My son’s Jeep was hit and needed repair. Even though they were booked up, Custom Colors said they would try and work the Jeep in so my son could have it for his 16th birthday. I have great feedback for the owners. My main issue was the quality of the work and workers. Professionalism should be treated throughout the entire process. I know the job of a auto body shop is to make profit and therefore tools are in order to make the process faster. Rushed workmanship offers subpar results. Mottling in the paint, overspray, and a dent from inconsiderate workers on my vehicle.Edit 2/23/2020Not to mention the paint clearcoat is peeling again for the second time after it was completely repainted for it peeling a first time . Either they are not prepping the vehicle right or the person doesn’t know how to paint. No paint should fail twice in 6 months.

I had recommended customers of mine to Custom Colors in the past when they were in need of body/paint work. But, in January of this year I was the one that was in need. I contacted Mr. Ian McKnight and told him my situation and to be expecting my Dodge Ram soon for repairs. I dropped my pickup off on Monday 1/21/19 having previously went over with Mr. McKnight the extras I wanted performed along with the body repairs needed. My pickup was ready for me to pick it up on Tuesday 1/29/19. Mr. McKnight and his staff did an excellent thorough job. No repair needed or extras I requested were missed.
