody picked up if they knew the department was closed. Ridiculous.
