I love their accommodating nature. They were in the process of getting their air fixed in the office and because it was a lil warm in their office one of the ladies was going to bring a fan near by me just so I would be comfortable. The work I needed done was completed in a timely manner.

They had my car for 7 weeks to fix my bumper and when I received the car back the paint job looked streaky and had debris in it. I brought it back to fix the paint and they said they would have it right overnight. Two days pass and they say that they messed it up again and I won’t get it until after the weekend! That is 6 days when it was supposed to be one night.

Ive had multiple vehicles repaired here and can say they are definitely top notch. I took my Audi A6 here after G****r Collision just couldnt get it right. Medines worked with State Farm and got all the re-repair work paid for. Excellent work..

My husband remembered a TV ad for Medines, and I am so glad he did.On May 20th, I was in a horrible accident and as a result our car was total. I had no idea how to handle the situation and then we called Medines. Never have I experienced such exceptional service. My experience was wonderful at Medines. I had an accident and the insurance company was giving me the run-around. Ms. Dominica was very helpful. She made sure I had a rental car, she kept up with making sure that my rental was extended and the repairs look great. This was a very friendly atmosphere and everyone was very nice. They made sure that I was happy and made sure that the process was as painless as possible. I recommend Medines to anyone that needs these services.

Had my car for over a month. Did a bad job and did not want to correct the problems. Staff had nasty attitudes after being paid for the horrible job they did on my car. Both times that I have had to use Medine’s for vehicle repairs were great experiences. Chris and Dominica took a lot of time explaining and giving advice regarding the Diminished Value Assessment from my accident. (I had no idea about it.) Even after taking so much time to help, they offered to continue to extend their services in order to make sure that I will be compensated fairly for the DVA. They can and do help with literally every aspect of a car accident- not just the collision repairs. When they claim that they fight for their customers’ rights, THEY MEAN IT!

Medines is AMAZING!!!!! They got me in despite being incredibly busy & even made accommodations to help me get my car to them! Mrs. Dominica, Courtney & Aubrey were beyond amazing...very sweet & helpful...made me feel like family! Chris and Dominica and their team have worked on my car after someone rear ended me on a couple occasions and always did quality work, and when my car was recently totaled they went to bat for me and advised me on what my car was worth to make sure I got every cent I was entitled to. They truly are on the side of their customers. I cannot recommend them enough and I will only take my cars to them for body work.

I will NEVER use anyone else!! The accident caused a large amount of damage to my truck, however it’s as good as new. It’s been a few months since the repairs were done and still no problems. I can’t express how grateful I am to Medine’s for all the help they provided. They went above and beyond to help me with my truck and dealing with the insurance company. We had multiple problems with the insurance company and they fought for me every step of the way. I will recommend Medine’s to everyone.

Medine’s Collision Center is the best experience I have ever had with a body repair shop! Just after buying my Honda Civic, I accidently tore off my front bumper trying to park in a busy parking lot. I was so frustrated, and wasnt sure what to do. After spending all my savings on a new car, I now had a detached bumper. After months of trying to zip tie it together, I resorted to gorilla glue and duct tape. My car now of course looked ridiculous. Too embarrassed to park in the front of my office, I would park down the street. After moving to Baton Rouge, a great new friend suggested Medine’s.Not only did Medine’s do a thorough review of my car, they gave me an estimate far lower than I expected. The owners, Chris and Dominica did everything they could to get me a low price that met my satisfaction. They were open, honest, forthright, and suggested a refurbished bumper for my civic. By using a refurbished bumper, they saved me hundreds. Chris and Dominica also had a spacious waiting room that felt like home. I was lucky enough that I really never had to use it. After the new parts came in, it only took them one day to have my car ready!Dominica was awesome the whole way through! She kept in contact and informed me of any changes. When we arrived at Medine’s I could not believe it. My car looked better than the day I bought it. Chris and Dominica had buffed out the glue and left over duct tape residue that was stuck to my bumper. Not only did they wax my car but they also cleaned the inside windows and vacuumed my rugs. I was so happy I hugged them both.On my way home from Medine’s, I felt so proud of my newly fixed car. Chris and Dominica left some business cards and a key chain on my console… I have already handed them all out!
