The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave me good, useful information in order to make informed decisions about getting my vehicle repaired. He showed a genuine interest in my well-being. I appreciated that very much since I was inexperienced in dealing with accidents and insurance companies.

BEWARE! We bought a 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 through Copart in Baton Rouge, LA Lot#29911270 from William Todd Bliss at Cajun Collision LLC. When I received the vehicle it had a junk engine, no transmission, no transfer case, no drive shafts, and no exhaust. What they did is unethical and fraudulent. Please beware of their dishonesty and bad business practices.

They go above and beyond to help out customers. They are also a breath of fresh air because they are honest and have great communication with their customers!

Great work and customer service. Most importantly, they dont take forever to crank out quickly work. Ive been very happy with this shop. Great place, efficient work with quality parts, professional paint jobs time and time again! How do I know? Our family brings all our vehicles here every time we wreck one (rarely our fault, ha!) and Todd and crew make them just like new. Amanda, the office manager, is knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. Highly recommend!

They repaired my daughters car after she was in an accident and the day we picked it up, there was an issue with some leaking fluid. I called them and they immediately towed it back. Turns out there was a defective part. They ordered another part, fixed it in a very timely manner, and even gave my daughter a new hubcap (she lost the previous one God knows where Lol). A few months later, there was an issue (that we eventually found out was probably caused by daughter running over God knows what Lol), so I called the shop, and they had the car towed back and fixed one of the hoses. They stood by their work. I genuinely feel like they cared about my daughters car and her safety. Will definitely be utilizing them again if the opportunity presents itself.

Todd and his staff are top notch, they do good work, Todd is a very honest man, and they go above and beyond to satisfy their coustomers and provide excellent service. Please try to have the money for repairs in cash, last time I checked, they dont accept cards, despite this, they provide excellent service in a timely manner.

Small shop in out of the way place. Not on a main road, but not difficult to find. Good work and coordinated with my insurance for addition work that was not in the first estimate. No shuttle service.

I got into a fender bender 2 weeks before I was set to move 1000 miles across the country. Every collision shop I called was so backed up that they couldnt even start working on my car until a week after I needed to leave town. I remembered my dad bringing another car to Cajun Collision for a repair to the trunk, but I wasnt particularly pleased with that outcome (rainwater leaked into it after). I brought my car there reluctantly, hoping they could fix it within my timeframe. Amanda was friendly and welcoming. Todd offered to do his best to get my car fixed by the day I needed to leave. I picked it up the evening before! So far, the repair is working out great. So pleased with Cajun Collision! Todd and Amanda are the best!

I was so afraid the insurance company was going to total my car. Todd listened to my concerns, and his positive reassurance was just what I needed. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and I felt welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. The car looks perfect, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They get my highest recommendations for future repairs!

Misleading and very shifty business practices. I wont go into to much detail but just say that the quality of parts I requested and paid for is not what my car received. When I brought it to the attention of Mr. Todd Bliss he became very defensive and abrasive. It wasnt worth the argument as I was still recovering from the car wreck. Go with all other options before this one if you value your vehicle and peace of mind.

These people know their business... They give speedy estimates, prompt service and excellent repair... Courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, they rate A+ with us!

Took my car to have painted a lot of promises let down every time was told one month kept my car four months when I went to pick up car was not finished the way I was promised lights don’t work now paint is bubbling up and blistering the owner is a hot head when you try to talk to him ruined my car don’t bring your car to them awful workmanship and no integrity at all a total disappointment
