I called to confirm they had Naturalicious products in stock after having a bad experience at the Sallys on Park. I spoke with the manager coincidentally and she confirmed they did have them in stock. She was very nice and helpful as was the lady who checked out my purchase.My experience here was night and day compared to the other store and I also felt comfortable.

Really rude customer service, will not come back to this store, EVER! I’ll stick to my regular location in Germantown. What need to be pointed out is that the lady that be in the front need to learn how to speak to customers, really rude like attitude, no type of customer service skills, it just made me feel uncomfortable like if she discriminated against me. If she doesn’t like to deal with people, she shouldn’t work around people. I have worked numerous years in Customer service and this is a bad image for Sally Beauty.I spend good money at Sally beauty and have always had a great experience, unfortunately not at this location on Stage Rd. If I could put a 0 I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sally is such an amazing store but Employees at this location make your trip to there a horrible experience. The Black lady at the store is always nice and helpful, yes she has days she’s all over the place but we all have those days. The White Girl is very very rude. I was unable to use my usual paying method and when I ask why she laughed and said “nope” and when I was making a transfer to pay with my old card she told me to “move because I have more customers” after she checked them out I went ahead and pay for my items. I was never greeted, offered a bag or nothing yet other customers were. When I asked for her name she said “shit, why you want my name for “ and left me talking there. I understand not all the time the customer is right but I never treated them like they did today. Please don’t go to this location go to the one on wolfchase they are very friendly there.

I went in to look for a type of oil treatment and wasnt sure of which would be best for my hair type so I asked one of the associates who happened to be busy putting things away but she stopped on a beat to assist me.They put me first which really matters in todays world.I give them five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

My best friend and I came to buy some hair products. We are hoarders when it comes to that stuff. My point being we spent a good amount of money in this store. There was an older black lady and a heavy set white lady working the store. The white lady kept rolling her eyes at us. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a store. They didn’t want to answer any of our questions and when they did it was as if we were disturbing them. No ONE WAS IN THE STORE! I asked if I could be a member and she ignored my question. Told me the price and never looked up at me. I was so upset leaving. I won’t be back and I still have half a mind to return everything damn thing. I will NEVER spend another penny at this establishment.

Its Sallys. Okay supply over priced but I go there when I have questions. They are always nice and very helpful.

The older black sales associate that was working the early morning shift wasn’t the friendliest. This will be my second time coming in while she was there and she wasn’t friendly the last time. I just asked a simply question about the nail polish she had a response that wasn’t friendly at all. I won’t be returning to this location ANYMORE! I will continue to go to my normal Sally’s store which is located near the Wolfchase mall they’re a lot friendlier.

Its alright. Registrar was super friendly and they took the time to put tape markings every 6 ft. Unfortunately the mens area is very small.

If the employees at this location represent Sally Beauty Supply, the store will shortly close. I entered this store last night about five minutes before 8. I didnt know that the store closed at 8. If I had known, I would have never entered the store.. After being in the store for about 3 minutes, I was notified that the store was closing in 2 minutes by Carol. She was very rude and unprofessional. When addressing a customer, you should always be courteous and professional. If youre having a bad day or dont like people of a different race, they shouldnt reflect in your service. Anyway, I said Im sorry I wasnt aware that the store closed at 8. Therefore, I preceded to check out. She was very rude as she was checking us out. There was no communication as to the total, no thank you, just attitude. She was popping her neck, her nose was turned up and she was rushing us. I called the store this morning to speak with a member, but encountered yet another rude employee of Sally (Ms. Lisa). I asked to whom am I speaking, so that I can address her correctly. She asked to whom do you want to speak in the most rudest attitude. I will never shop at this store again and will make sure that I post this on every social website that I have access to. Customer service is very important. Clearly, Sallys dont care much for their customers if they allow people of this caliber to represent their facility.

They have a great choice of nail polishes which I found to be rare in Memphis plus the prices are good and often come with special offers.

KIERSTEN IS A TERRIBLE EMPLOY WITH NO IDEA ON WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ......If I could I would give this store zero stars I just went in there today around 6 PM and I purchased a bunch of stuff off the clearance rack now as you can understand a lot of the items were not priced appropriately for example one item said .649 so I wasnt sure if the product was $6.49 or if the product was as marked. So before I could even ask the associated owner much it was, she Snatched and rang up my items, the Lady had informed me that the clearance was buy two get one free so she asked another lady to come over and help with the discount because she wasnt aware of how to put it in the computer . The lady had informed me that my total was $25 and I was only looking to spend about $10 so thats why I was asking about the prices before she rang it up, then the lady she called over had short hair was white with the glasses and I had asked her if the items were $6.49 or $.65 and she said that they were infact $6.49 so I asked her to remove them, they were too expensive for what I was looking to pay, and then she made a snide remark saying next time ask us to price check before we bring it up because were not cant to delete stuff, in my head I was thinking well maybe she should have asked me if I was ready before rang it up then I wanted to know which ones were half off and she said another snide reMark the ones that are cheaper so I said well obviously but which one am I getting because some of them are the same price so at that point I was like really you think Im you think Im stupid that I dont understand the way discounts work so then My total was over the $10 limit that I wanted to spend so what I have been doing (keep in mind that I recently have money so for my count so I only keep about $10 in my account at a time )so I had to transfer money and by the time I was about done transferring money on my phone from my savings to my checkings she called back and the other lady who hadnt called away because of some other clients and said to her here deal with her because I dont have time to sit here and wait I will never return to Sallys my experience was terrible . I work in a restaurant as cashier, and all my life Ive worked in retail and customer service, I would never treat or say such rude comments to a customer or rush a customer the way she did.

Hair items tampered with, nail polish has been used. But those are my only complaints. Its a good store.
