I needed help with opening the fob for my vehicle. A very sweet patient and beautiful young lady helped me. This old lady is grateful to find this kind of kindness in a young working person today! A lot of the younger working generation have ugly attitudes. They are not aware that their attitude affects their altitude. Wisdom: If you want to lead, you must first learn how to follow. I entered this fine establishment and found that the workers were no longer chained to the ground, already off to a bad start. Alas, I began my usual routine as an AutoZone customer. The worker seemed to not understand my request for a tree fiddy motor cutlass so I reacted the only appropriate way, by screaming aloud. Finally after receiving my part and paying with 8 different visa gift cards I noticed that I actually own a GMC, I began frothing at the mouth and trembling with rage. How dare this minimum wage worker not know what exact type of car I own? How DARE they.0/10Didnt get anything for free

My car threw a belt on my way home at about 9:15 PMLucky for me Autozones hub location is open til midnight.The only belt they had in store was the most expensive one, more than a $20 difference. The manager there took the time to try and match up other belts in order to save me money. In the end, I got the more expensive one, but I really appreciate her taking the time to try and help. When in to buy $250 battery, was told I could not come in store without mask on by some tyrants. Lil Sharon Brooms cousin It was definitely a color thing. All four of their mask was pulled down below chin. Will not tolerate dictators. Took my money to OReilly. The girl at OReilly was more Knowledgeable than the four Male employees at AUTO Zone. OH WELL dictators lost long time customers. Will pay more for merchandise and keep my freedom.

I bought a starter motor and they gave me one that was not the correct one, I did not realize that it was different, I wanted to change it and they did not change it because according to it was not the one they sold me, the error is that the label is a different number than the one that corresponds to The purchase ticket and they did not change it, what do I do?

I love this AutoZone. For one, its open 24hrs, which is awesome, because you dont only have car trouble during the day. The employees here are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ive recently had a few issues with my car and they always go out of the way to help me in any way they can. If you need auto parts or supplies, your check engine light is on or just have general questions- this location is the place to go!

I have been to this one a couple times. And one time I didnt receive that great of service and they acted like I was a bother.

Assistant Manager didnt know how to do a simple battery recycle and took 6 other costumers in front of me.....dont go here their not professional and they dont wanna work. Dont give them your business, They dont deserve it!

The 24hr AutoZone is great. Usually have what I need for my truck or car. Long time AutoZoner.

On June 24th around 6pm my engine light came on so I stopped here to check it out. The cashier had a attitude and she rudely said the machine broke and dismissed me. I tell ya if she dont want to deal with people this not the job for her. Another customer said she lying and dont want to check my car. 😒 I will never come here again

In my opinion, best auto parts store in the state. 24 hours. Usually has what you need, and if they don’t they can get it quick very professional.

I prefer autozone but every once in a while they tend to be out of the one particular part Im looking for. I will say they are quick to find it at another location so we will always make due.

They truly take time with their costumes

The dude “trying to change my lights” took 3 minutes to lift the hood of my truck after I told him 8 times the hood was popped. He stared at my engine for like 5 minutes blankly then said “ it’s too hard to get the light bulb out”. Do your self a favor, look up the parts before you go in the store and install them your self. The people working there don’t have 2 brain cells to rub together.

The worst service I have ever seen! Waited in line for about 45 minutes with 2 people ahead of me about 8 employee walked by and looked at me but would not sell the goods to me. When I did get to the Cash register the lady asked me do you. Want something Stay away from the place its not a good place.This place SUCKS!🕚

Terrible service have like 10 employees and only 2 helping people was there 40 min for a bulb that I had to find myself cuz the couldnt find it in the system and didnt know what i needed but Google did

Great service. Sold me a light bulb for my car and when he attempted to put it in he realized ny light wasnt out just not attached. He told me I could return the bulbs. Also checked my car because the engine light was on. I told him I had replaced the part showing up. He attempted to assist with turning off engine light.

Everything was perfect besides the wait for shift to change at 12am. Doors were locked for 30 minutes but they definitely made up for it in service.

Employees act as if they are bothered by customers, I wonder if one employee might have been attached to the counter he wouldnt leave to show a parts location and 3 times of me saying I think it might be in the back the manager manages to find time to do his job and find the part. The original clerk whom was no help was 2 busy on the store phone speaking with a friend of his, So again I had to wait until he finish chatting to ring me up. Terrible service

24 hours storeUnless you get there at midnight when the staff is waiting for the next shift to get there so they can leave and tell you Hey we cant check anyone out till the next shift gets here. and then 45mins later they start checking people out again. Next time dont clock out of a till till the next crew gets there so you dont come off like a group of a******s walking around making jokes and having a good time when you could be doing your job

I have ordered brake pads to pick up from store as they are in stock and this I did in noon but they have not email me back saying my order is ready to pick up until evening, and when I reach there it was not ready so I have to wait. Other thing the box of pads I got was not having all parts in it as mentioned on box. I told store agent why the box is open and that(She) idiot told me that they have every box open. So careless store and all i... works there. Even I was in queue she took another person before me dumbo. Not even willing to server customer as they server for free fools.
