Extremely friendly staff. I had several questions seeing as I am a student at the moment, and they were more than happy to help. They even help with finding items on my account and everything. Definitely one of the better stores.

Love the sales

I like that I can get salon sized products from here ( by my daughter being a stylist ). But what I dont like is.... Why do people have to have a license just to shop there. Its just hair products that I can buy anywhere else just in a larger size most of the time. Upon entering and browsing you will eventually be asked if you have a license. If not youre not allowed to shop there. I just dont get what the big deal is about. Lastly I will say the people working there really are nice and polite.

One of the ladies working was extremely rude. Very harsh towards me and I’m just a student. I was honestly being nice and quiet. I don’t want to go back to that location because of her.

Great experience (s) from the start w/ Cosmo Prof! Cathy, the manager, is warm, friendly, helpful, and makes you feel right at home in her store. Her employees share and reflect the same image at all times. I especially love that they know me on a first name basis. Also, when I have had challenges w/ a product they have taken it back or exchanged item w/ no problem. They are very knowledgeable about all products and their functionality. If Cathy doesnt have a certain item she will order it for you!! Win Win all the way around!!!

I dont get why this place is still around. Their prices are very expensive compared to the beauty supply.Im a hairstylist and this place is suppose to be less expensive because WE ARE HAIRSTYLIST.
