Don’t take your car here, they’ll try to scam you. They quoted me $2,000 for a catalytic converter replacement and said that “prices are high because of demand due to covid”, which didn’t sound right to me. I called around to a few other mechanics and was quoted by them around $700-$1,000 which is much more in the normal range for a new catalytic converter. When I told them i wouldn’t be using their services, they then charged me a $127.00 “checkout fee” for “pricing parts and looking at the car”. I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous in my entire life. Save yourself some money and DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.UPDATE: took my car to another mechanic and the problem did not even have anything to do with the catalytic converter, it was a completely separate issue. Don’t take your car here!!!
Honest Mechanic! YAY!! Also, they were very kind and easy to work with.
Dude is an absolute master of his craft. I showed up at 8am with a blown head gasket and he got my car back to me 3pm the next day running better than before I bought it. Only charged me $1300 for a repair that most would charge much more for. Honest. Fast. Skilled. He had the absolute audacity to apologise for not having time to fix my driver belt for me too (a repair that I was not paying for) when he had already fixed a bunch of other critical things I wasnt even aware of for free. Genuinely good and honest man, even better mechanic.
Very professional, friendly,“Honest to the bone” as grandma used to say.Been using them for Honda Accord for over 10 years.
Ive been taking my Honda here for over 2 years now. Todd gets it fixed and back to you usually the same day. Auto repairs are expensive and goes without saying but spending with confidence is key. I highly recommend Mallory Automotive.
Best decision I ever made to switch to Mallory Auto, They are timely, kind, and fairly priced. They really take care of you here. I drive here from midtown because it’s worth it. I recommend them to anyone.
Great repair shop. Honest and straightforward. Works on most cars.
I brought my 2011 Honda CRV to Mallory Automotive yesterday (July 13, 2020) at 8am. My air conditioner was not working properly/not cooling. Todd was able to check out the issues, order parts and replace my compressor in the same day. Todd and his staff was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and respectful. Todd was able to answer all my questions and gave me advice on what to look for if you have air conditioning issues. The price was very practical and the turn around time made it possible for me to get my car home the same day, which doesnt usually happen in other repair shops. I highly recommend him and the shop. Thanks, Leisa Ray
An honest mechanic who will tell you truth about what you need to do and when. Doesn’t try to up-sell you on things you don’t need. Has extensive training and experience on Honda vehicles but would trust him with any of my vehicles. Great to work with and I can’t say enough about finding an honest mechanic. I was referred by a coworker and just wish I didn’t live so far away.
This is the only place I took my Honda before I sold it. Great service reasonable prices, no up selling like at the dealerships (Your airfilter is dirty, we can change it for $100). Todd is someone I trust which is hard to find in the mechanic business. I highly recommend.
Reasonable prices. Good service in a reasonable amount of time.
These are good honest people, hard to come by these days.I had an issue going on with my heating and cooling and he was nice enough to call me and give suggestions over the phone rather than making me drive into town.Every time I go in to have my oil changed they are always so nice and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.
Todd is super-honest and trust worthy! Always great service! Thanks so much!!
