Been a month since my car has been here and its STILL there. Work time frame was about a week, its been a month. Was supposed to be completed BEFORE hurricane Ida came. Im a single mother of 3 whose about to be drowning in rental fees… would really appreciate if the general manager would contact me

Although, it wasnt very clear on timing when my car would be fixed, but if you have patience, they do a great job fixing your car. Great job!

Avoid this place like the plague. If they tell you 5 days, plan for 15. If they tell you theyll do something, get it in writing because they wont. Zero communication unless you track them down.. but expect to hear sorry... just a couple more days. I thought because I brought my truck to the place where Id purchased it Id get good service but sadly I was mistaken.

Picked up vehicle and realized door wasn’t aligned edge guard was put on to try to cover up gap and heard wind noise bring it back and get door aligned properly and was told they couldn’t hear wind noise when I get home I realize the driver door does not paint match the the rear door and wind noise is still there
Avoid this place! I was estimated to have my car repaired in 2 weeks but instead it took 30 days! In addition when I picked up my vehicle I had items stolen from it, I had to track the Geico representative down because she was always unavailable without a time frame for my vehicle! Never again

The collision center manager Sean Little was absolutely awful. Told me my vehicle would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks comes around and I don’t hear anything. I call and they give me the run around and say it’ll be ready in two days. Two days later, no call. I call them and they tell me the same thing, it’ll be ready next week. The next week still no call. I call them and ask to speak to the manager. Sean assures me my vehicle will be ready by the end of the week and he will personally call me to update me. Friday mid day, no call. I call and talk to Sean to see what’s going on, and ask why he never called. He stated “well technically it’s not the end of the week yet”. I needed at least a few hours heads up to arrange a ride to pick up my vehicle. Took several more days to finally get my vehicle back after numerous calls to the collision center getting all kinds of excuses and Sean even hung up on me several times. Sean said they were “having trouble with their phone system”. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle any where but here.
